&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la cobertura de tres (3) places de personal funcionari de carrera administratiu d'Administració general incloses dins l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Característiques del lloc de treball:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La seva dedicació, jornades de treball i retribucions seran de jornada completa de treball del personal funcionari d'aquesta corporació, conforme RLT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant que superi el procés selectiu i que, per tant, sigui nomenat/ada PERSONAL FUNCIONARI DE CARRERA ADMINISTRATIU D'ADMINISTRACIÓ GENERAL desenvoluparà les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball, conforme fitxes RLT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. CONDICIONS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per prendre part en aquestes proves selectives, les persones aspirants hauran de reunir, en la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna altra de les que permeten l'accés a l'ocupació pública segons l'article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir setze anys complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa, ambdues referides al dia en què finalitzi el termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) No haver estat separat/ada mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que exercien en el cas del personal laboral, del qual hagi estat separat/ada o inhabilitat/ada. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no ha d'estar inhabilitat/ada o en situació equivalent ni ha d'haver estat sotmès/esa a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi en el seu estat, en els mateixos termes, accedir a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estar en possessió del títol oficial de batxiller, tècnic o equivalent, de conformitat amb l'article 76 del Text Refós de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic (RD Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger, cal aportar la corresponent credencial d'homologació o reconeixement del Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar en servei actiu com a personal funcionari de carrera d'aquest Ajuntament del grup C, subgrup C2, i tenir una antiguitat d'almenys dos anys de servei actiu als esmentats grup i subgrup de l'escala d'Administració general de la plantilla de personal funcionari d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions del cos, escala o especialitat en què s'inclouen les places ofertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No estar sotmès/esa a causa d'incapacitat o incompatibilitat de les contingudes en la legislació local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Acreditar documentalment el coneixement de llengua catalana mitjançant l'aportació de fotocòpia del certificat de nivell C1 de català de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o un altre organisme reconegut a aquest efecte en la legislació vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Prèviament a l'acte de la presa de possessió, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar la manifestació de complir els requisits assenyalats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Acreditació d'haver abonat la taxa per drets d'examen, per import de 26.-€ o bé, acreditació de les bonificacions i/o exempcions de les que puguin ser objecte, previstes al Títol VI de l'Ordenança Fiscal (BOIB núm. 167 de 12 de desembre de 2019) i justificant de pagament de la quantia resultant, si hi pertoca al següent número d'IBAN:ES83 0182 5941 4402 0151 8556. La manca de justificació del pagament de la taxa indicada determina l'exclusió de l'aspirant. Aquest pagament no substitueix, en cap cas, el tràmit de presentar la sol·licitud en el termini i en la forma prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies per participar en les proves selectives s'hauran de presentar, segons el model oficial que consta com a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;annex II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a les presents bases, en el Registre General d'aquest Ajuntament o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'art. 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre. En el cas de no presentar-se la instància al Registre General, la persona interessada haurà de comunicar-ho a l'Ajuntament abans de la finalització del termini de la presentació de les sol·licituds mitjançant l'enviament d'un correu electrònic a l'adreça recursoshumans@sapobla.cat indicant a l'assumpte "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;EXP 834/2023. PERSONAL FUNCIONARI DE CARRERA ADMINISTRATIU D'ADMINISTRACIÓ GENERAL. Justificant instància&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;" i adjuntant el justificant de la presentació d'aquesta dins termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació d'instàncies serà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;vint (20) dies naturals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, comptats a partir del dia següent de la publicació de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE). Si el darrer dia del termini és inhàbil, s'entén prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent. Els successius anuncis s'han de publicar únicament al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ésser admeses i prendre part en aquest procés selectiu les persones aspirants hauran de declarar sota la seva responsabilitat a les seves sol·licituds que reuneixen totes i cada una de les condicions exigides a la base segona, i aportar fotocòpia de l'anvers i el revers de la titulació acadèmica exigida, i del DNI o document oficial d'identificació, i el resguard justificatiu d'haver ingressat íntegrament els drets d'examen. La falta de justificació del pagament íntegre d'aquests drets en el termini de presentació de sol·licituds determinarà l'exclusió definitiva de l'aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntament amb la instància, les persones aspirants també hauran de presentar fotocòpia del certificat de nivell C1 de català a què es fa referència en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació dels diferents mèrits que hagin de ser valorats a la fase de concurs s'haurà de dur a terme (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;annex III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) per aquelles persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició en el termini de tres (3) dies hàbils a comptar des del següent al de la publicació, a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, del llistat dels/de les aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició. Només es valoraran els mèrits obtinguts fins a la data de publicació de la convocatòria d'aquest procés selectiu en el BOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No serà necessària la