&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVOCATÒRIA PER A LA CONCESSIÓ D'AJUDES ECONÒMIQUES DESTINADES A FOMENTAR L'ESTERILITZACIÓ DE MOIXOS DOMÈSTICS PER PART DELS SEUS PROPIETARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;EXPOSICIÓ DE MOTIUS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordenança municipal sobre la regulació i protecció d'animals domèstics, de l'any 2016, estableix l'obligació dels propietaris d'animals de companyia, entre ells els moixos, a mantenir-los en bones condicions higienicosanitàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La mateixa ordenança estableix una sèrie de sancions en el cas d'incompliment de la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els moixos tenen una gran taxa de natalitat, fet que provoca molts naixements no desitjats de moixets, que poden acabar sacrificats o abandonats. L'esterilització d'aquests moixos s'ha mostrat com una eina efectiva per al control de la població.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més a més, l'esterilització felina contribueix a baixar la càrrega hormonal de l'animal, tot ajudant a disminuir les probabilitats de malalties de transmissió felina, i per tant, de salubritat pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cal dir que es considera necessari dur a terme una conscienciació ciutadana sobre la importància de la castració, per tal de promoure i augmentar el nombre màxim d'esterilitzacions d'aquestes mascotes. Amb això es contribueix a minimitzar l'augment d'exemplars abandonats als carrers i a disminuir el nombre de ventrades no desitjades al municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal d'ajudar als propietaris en la tasca de cura dels seus felins, i així evitar sancions, l'Ajuntament de Llubí ha considerat oportú convocar la present línia d'ajudes econòmiques per a l'esterilització de moixos domèstics per part dels seus propietaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. OBJECTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de les ajudes és impulsar la castració de moixos domèstics, una mesura per promoure i afavorir el compliment de l`Ordenança municipal sobre regulació i protecció d'animals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. NATURALESA JURÍDICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Els ajuts que es concedeixin tindran el caràcter de subvenció i es regiran per la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i el seu reglament de desplegament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Els ajuts que es concedeixin ho seran en règim de concessió directa, per ordre de petició,&amp;nbsp; fins a esgotar el pressupost o finalització de l'exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. QUANTIA DE L'AJUDA I CRÈDIT PRESSUPOSTARI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. El pressupost màxim que es destinarà aquest any 2023 per a la concessió de les subvencions objecte de la present convocatòria serà de 1.000€ amb càrrec a la partida &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1721/21200 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del Pressupost de l'Ajuntament de Llubí per a l'exercici 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. La quantia de les ajudes aniran a càrrec de les aplicacions i per les quanties màximes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ajuda per a l'esterilització. Ajuts per promoure l'esterilització de moixos domèstics. L'import màxim de la subvenció es graduarà en funció del tipus d'animal i el seu sexe i d'acord amb la taula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. Cada sol·licitant només podrà rebre un ajut per a cada moix domèstic, sense sobrepassar la quantia màxima subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5. Serà condició indispensable per atorgar l'ajuda que el moix estigui degudament castrat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6. En cas de justificar un import inferior per actuacions objecte de les ajudes, s'atorgarà l'import justificat i en cap cas l'import màxim de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.7. No es tindran en compte en aquest còmput altres operacions i tractaments veterinaris que s'hagin realitzat paral·lelament o alhora que l'esterilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.8. No es poden atorgar subvencions per un import superior a l'esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. CONDICIONS DE LES AJUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1.Les subvencions concedides a l'empara d'aquesta convocatòria s'hauran de destinar a finançar les activitats desenvolupades al llarg del període del 1 de gener al 31 de desembre del 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2.El procediment de concessió de les subvencions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria serà el de concurrència no competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. L'adjudicació de les ajudes es realitzarà per ordre cronològic d'entrada fins a esgotar la partida pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. DESTINATARIS DE LES AJUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els destinataris, sol·licitants de les ajudes, seran els propietaris titulars de la documentació de l'animal de companyia (moixos) empadronats al municipi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. REQUISITS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran ser beneficiaris d'aquestes subvencions les persones físiques propietàries dels moixos que hagin de fer l'activitat que en fonamenta l'atorgament, sempre que no estiguin afectades per cap de les prohibicions contingudes a l'art. 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, i reuneixin la següent condició:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Persones empadronades a Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queden excloses d'aquestes ajudes les esterilitzacions d'animals del carrer o de colònies felines assilvestrades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. SOL·LICITUDS I DOCUMENTACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. La sol·licitud s'ha de fer mitjançant instància al registre d'entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la sol·licitud s'entèn que s'autoritza la consulta de dades a l'Ajuntament perquè es pugui obtenir la informació telemàticament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Al costat de la sol·licitud es presentarà la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia del DNI o NIE en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia de la factura del veterinari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia del número de compte on, si escau, s'ha d'ingressar la quantitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La factura veterinària de la