&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 29 de març de 2023, la presidenta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Institut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mallorquí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Afers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Socials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(IMAS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;va&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; resoldre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aprovar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;convocat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;òria d'ajudes econòmiques individuals a persones majors de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials per a l'any 2023. Aquesta resolució va ser publicada al BOIB número 40 de 30 de març de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstant, el Servei Juridicoadminitratiu de l'IMAS va advertir que aquesta resolució es va signar i publicar amb unes errades materials. Concretament a l'annex 1, en quan a la data màxima de despesa de les ajudes imputables que no es correspon amb el text de la convocatòria; i a la base número 9 d'aquesta convocatòria, en tant manca incloure l'oficina d'atenció a la ciutadania ubicada al carrer Pere Dezcallar i Net de Palma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques preveu que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;Atès que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'article 7.2 apartat 7) dels Estatuts de l'IMAS preveu que correspon a la Presidència aprovar les bases específiques, així com les seves rectificacions, i resoldre els procediments d'ajudes, prestacions i/o subvencions relatives a les competències atribuïdes a l'IMAS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar la rectificació de l'errada a la resolució de 29 de març de 2023 de la presidenta de l'IMAS, per la que s'aprova &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;convocat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;òria d'ajudes econòmiques individuals a persones majors de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials per a l'any 2023 (BOIB número 40 de 30 de març de 2023)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;per tant, allà on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
