&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Junta Rectora del Consorci de Recursos Sociosanitaris i Assistencials de les Illes Balears de 23 de maig de 2022 es va aprovar l'oferta pública d'ocupació d'estabilització corresponent al personal laboral del CTM, en el marc de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública (BOIB núm. 66, de 21 de maig). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Mitjançant l'Acord de la Junta Rectora de 1 de desembre de 2022 es va aprovar la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral del Consorci (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;D'acord amb la base 19.2 de l'Annex 2 d'aquesta convocatòria sobre nomenament dels membres dels tribunals, la presidenta del Consorci ha de nomenar els tribunals encarregats de la selecció, els quals tenen la consideració d'òrgans dependents de la seva autoritat; i el nomenament s'ha de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la web del Consorci un cop finalitzat el període de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En el mateix sentit, segons la base 19.1.2 sobre la composició dels òrgans de selecció els tribunals han d'estar constituïts, com a mínim, per tres membres titulars, amb el mateix nombre de suplents. S'ha de constituir un tribunal per cada grup dels previstos en l'article 15 del Conveni col·lectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Tots els membres dels tribunals han posseir una titulació acadèmica d'igual o de superior nivell que l'exigit als aspirants per a l'ingrés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Així mateix, la base 19.1.3 estableix que la determinació de la composició dels tribunals s'ha de dur a terme d'acord amb les normes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) El president serà designat lliurement per la presidenta de la Junta Rectora del Consorci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b) Els vocals han de ser nomenats per sorteig entre el personal laboral o funcionari en situació de servei actiu a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears que pertanyin al grup de què es tracti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c) La secretaria correspondrà a la persona designada per votació del tribunal entre les persones designades com a vocals. La composició dels òrgans de selecció s'ha d'ajustar, llevat de raons fonamentades i objectives, degudament motivades, al criteri de paritat entre homes i dones, amb capacitació, competència i preparació adequades. S'entén per representació equilibrada la presència de dones i homes de manera que cap sexe no superi el 60% del conjunt de persones a què es refereix ni sigui inferior al 40%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Per tot això, i fent ús de les competències que m'atorga l'article 11 j) de la Llei 3/2003, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Informar les persones nomenades de l'obligació d'abstenir-se d'intervenir en el procés selectiu si hi concorr alguna de les circumstàncies que preveu l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, i el punt 19.1.4. de les bases específiques de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;9. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la web del Consorci de Recursos Sociosanitaris i Assistencials de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Interposició de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la presidenta de la Junta Rectora en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú. També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
