Aprovació de la proposta MF-809 i la MFU-56 de modificació i creació de determinats llocs de feina, d’acord amb la petició de l’Àrea de Participació Ciutadana i Govern Interior ]] 20228 2023-04-14 20223 CAIB ca ca 320 CAIB ![CDATA[<div class="WordSection1"> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de 08/03/2023, y prèvia ratificació de la urgència, es va aprovar el següent:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">“<strong>PRIMER</strong>.- Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-809 relativa a l'aprovació de la modificació i creació de determinats llocs de feina, d'acord amb la petició de l'Àrea.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>SEGON</strong>.- Aprovar la creació i modificació de funcions que figuren a la proposta MFU-56 adjunta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>TERCER</strong>.- Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent a la seva aprovació.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>QUART</strong>.- Publicar el contingut de l'Acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
