    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el Decret 21/2019, de 15 de març, d'avaluació i certificació de coneixements de llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 35, de 16 de març), s'hi preveuen, en especial en els articles 6, 7, 8 i 14, la convocatòria de les proves, els requisits per inscriure-s'hi, l'estructura i els continguts de les proves, i la constitució dels tribunals avaluadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;D'altra banda, el Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 21, de 15 de febrer), atribueix a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, entre altres competències, la certificació dels coneixements de llengua catalana de la població adulta fora de l'ensenyament reglat mitjançant l'organització i la gestió de proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Mitjançant la Resolució de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 17 de març de 2023 (BOIB núm. 36, de 21 de març), es van convocar les proves de maig de 2023 per obtenir els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana. En l'annex 2 d'aquesta Resolució s'estableix la composició dels tribunals de les proves, en el qual s'ha observat el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Hi ha algunes errades en el nom dels membres dels tribunals, les quals és necessari esmenar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— En el Tribunal del nivell B1, la presidenta suplent també és la vocal segona suplent, per la qual cosa s'ha de nomenar una altra persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— En el Tribunal de llenguatge administratiu, el vocal primer titular ha de passar a ser el vocal primer suplent i, a l'inrevés, la vocal primera suplent ha de passar a ser la vocal primera titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Modificar l'annex 2 de la Resolució de la directora general de Política Lingüística de 17 de març de 2023 per la qual es convoquen les proves de maig de 2023 per obtenir els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana, en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;a)&lt;/em&gt; En el Tribunal de nivell B1,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Allà on diu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura en el termini &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; i l'article 58 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