compulsa dels documents que es presentin fotocopiats, ja siguin tant els presentats com a requisits per participar en el procés selectiu com aquells que s'aportin com a mèrits una vegada superada la fase d'oposició; serà suficient la declaració jurada de la persona interessada sobre la seva autenticitat, així com de les dades que figuren en la instància, sense perjudici que, en qualsevol moment, el tribunal qualificador o els òrgans competents de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla puguin requerir les persones aspirants perquè acreditin la veracitat de les circumstàncies i els documents aportats, i que hagin estat objecte de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a la documentació que ja obra en poder de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla, bastarà que l'aspirant indiqui aquesta circumstància i demani la seva incorporació a aquest expedient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, l'aspirant dona el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i el telèfon que hi figurin es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones candidates tant els errors descriptius com la no-comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. DRETS D'EXAMEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La taxa pels drets d'examen té un import de 26 euros, que s'hauran d'abonar dins el termini d'admissió de sol·licituds. Pagar els drets d'examen no suposa en cap cas el tràmit de presentació de la sol·licitud a l'Administració dins el termini establert. No escau la devolució de l'import íntegre satisfet en concepte de taxa per drets d'examen en els supòsits d'exclusió de les proves selectives per causes imputables a les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. ADMISSIÓ D'ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, el batle dictarà resolució aprovant la llista provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament; es concedirà un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;deu (10) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; perquè les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes, i seran esmenats els errors. Els/les sol·licitants que dins el termini assenyalat no esmenin els defectes justificant el seu dret a ser admesos/ses seran definitivament exclosos/oses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes d'aquesta convocatòria s'entenen com a causes d'exclusió no esmenables imputables a l'aspirant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Pagar la taxa fora del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Presentar la sol·licitud fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- No complir qualsevol requisit de participació el darrer dia del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Qualsevol altra que resulti de la normativa aplicable o del que preveuen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, amb la finalitat d'evitar errades i, si se'n produeixen, possibilitar-ne l'esmena dins el termini i en la forma escaient, les persones interessades hauran de comprovar no només que no figuren a la relació de persones excloses, sinó que, a més, consten a la de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes reclamacions, si n'hi hagués, seran acceptades i rebutjades a l'acord del batle president, pel qual serà aprovada la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública de la mateixa manera que la relació anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no produir-se reclamacions a la llista provisional, s'entendrà aquesta elevada a definitiva, sense necessitat de nou acord i publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els errors de fet podran esmenar-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elevada a definitiva la llista provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, el batle president determinarà la data de l'inici del primer exercici, així com el lloc i l'hora de la seva celebració. Les persones aspirants s'hi hauran de presentar el dia assenyalat i amb el DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta llista, juntament amb la data d'inici del primer exercici, es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de constar a la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement que les persones interessades compleixen els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria. Les persones que superin el procés selectiu hauran de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals que s'indica a la base segona d'aquesta convocatòria abans del seu nomenament, junt amb els mèrits que hagin estat valorats a la fase de concurs, en la forma en que es disposa a aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA. TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.-El Tribunal Qualificador es constituirà en la forma que determina el TREBEP 5/2015, i, supletòriament, l'article 51 de la Llei 3/2007, de la Funció Pública de la CAIB i l'article 4 del Reial Decret 896/1991, de 7 de juny.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador estarà format per un president, tres vocals i un secretari. Així mateix, es nomenarà un suplent per cada un dels membres del Tribunal. La designació del Tribunal qualificador, membres titulars i suplents, es publicarà al BOIB i al tauler d'anuncis del web de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- La composició del Tribunal serà predominantment tècnica i els vocals hauran de posseir una titulació o especialització igual o superior a l'exigida per a l'accés a les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la designació del Tribunal es procurarà garantir, en tot cas, el compliment del principi d'especialitat i d'idoneïtat per valorar els coneixements i les aptituds requerides dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Podran nomenar-se assessors del Tribunal, els quals actuaran amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- El Tribunal no podrà actuar sense l'assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, siguin titulars o suplents, entre els quals figurarà el secretari i el president o qui legalment els substitueixi. Tots els membres del tribunal tindran veu i vot, i les seves decisions hauran d'adoptar-se per majoria. Els acords s'adoptaran per majoria d'assistents i el vot del President dirimirà els empats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- L'abstenció i recusació dels membres del Tribunal s'ajustarà al previst en els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Correspon al Tribunal Qualificador resoldre totes les qüestions derivades de l'aplicació d'aquestes bases i també allò que pertoqui en els casos no prevists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés selectiu, en tot allò que no preveuen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador queda autoritzat per resoldre tots els dubtes que puguin sorgir i adoptar els acords