    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament, a la sessió extraordinària i urgent de 28 de març de 2023, va aprovar inicialment la modificació de crèdit núm. 04/2023, i es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 46 d'11 d'abril de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposen els articles 112.3 de la Llei 7/1985, Reguladora de Bases de Règim Local, i 169.3 i 177.2 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, i havent transcorregut el termini d'exposició al públic sense que s'hagin presentat cap al·legació ni reclamació a la modificació de crèdit núm. 04/2023, per la qual cosa queda aprovada definitivament, i referent &lt;/span&gt;a l'estat de despeses o crèdits inicials del Pressupost de despeses, les aplicacions pressupostàries que han sofert transferències de crèdit quedaran de la següent manera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER. &lt;/strong&gt;.- APROVAR INICIALMENT l'expedient de modificació de crèdits núm. 04/2023 per un import de (1.189.755,46 €) UN MILIÓ CENT VUITANTA-NOU MIL SET-CENTS CINQUANTA CINC EUROS AMB 46 CÈNTIMS.- corresponents a suplements de crèdit (648.000,00 €) i crèdit extraordinari (541.755,46 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. &lt;/strong&gt;Determinar la fórmula de finançament en base a romanent de tresoreria per a despeses generals de l'exercici 2022, en la quantitat de (1.269.755,46 €) UN MILIÓ DOS CENTS SEIXANTA-NOU MIL SET-CENTS CINQUANTA CINC EUROS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
