&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;BASES REGULADORES PER CONCEDIR SUBVENCIONS A LES EMPRESES QUE UTILITZIN EL CATALÀ COM A LLENGUA HABITUAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;OBJECTIU&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Normalitzar l'ús d'una llengua consisteix a fer-la servir en qualsevol àmbit; mentre en determinades circumstàncies aquest ús no sigui possible, aquesta llengua estarà en una situació de anormalitat. Per tant, l'objectiu primordial és el d'aconseguir un increment en l'ús de la llengua catalana dins l'àmbit econòmic, ja que aquest constitueix una part molt important -atesa la seva influència sobre els tipus de relacions que s'estableixen- de la vida quotidiana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;És dins aquest context que l'Ajuntament de Pollença, per tal d'impulsar l'ús de la llengua catalana, estableix amb aquestes bases els criteris que se seguiran per a la concessió de subvencions a les persones físiques i jurídiques que ho sol·licitin; d'aquesta manera les empreses que s'acullin a aquest pla de subvencions ajudaran a fomentar la normalitat lingüística alhora que cobriran una mancança sobre la qual la societat en segueix exigint actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La quantia de la subvenció no podrà ser superior, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres ajudes o subvencions de qualsevol procedència, al cost de l'activitat subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;DESTINATARIS DE LA SUBVENCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podran acollir-se a aquest pla de subvencions totes aquelles persones físiques i jurídiques del terme municipal de Pollença, després d'haver normalitzat un determinat document, rètol, etiqueta, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;OBJECTE DE LA SUBVENCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1.- S'atorgaran subvencions per a l'elaboració d'impresos, rètols, etiquetes, bosses, paper d'embolicar, cartes de restaurant, etc. que siguin d'ús habitual i que estiguin només en llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.2.- En el cas de l'edició d'impresos adreçats a un públic molt heterogeni es podrà utilitzar la versió catalana acompanyada d'altres llengües, amb la condició que el text en català estigui en primer lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;CRITERIS PER A LA CONCESSIÓ DE SUBVENCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.- Criteris generals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.1.- Tots els elements objecte de subvenció hauran de ser revisats pel Servei Lingüístic de l'Ajuntament de Pollença per tal d'assegurar-ne la correcció ortogràfica i la subjecció a les normes que aquí s'estableixen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.2.- Per obtenir aquest ajut econòmic s'haurà de lliurar la factura corresponent -després que l'empresa l'hagi pagada- i un exemplar d'allò que hagi estat objecte de subvenció, llevat que la subvenció sigui per a retolació, cas en què s'haurà de lliurar una fotografia del lloc on s'ha instal·lat el rètol; en el cas que es col·loqui un rètol en català en substitució d'un anterior en una altra llengua, es presentarà, a més, una fotografia del rètol que es retira.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.3.- En general la subvenció consistirà en un 50% del total de la factura; els criteris poden canviar segons quin sigui l'objecte de la subvenció, tal i com es pot comprovar a diferents apartats d'aquest article. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.4.- Es recomanarà que el material que s'empri per a l'elaboració dels diferents productes objecte de subvenció sigui respectuós amb el medi ambient i, si pot ser, que sigui reciclat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.5.- No es podrà rebre la subvenció si ja s'ha atorgada anteriorment per a la normalització del mateix producte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1.6.- En el cas que no es pugui concedir una subvenció a totes les persones que la sol·licitin es donarà prioritat a aquelles que encara no n'hagin rebut cap. Les peticions s'atendran per estricte ordre d'entrada al Registre de l'Ajuntament; la quantitat que estipulen els pressuposts municipals per a aquest concepte és de 5.000€ a càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3301 48931.&lt;/span&gt; Una vegada esgotat el crèdit no es podran concedir més subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.- Retolació comercial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.1&lt;em&gt;.-&lt;/em&gt; S'entén per rètol comercial aquell que, construït amb materials duradors i instal·lat a l'interior, a l'exterior o als vehicles de l'empresa, n'assenyali la identitat i/o en doni informació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.2.- El nom del local que ha de portar el rètol objecte de subvenció ha de ser traduïble al català; no s'atorgaran subvencions per a rètols que utilitzin onomatopeies o qualssevol altres paraules no traduïbles o que tinguin la mateixa grafia en català que en una altra llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.3.- Tots els rètols informatius que siguin accessoris al principal hauran de ser també en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.4.- Per obtenir la subvenció per un rètol, les seves característiques i col·locació s'hauran d'avenir amb les exigències municipals i amb les dels organismes competents en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2.5.- La subvenció consistirà en un 50% de la factura i mai no serà superior a 450,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;3.- Cartes de bar i de restaurant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3.1.- S'entén per carta de bar o de restaurant qualsevol imprès en el qual es fa constar la llista i els preus dels menjars i begudes que l'establiment (restaurant, bar, cafeteria...) ofereix als clients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3.2.- L'Ajuntament de Pollença es farà càrrec de pagar el que costi l'edició de la versió catalana, sempre que aquest cost no sobrepassi els 250,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3.3.- La versió catalana ha d'ocupar un lloc preferent, i si hi ha una part de la carta que sigui d'informació general i vagi en un sol idioma, aquest ha de ser el català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3.4.- A la factura s'ha de desglossar el cost de l'edició de cada un dels idiomes en què es presenta la carta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3.5.- En el cas que la carta es faci únicament en català, l'Ajuntament es farà càrrec del cost total fins a un màxim de 350,00€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.4.- Documents administratius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.4.1.- Són documents administratius aquells que serveixen per dur la gestió de l'empresa (p.e. albarans, factures, contractes, rebuts, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.4.2.- Tot i no ser documents, els segells s'inclouen en aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.4.3.- L'Ajuntament de Pollença atorgarà una subvenció d'un 50%, i no es podrà sobrepassar la quantitat de 150,00€ per document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.4.4.- Per tal de poder sol·licitar la subvenció, aquests documents hauran d'estar únicament en català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.5.- Activitats publicitàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.5.1.