&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de desembre), es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Direcció General de Coordinació, Relacions amb el Parlament, Drets i Diversitat de la Conselleria de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat ha instat una modificació de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions esmentat, concretament dins el punt 1 («Igualtat») de l'objectiu IV («Cohesió social»), de la línia IV.1.29, relativa a ajuts per a la creació, en l'àmbit local, dels agents de corresponsabilitat i conciliació, figura prevista en el Pla de Conciliació de les Illes Balears 2021-2024, la qual va ser objecte d'una convocatòria l'any 2021 (BOIB núm. 152, de 4 de novembre), amb l'objectiu de possibilitar la tramitació de les pròrrogues dels ajuts a les entitats que ho sol·licitin, mitjançant una convocatòria complementària l'any 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'apartat tercer de l'Acord del Consell de Govern esmentat estableix que l'aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions es deleguen a la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda, d'acord amb l'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors aprovar i modificar l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 25/2021, de 8 de març, i pel Decret 1/2022, de 27 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears, en què es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la modificació de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023, aprovat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de desembre), pel que fa a l'objectiu IV, sobre cohesió social, i més concretament el punt 1, relatiu a igualtat, de manera que es modifica la línia IV.1.29 en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