intervenció ha de constar l'actuació realitzada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Operació d'esterilització realitzada, perfectament diferenciada en concepte d'altres tractaments i operacions que s'hagin realitzat a l'animal, on es s'especifiqui les dades de l'animal, com l'adreça del propietari, o els documents identificatius de l'animal si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nom de qui realitza la sol·licitud ha de coincidir amb el que apareix a la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. TERMINI I LLOC DE PRESENTACIÓ DE LES SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. El termini de presentació de la sol·licitud per esterilització de moixos per part dels seus propietaris, es podrà efectuar a partir de l'endemà de la publicació al butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears i fins el dia 30 de novembre de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. Les sol·licituds juntament amb la restant documentació que s'indica a la base següent, s'hauran de presentar al Registre General de l'Ajuntament de Llubí, sense perjudici del que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. La presentació de sol·licituds a aquesta convocatòria implica l'acceptació de les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4.En cas que la documentació presentada sigui incorrecta o incompleta, es requerirà a la persona beneficiària, per tal que en el termini de deu dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la notificació, procedeixi a la seva rectificació de les esmenes necessàries, amb la indicació de que si no ho fa així s'entendrà per desistit de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.INSTRUCCIÓ, PROPOSTA I RESOLUCIÓ DE LA CONCESSIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.- El procediment de concessió serà de concurrència no competitiva. Els expedients es tramitaran atenent a l'estricta ordre de presentació de les sol·licituds i documentació completa prevista a la base 7 fins a esgotar el crèdit pressupostari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es tindrà en compte la data de presentació de les sol·licituds a l'efecte de la determinació del seu ordre de tramitació, quan la documentació presentada estigui completa segons allò estipulat a la base setena. A aquests efectes, es considerarà com a data d'entrada de l'expedient, la de la darrera documentació presentada per poder considerar complet a efectes de la base setena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. Un cop examinades les sol·licituds, l'òrgan competent emetrà una proposta de resolució, a la vista del que s'ha acordat, que s'elevarà a la Junta de Govern Local que acordarà la concessió de les subvencions, per a la qual cosa es podran demanar tots els informes es considerin necessaris de altres organismes, així com documentació o aclariments de la persona sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3. El procediment es podrà resoldre de forma parcial, tramitant immediatament el pagament, sense esperar la resolució de la totalitat de la convocatòria, emetent la proposta la Batlessa i posteriorment serà ratificada per la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els acords de concessió de subvenció contindran l'atorgament de les subvencions i se'n fixaran expressament la quantia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4. El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar l'acord i fer les comprovacions posteriors serà de tres mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.5.La resolució del procediment posa fi a la via administrativa, podent contra aquesta interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de dos mesos a comptar del dia següent a la notificació. Alternativament i de forma potestativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant del mateix òrgan que ho ha dictat en el termini d'un mes a comptar de l'endemà del de la notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. RESOLUCIÓ DE SUBVENCIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en vista de les quantitats consignades en el pressupost vigent per a l'exercici 2023, en vista de la proposició de la comissió de valoració, assignarà objectivament i de manera individual els ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. PAGAMENT I JUSTIFICACIÓ DELS AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abonament de les ajudes concedides consistirà en una prestació econòmica que es formalitzarà a través del procediment següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es realitzarà transferència bancària als beneficiaris per l'import a què ascendeixi l'ajut concedit. De conformitat amb el que disposa l'apartat 7 de l'article 30 de la Llei 38/2003, General de Subvencions, per a la justificació dels ajuts no es requerirà cap altra documentació que l'acreditativa del requisit per obtenir la condició de beneficiari prevista a l'article 6 i 7 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests ajuts no requereixen una altra justificació que l'acreditació de les condicions i els requisits necessaris per accedir-hi pel que es donaran per justificades en el moment de la seva concessió, sense perjudici de les actuacions comprovatòries de l'Administració i el control financer que es pugui estendre a verificar-ne l'exactitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. OBLIGACIONS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. Els beneficiaris de les ajudes concedides tindran l'obligació de comunicar a l'Ajuntament les incidències que es puguin produir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2. L'obtenció fraudulenta de l'ajut serà causa de revocació de l'ajut concedit, i estaran obligats a reintegrar a l'Ajuntament les quantitats percebudes indegudament i els interessos de demora corresponents, sense perjudici de les sancions i/o accions legals que puguin derivar-se d'aquesta o altres convocatòries .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. COMPATIBILITAT DELS AJUTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts regulats per aquesta convocatòria seran compatibles amb altres de la mateixa finalitat, sigui quin sigui l'Administració o Entitat que els concedeixi, sense que en cap cas l'import dels ajuts rebuts en conjunt pugui superar el cost de l'activitat subvencionada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. CONTROL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:132%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament podrà realitzar les comprovacions necessàries respecte de les ajudes concedides així com demanar informació sobre si el beneficiari es troba al corrent de pagaments amb Hisenda i amb la Seguretat Social, a més de facilitar quanta informació els sigui requerida per l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
