&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 34.3 de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, els procediments de selecció per accedir a les categories de policia local es completen amb la superació d'un període de pràctiques, que inclou la superació del curs de capacitació corresponent a la categoria a la qual s'accedeix, i la fase de pràctiques al municipi relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la categoria en qüestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'altra banda, l'article 28.3 de la Llei 4/2013 estableix que l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública ha d'impartir el curs de capacitació corresponent a cada categoria de la policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'article 10.1 de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, regula les funcions de coordinació entre les quals s'inclou la funció que preveu la lletra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La fixació de les bases i els criteris uniformes per a la formació, la selecció, la promoció i la mobilitat del personal de les policies locals, incloent-hi els nivells educatius exigibles per a cada categoria professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els articles 177 i següents del Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears regulen el curs de capacitació per accedir a cada categoria de la policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Els articles 34.3 i 28.3 de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.L'article 159 del Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, aprovat pel Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears i es modifica el Decret 55/2017, de 15 de desembre, del Fons de Seguretat Pública de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.Els articles 177 i següents del Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. La resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat, de 4 d'abril de 2023, per la qual s'aprova el contingut, el desenvolupament, la metodologia, la durada, l'avaluació i el règim intern del curs de capacitació per a l'accés a la categoria de sotsinpector de policia local (BOIB 46, d'11 d'abril de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.Els articles 4.1 i 5.9 dels Estatuts de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, aprovats pel Decret 31/2012, de 13 d'abril, així com la lletra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l'article 10.2, l'article 12.1 i les lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;j) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;m)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de l'article 12.5 dels Estatuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria del curs de capacitació per accedir a la categoria de sotsinspectors de policia local per a l'any 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases que han de regir la convocatòria així com també el model de sol·licitud de reserva de places del curs de capacitació en el termes que figuren en els annexos 1 i 2 d'aquesta Resolució, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i en la seu electrònica de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 44 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, en els litigis entre administracions públiques no es poden interposar recursos en via administrativa. No obstant això, quan s'interposa un recurs contenciós administratiu contra una altra administració, es pot requerir prèviament que s'anul·li o es revoqui l'acte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden ser alumnes del curs&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;de capacitació les persones que, reunint-ne els requisits, han superat la fase d'oposició d'un procés selectiu per a accedir a la categoria de sotsinspector de policia local i han d'ésser nomenats funcionaris de carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'EBAP inscriurà d'ofici els alumnes en el curs de capacitació a sol·licitud de l'ajuntament corresponent. A partir del moment de la inscripció, s'adquireix la condició d'alumne o alumna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Places&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Inici i realització del curs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La data d'inici del curs és el de 15 de maig de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Aquesta data queda subjecte a modificacions en els casos en què sigui necessari reorganitzar l'inici del curs per processos selectius no conclosos justificat així com també per circumstàncies extraordinàries sobrevingudes. En aquests casos, l'EBAP ha de comunicar l'inici del curs amb una antelació mínima suficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El curs es durà a terme principalment online, tot i que diverses assignatures, atenent a l'establert al Manual, seran presencials&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, po&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;ent-se impartir de manera &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;remota síncrona a criteri del personal docent&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Els ajuntaments que hagin convocat processos selectius per accedir a la categoria de policia del cos de policia local (o de policia en els casos en què no hagin constituït cos) han de presentar una sol·licitud en el termini i forma que es detalla a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar de forma electrònica a través del Sistema d'Interconnexió de Registres (SIR) dirigit a l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (DIR3: A04035968), d'acord amb el model que figura en l'annex 2 i que es posarà a disposició dels ajuntaments en la seu electrònica de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Juntament amb la sol·licitud, s'ha de presentar un certificat del secretari o secretària de l'ajuntament que contingui:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La relació dels aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu i que han de ser nomenats funcionaris de carrera, la nota que han obtingut i la data de la publicació de la llista definitiva d'aprovats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de 10 dies des de l'endemà de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cinquena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Informació als ajuntaments&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per seguir la formació en línia, és imprescindible que els funcionaris disposin d'un aparell amb connexió a Internet que permeti el seguiment de les activitats del curs que s'imparteixin en aquesta modalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el Reglament (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) i amb la legislació vigent en matèria de protecció de dades, s'informa del tractament de les dades personals que conté aquesta sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finalitat del tractament i base jurídica.&lt;/strong&gt; La finalitat d'aquest tractament és reservar places per al curs bàsic de capacitació de policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsable del tractament.&lt;/strong&gt; Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Destinataris de les dades personals.&lt;/strong&gt; No se cediran les dades personals a tercers, tret que hi hagi una obligació legal o un interès legítim, d'acord amb l'RGPD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Termini de conservació de les dades personals.&lt;/strong&gt; Les dades es conservaran el temps necessari per complir amb la finalitat per a la qual han estat recaptades. Serà d'aplicació la normativa autonòmica d'arxius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Existència de decisions automatitzades.&lt;/strong&gt; Les dades no es tractaran de forma automatitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Transferències de dades a tercers països.&lt;/strong&gt; Les dades no es transferiran a tercers països que no garanteixin un nivell de protecció de dades adequat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercici de drets i reclamacions.&lt;/strong&gt; La persona afectada pel tractament de dades personals pot exercir els seus drets d'informació, d'accés, de rectificació, de supressió, de limitació, de portabilitat, d'oposició i de no inclusió en tractaments automatitzats davant el responsable del tractament esmentat abans, mitjançant el procediment «Sol·licitud d'exercici de drets en matèria de protecció de dades personals» previst en la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb posterioritat a la resposta del responsable o si no hi ha resposta en el termini d'un mes, pot presentar la «Reclamació de tutela de drets» davant l'Agència Espanyola de Protecció de Dades (AEPD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Delegació de Protecció de Dades.&lt;/strong&gt; La Delegació de Protecció de Dades de l'Administració de la CAIB té la seu a la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat (passeig de Sagrera, 2, 07012 Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