precisos per al bon funcionament de la convocatòria en tot el que no s'hagi previst a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA. ORDRE D'ACTUACIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que s'hagin d'organitzar torns per dur a terme els exercicis, l'ordre d'actuació de les persones aspirants serà determinat mitjançant sorteig públic i es comunicarà mitjançant publicació al tauler d'anuncis de la web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA. FASE D'OPOSICIÓ. EXERCICIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest procediment selectiu constarà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; exercicis que s'especifiquen a continuació, i suposa un 70 % de la puntuació màxima assolible del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades en crida única, mitjançant la publicació dels anuncis de celebració dels exercicis al tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament. Seran excloses del procés selectiu les que no hi compareguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre el final d'un exercici i el començament del següent hauran de transcórrer, almanco, 72 hores, sense excedir de vint (20) dies naturals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;EXERCICIS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) PRIMER EXERCICI. QÜESTIONARI TIPUS TEST (40 punts màxim).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà a respondre per escrit un qüestionari tipus test de 40 preguntes més cinc preguntes de reserva amb quatre respostes alternatives, de les quals només una és correcta, referides al temari que figura com a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les persones aspirants marcaran les contestacions en els corresponents fulls d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que el tribunal acordi l'anul·lació d'alguna o algunes de les preguntes, per haver detectat d'ofici algun error manifest durant la realització de l'exercici o perquè aquest es detecta com a conseqüència de les al·legacions que posteriorment es presentin, es tendran en consideració les preguntes de reserva. Aquestes s'escolliran segons l'ordre de prelació en què es trobin en el propi exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici es classificarà de 0 a 40 punts. Cada pregunta contestada correctament es valorarà amb un punt; les preguntes no resoltes – tant si no s'han contestades, tant si figuren totes les opcions en blanc com si figura més d'una resposta i si s'ha indicat una resposta sense apartat equivalent en les alternatives previstes- no es valoraran, si s'ha marcat una resposta incorrecte es restarà un quart del valor d'una resposta correcta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seran eliminades aquelles persones aspirants que no obtinguin la puntuació mínima de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el tribunal acorda anul·lar més preguntes que el nombre de preguntes de reserva, el valor de cada pregunta s'ajustarà perquè la puntuació màxima sigui de 40 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació de l'exercici es farà garantint l'anonimat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) SEGON EXERCICI. CAS PRÀCTIC (30 punts màxim)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en la resolució per escrit d'una o varies qüestions pràctiques relatives a les tasques pròpies de la plaça que es convoca, i que haurà fixat el tribunal abans del començament de l'exercici, partint del temari que figura a l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants podran fer ús dels textos de normativa legal que considerin oportuns i que portin amb si. El tribunal podrà retirar a les persones opositores els esmentats textos quan consideri que no reuneixen les característiques de textos de normativa legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temps per resoldre aquest exercici serà de 2 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 30 punts, i seran eliminades les persones opositores que no assoleixin un mínim de 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nombre de punts que podran ser atorgats per cada membre del tribunal en aquest exercici serà de 0 a 30 punts. Les qualificacions s'adoptaran sumant les puntuacions atorgades pels distints membres del tribunal i dividint el total pel nombre de membres existents en aquell, i el quocient serà la qualificació definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà en aquest exercici la sistemàtica en el plantejament, la formulació de conclusions, la capacitat de raciocini, la claredat d'idees, el nivell de formació sobre els supòsits fitxats, la correcta interpretació de la normativa aplicable als casos plantejats i la facilitat de redacció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan entre les puntuacions atorgades pels membres del tribunal existís, entre dues o més d'elles, una diferència de tres o més enters, en seran automàticament excloses dues, les qualificacions màxima i mínima, i es detraurà la puntuació mitjana a través de les qualificacions restants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació de l'exercici es farà garantint l'anonimat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. PUBLICACIÓ DE LES QUALIFICACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conclòs cada un dels exercicis, el tribunal farà pública al tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament la relació d'aspirants que hagin superat el mínim establert per a cada exercici, amb indicació de la qualificació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les persones opositores disposaran d'un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, des de la publicació de les qualificacions de cada exercici, per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió del seu examen davant el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació definitiva de la fase d'oposició serà la suma de les qualificacions obtingudes en el segon, tercer i quart exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El llistat de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició junt amb la qualificació definitiva que hagi obtingut cada una s'exposaran a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins els tres (3) dies hàbils següents a aquesta publicació, les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició han d'acreditar els mèrits que s'hagin de valorar a la fase de concurs, a no ser que ja constin a disposició de l'Ajuntament (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; emplenat amb la relació dels mèrits aportats, estructurats segons els blocs en què es divideix el barem de mèrits d'aquestes bases).