- Es consideren activitats publicitàries aquelles que les empreses fan servir per donar-se a conèixer o per informar d'actuacions puntuals (p.e. llocs web, catàlegs, fulls d'ofertes, anuncis, targetes, bosses, paper d'embolicar, etiquetes de productes, calendaris, etc.). Aquestes activitats es poden dur a terme mitjançant paper imprès o a través del lloc web de la pròpia empresa o comerç.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.5.2.- L'Ajuntament atorgarà una subvenció del total de la factura sempre que el seu import no sobrepassi la quantitat de 350,00€ per activitat publicitària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.5.3.- Per poder optar a la subvenció tant aquests impresos com la versió catalana del web hauran d'anar únicament en català, i el lloc web s'haurà de mantenir, com a mínim, durant dotze mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 5.- TRAMITACIÓ, PRESENTACIÓ I TERMINI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tramitació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Pollença facilita l'únic model de sol·licitud per a aquesta convocatòria (Annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;·licituds es presentaran de forma telemàtica a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0), en la qual hi ha disponible la informació de la convocatòria, el model de sol·licitud i els annexos a complimentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presentaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ó de la sol·licitud i de la documentació adjunta, també es pot fer en les formes previstes a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 14 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estan obligats a presentar la documentació a través de mitjans electrònics els subjectes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a. Les persones jurídiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b. Les entitats sense personalitat jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROCEDIMENT DE CONCESSIÓ. INICI, INSTRUCCIÓ I RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.1.- Les bases i l'inici del procediment de concessió de subvencions es produeix d'ofici. El Ple de l'Ajuntament serà l'òrgan encarregat de la seva aprovació. Aquestes bases seran publicades al BOIB, a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS), al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i al web www.ajpollenca.net, per tal que es puguin presentar les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.2.- La persona sol·licitant presentarà una instància (Annex I) al Registre d'Entrada de l'Ajuntament amb la qual haurà &lt;strong&gt;d'adjuntar la llicència d'obertura de l'establiment&lt;/strong&gt;, si escau, &lt;strong&gt;o acreditar la presentació de la pertinent declaració responsable i documentació preceptiva per a l'inici i exercici de l'activitat&lt;/strong&gt;, de conformitat amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.3.- L'òrgan instructor del procediment de concessió serà l'Àrea de Normalització Lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'òrgan instructor, a la vista de l'expedient, efectuarà un informe en el qual avaluarà la incidència del document, producte o rètol que es pretén normalitzar i formularà la proposta de resolució, la qual haurà d'expressar el/la sol·licitant o la relació de sol·licitants per als quals es proposa la concessió de la subvenció i la seva quantia, tot especificant la seva avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.4.- La competència per resoldre el procediment i concedir la subvenció s'atribueix a la Junta de Govern Local, que dictarà aquesta resolució un cop formulada la proposta de resolució per part de l'òrgan instructor i fiscalitzada per la intervenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LA SUBVENCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.1.- El termini per justificar les despeses subvencionades acaba dia 4 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2.- L'import de la subvenció s'abonarà després que l'entitat beneficiària hagi justificat la realització de l'activitat subvencionada i hagi complert la seva finalitat i el 100% de la despesa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.3.- Per justificar la subvenció atorgada s'han de presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Les factures o documents de valor probatori equivalent en el tràfic jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa, en original i/o còpia compulsada i la documentació acreditativa del pagament. Si s'han de retornar les factures o justificants originals, a petició de l'entitat subvencionada, s'hi ha de reflectir amb un segell la data de concessió de la subvenció així com l'import del justificant que s'imputa a la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Model de compte justificatiu (Annex II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Sol·licitud de transferència bancària per a pagaments (Annex III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.4.- Les factures originals, acreditatives de la despesa subvencionada, expedides a nom de les persones o entitats subvencionades i amb el seu NIF, han d'expressar clarament: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Data d'emissió, que haurà de correspondre a l'exercici 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dades fiscals (nom, domicili, NIF, etc.) de l'entitat emissora i de l'entitat pagadora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Número de la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Concepte detallat pel qual s'expedeix, que haurà de ser suficientment clar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;o &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Import amb desglossament de la part que correspon a l'IVA, si escau. Si l'operació està exempta d'IVA s'ha d'esmentar a la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si l'entitat beneficiària únicament disposa de la factura o document justificatiu que acredita la despesa rebuda per correu electrònic, s'admetrà sempre que a la impressió de la factura s'adjunti un certificat signat pel representant legal de l'entitat en què manifesti la impossibilitat o dificultat greu per obtenir el document original i declari que la factura ni s'ha utilitzat ni s'utilitzarà per justificar cap altra subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.5.- No obstant això, l'Ajuntament de Pollença podrà demanar qualsevol altra documentació que consideri adient, ateses les circumstàncies i característiques del cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 8. RÈGIM JURÍDIC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el que no preveuen aquestes bases reguladores serà d'aplicació la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i el Reglament general de subvencions 887/2006, aprovat el 21 de juliol, la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, el Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, les Bases d'execució del pressupost municipal així com la resta de normativa que sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 9. RECURSOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra l'acord de resolució de la convocatòria es pot interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el jutjat contenciós administratiu o bé recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que hagi dictat la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No obstant això, s'hi pot presentar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que hi sigui pertinent.
