&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de desembre), es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears (ICIB), adscrit a la Conselleria de Fons Europeus, Universitat i Cultura, ha instat la modificació de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions esmentat, dins el punt 5 («Indústries culturals») de l'objectiu I («Diversificació econòmica»), en el sentit de modificar tres de les línies que gestiona l'ICIB, a saber, les línies I.5.4, I.5.5 i I.5.6, per tal de possibilitar-ne la convocatòria l'any 2023. També es modifiquen les descripcions de dues d'aquestes línies; en el cas de la línia I.5.4, perquè la descripció sigui més clara en relació amb l'objecte i la finalitat, i, en el cas de la línia I.5.5, per introduir-hi el concepte de coproducció atès que és una opció que preveuen les bases de les convocatòria. Així mateix, s'aprofita la modificació per reflectir l'increment en la quantia d'aquetes tres línies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'apartat tercer de l'Acord del Consell de Govern esmentat estableix que l'aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions es deleguen a la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda, d'acord amb l'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors aprovar i modificar l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 25/2021, de 8 de març, pel Decret 1/2022, de 27 de juliol, i pel Decret&amp;nbsp;5/2022, de 19 de desembre, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, en què es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprovar la modificació de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023, aprovat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de desembre), pel que fa a l'objectiu I, sobre diversificació econòmica, i més concretament el punt 5, relatiu a indústries culturals, de manera que es modifiquen les línies I.5.4, I.5.5 i I.5.6, amb el contingut següent&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