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. FASE DE CONCURS I MÈRITS A VALORAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs constitueix com a màxim un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;30 %&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la puntuació màxima assolible del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits s'han d'acreditar i valorar sempre amb referència a la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits a valorar pel tribunal són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A. Experiència professional. Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat s'atorgarà una puntuació global màxima de 20 punts pels serveis prestats en aquest Ajuntament o en qualsevol altra administració pública, d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Serveis prestats a l'Administració pública, els seus organismes autònoms i empreses d'ella dependents en llocs de treball de la categoria immediatament inferior (grup C subgrup C2, auxiliars administratius o equivalents) a la plaça a proveir com a personal funcionari o laboral: es valorarà amb 0,13 punts per mes complet treballat a jornada completa fins a un màxim de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Serveis prestats a l'Administració local, els seus organismes autònoms i empreses d'ella dependents, en llocs de treball de la categoria immediatament inferior (grup C subgrup C2, auxiliars administratius o equivalents) a la plaça a proveir com a personal funcionari o laboral: es valorarà amb 0,15 punts per mes complet treballat a jornada completa fins a un màxim de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Serveis prestats a l'Administració pública, els seus organismes autònoms i empreses d'ella dependents en llocs de treball de la categoria equivalent o superior (grup C subgrup C1, administratius o equivalents, i categories superiors) a la plaça que es convoca com a personal funcionari o laboral: es valorarà amb 0,18 punts per mes complet treballat a jornada completa fins a un màxim 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Serveis prestats a l'Administració local, els seus organismes autònoms i empreses d'ella dependents, en llocs de treball de la categoria equivalent o superior (grup C subgrup C1, administratius o equivalents, i categories superiors) a la plaça que es convoca com a personal funcionari o laboral: es valorarà amb 0,20 punts per mes complet treballat a jornada completa fins a un màxim 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El mèrit s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació del corresponent certificat de serveis prestats en el qual constin categoria, temps treballat, tipus de jornada, vinculació amb l'Administració, organismes autònoms i empreses públiques d'ella dependents, així com les tasques desenvolupades. Junt amb aquest certificat també s'haurà d'aportar un informe de vida laboral expedit per la TGSS. En el cas que la documentació acreditativa ja es trobi en poder de l'Ajuntament de sa Pobla s'indicarà així en la instància, sol·licitant que es doni per reproduïda i s'incorpori a l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit que l'aspirant acrediti serveis en els dos apartats anteriors en el mateix període de temps, únicament es valorarà el que suposi major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fraccions inferiors al mes complet treballat a jornada completa es valoraran proporcionalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B. Formació. Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B1. Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;directament relacionats amb la plaça que es convoca, impartits o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional de l'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear de l'Administració Pública (EBAP), la Federació d'Entitats Locals de les Illes Balears (FELIB), i els impartits per la Universitat, per col·legis o associacions professionals, pels sindicats, per les administracions de l'Estat, autonòmica o local, o per entitats homologades per les administracions anteriors: fins a un màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència, és a dir, que no són acumulables l'assistència i l'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests mèrits s'acreditaran documentalment presentant al Registre General d'aquesta corporació còpia del títol d'assistència o certificat expedit pel centre o institució que hagi organitzat el curs, jornada o seminari, amb indicació de la seva duració i de les matèries tractades, a no ser que ja constin a l'Ajuntament. Només es valoraran aquells cursos, jornades o seminaris que estiguin relacionats directament amb la plaça objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran en aquest apartat els certificats que no indiquin les hores de durada o els crèdits de l'acció formativa, els que corresponguin a una carrera universitària, els de doctorat, la superació d'assignatures d'un estudi acadèmic, ni els derivats de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració dels cursos es realitzarà de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin assistència, es valoraran a raó de 0,10 punts per cada 10 hores o 0,25 punts per crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Quan els certificats dels cursos acreditin aprofitament, es valoraran a raó de 0,20 punts per cada 10 hores o 0,50 punts per crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Els cursos impartits es valoraran amb 0,30 punts per cada 10 hores o 0,75 punts per crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'indica el tipus de crèdit, s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'anterior ordenació universitària (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan hi hagi discrepància entre les hores i els crèdits en els certificats d'una acció formativa, prevaldran les hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fracció es valorarà proporcionalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.2. Estar en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica superior a l'exigida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: fins a un màxim de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditació dels mèrits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quant a la valoració dels mèrits anteriors, aquests s'acreditaran documentalment mitjançant fotocòpia del corresponent títol expedit pel centre o institució oficialment reconeguda que hagi organitzat el curs, amb indicació de la seva durada i les matèries tractades, a no ser que ja es trobin a disposició de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un mateix mèrit només es podrà valorar en aquell apartat en què obtingui major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implicarà que no es poden valorar els de nivell inferior necessaris per obtenir-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà demanar a les persones interessades els aclariments o, en el seu cas, la documentació addicional que estimi oportuna, amb l'única finalitat de comprovar la veritat dels mèrits aportats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
