APROVAR &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LA SEGONA ADDENDA MODIFICATIVA &lt;/strong&gt;al&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conveni específic del Pla estratègic d'inversions municipals entre el Consell Insular d'Eivissa i l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany (Pla 5) del 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;, amb CSV núm. 146155345241375466&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;32.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. PUBLICAR L'ADDENDA&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al Portal de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ransparència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (http://transparencia.conselldeivissa.info), de conformitat amb l'establert als articles 5.4 i 8.1 de la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;així com &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;(BOIB)&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'una banda, el senyor Vicent Marí Torres, president del Consell Insular d'Eivissa per nomenament del Ple reunit en sessió extraordinària de 5 de juliol de 2019, en nom i representació d'aquesta entitat, en virtut de les atribucions que li confereix l'article 21.1 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars; els articles 34 i 41.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, que regula les bases de règim local, i l'art. 52 del Reglament orgànic d'aquesta corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De l'altra, el senyor Marcos Serra Colomar, alcalde de l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany per nomenament del Ple de 15 de juny de 2019, en nom i representació d'aquesta entitat, actuant en virtut de les facultats previstes a l'article 21.1.b) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANTECEDENTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;El dia 7 d'octubre de 2022 es va aprovar pel Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;onveni &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;specífic del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;stratègic d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nversions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;unicipals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;onsell &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nsular d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ivissa i l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;juntament d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e San&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Antoni &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de Portmany &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(PLA5), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;signat el dia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17 d'octubre del 2022, i publicat al BOIB núm.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;134 de 15 d'octubre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;Atesa la sol·licitud realitzada per part de l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany i la sessió celebrada el 29 de novembre del 2022 per la Comissió Bilateral Paritària de Seguiment del Conveni específic entre el Consell Insular d'Eivissa i l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany, en data 23 de desembre de 2022 es va signar la primera addenda al conveni específic del Pla Estratègic d'Inversions Municipals (PLA 5) per a l'any 2022 entre el Consell Insular d'Eivissa i l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'addenda de referència acordava modificar la clàusula dotzena relativa a la revisió i modificació del conveni, la clàusula segona en relació al termini d'execució de les obres, la clàusula tercera relativa a la vigència del conveni i la clàusula vuitena relativa al termini de justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;En data 13 d'abril de 2023 l'Ajuntament de Sant Antoni de Portmany va sol·licitar novament la modificació del conveni de referència, i concretament la clàusula tercera en el sentit d'ampliar la data de vigència del conveni fins el 31 d'agost de 2024 i la clàusula vuitena per tal d'ampliar la data de justificació fins el dia 31 de maig de 2024, per mor d'endarreriments imprevisibles que han sorgit durant el procés de licitació i que afecten als terminis d'adjudicació del projecte, així com per la impossibilitat de dur a terme part de l'execució de les obres durant els mesos d'estiu a causa de les restriccions contemplades per l'Ordenança municipal d'obres, edificis i solars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;Consta a la clàusula tercera que la vigència d'aquest conveni finalitzarà el 31 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. &lt;/strong&gt;Consta a la clàusula vuitena del conveni que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«(...) Pel que fa al termini màxim de justificació, en qualsevol cas, la justificació de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;'execució de la totalitat de les obres i/o inversions municipals, sempre i quan no s'hagi presentat abans, s'haurà de presentar abans del 30 de setembre de 2023, tot d'acord amb la Llei General de Subvencions i el seu reglament de desenvolupament, i d'acord amb el que estableix la base 23 de les Bases d'Execució del pressupost del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de 2022&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. &lt;/strong&gt;De conformitat amb la clàusula dotzena:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Els termes d'aquest conveni podran ser revisats sempre que no alterin l'import de l'ajuda total concedida.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Qualsevol altre tipus de modificació dels termes del present conveni, haurà de ser aprovada per les parts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les modificacions del conveni es tramitaran en forma d'addenda al mateix».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt;Les modificacions objecte de la present addenda no suposen en cap cas una despesa econòmica suplementària respecte de l'import aportat pel Consell Insular d'Eivissa al citat conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. &lt;/strong&gt;De conformitat amb la Disposició addicional vuitena de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Els convenis o els instruments jurídics relatius a subvencions o, en general, a transferències de capital imputables al capítol VII del pressupost de despeses dels consells insulars que prevegin el pagament anticipat d'aquestes subvencions o transferències poden establir que el beneficiari justifiqui la seva aplicació a les inversions corresponents en un termini de fins a quatre anys comptadors des de la seva adjudicació».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. &lt;/strong&gt;La Base 23 de les Bases d'execució del pressupost general integrat del Consel Insular d'Eivissa corresponent a l'exercici 2023, relativa a transferències i subvencions corrents (capítol 4) i de capital (capítol 7) preveu que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«(...) &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quan es proposi el pagament avançat d'una subvenció caldrà complir amb allò previst a l'article 34.4 de la LGS, i justificar tant l'import com la realització del fet subvencionat dins d'un termini no superior a 3 mesos. En casos excepcionals i degudament justificats a l'expedient, el Consell Executiu podrà modificar aquest termini fins a un màxim de 6 mesos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, en el supòsit de transferències de capital (Capítol 7) als ajuntaments, el termini per a la justificació dels fets subvencionables es fixaran, en cada cas, en els convenis o bases reguladores que s'aprovin al efecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. &lt;/strong&gt;La Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, en el seu article 36, estableix que és competència de les diputacions o entitats equivalents, com és el cas dels Consells Insular d'acord amb l'article 41 de la dita llei, l'assistència i la cooperació jurídica, econòmica i tècnica als municipis, així com la cooperació en el foment del desenvolupament econòmic i social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest mateix article també preveu la competència per la prestació integral i adequada en tot el territori insular dels serveis de competència municipal i, en aquest sentit, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa pot atorgar subvencions i ajudes amb càrrec als seus fons propis per a la realització i el manteniment d'obres i inversions de competència municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.&lt;/strong&gt; Altrament, en el marc dels principis generals que han de regir les relacions entre les diferents administracions públiques, la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del règim jurídic del sector públic, disposa a l'article 3 que les administracions públiques, en les seues relacions, es regeixen pels principis de cooperació, col·laboració i coordinació, i en la seva actuació pels criteris d'eficàcia i servei efectiu als ciutadans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les parts es reconeixen mútuament la capacitat legal necessària per formalitzar aquesta addenda modificativa al conveni de col·laboració signat el dia 17 d'octubre de 2022, i modificat mitjançant l'addenda signada en data 23 de desembre de 2022, d'acord amb les següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CLÀUSULES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA. Modificar la clàusula tercera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt; del conveni en el sentit d'ampliar&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el termini de vigència del mateix fins al dia 31 d'agost de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera.- PERÍODE DE VIGÈNCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La vigència d'aquest conveni finalitzarà el 31 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera.- PERÍODE DE VIGÈNCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La vigència d'aquest conveni finalitzarà el 31 d'agost de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;S&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EGONA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Modificar la clàusula vuitena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;del conveni en el sentit d'ampliar el termini de justificació previst al conveni fins el dia 31 de maig de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pel que fa al termini màxim de justificació, en qualsevol cas, la justificació de l'execució de la totalitat de les obres i/o inversions municipals, sempre i quan no s'hagi presentat abans, s'haurà de presentar abans del 30 de setembre de 2023, tot d'acord amb la Llei General de Subvencions i el seu reglament de desenvolupament, i d'acord amb el que estableix la base 23 de les Bases d'Execució del pressupost del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt; Aquesta addenda entrarà en vigor el mateix dia de la seua signatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
