&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cal cobrir el lloc de treball de cap de secció d'Unitat de Borsa Única corresponent a la plantilla orgànica autoritzada dels Serveis Centrals del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els articles 29 i 30 de la&amp;nbsp;Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'estatut marc del personal estatutari dels serveis de salut (BOE núm. 301, de 17 de desembre de 2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Reial decret llei 1/1999, de 8 de gener, sobre selecció de personal estatutari i provisió de places en les institucions sanitàries de la Seguretat Social&amp;nbsp;(BOE núm. 8, de 9 de gener de 1999).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La&amp;nbsp;disposició&amp;nbsp;transitòria segona de la Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril, de mesures de capacitació lingüística per a la recuperació de l'ús del català en l'àmbit de la funció pública (BOIB núm. 46, de 12 d'abril de 2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. L'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022 pel qual es regula el sistema de provisió de llocs de treball del personal estatutari de gestió i serveis del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, ratificat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de maig de 2022 (BOIB núm. 70,&amp;nbsp;de 31 de maig de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Per això dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria per proveir, pel sistema de concurs, el lloc de treball de cap de secció d'Unitat de Borsa Única corresponent a la plantilla orgànica autoritzada dels Serveis Centrals del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar&amp;nbsp;les bases que regeixen aquesta convocatòria, que figuren a l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Designar&amp;nbsp;els membres de la Comissió de Valoració, que figuren a l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Aprovar&amp;nbsp;el barem de mèrits aplicable a aquesta convocatòria, que figura a l'annex 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Publicar el model de sol·licitud i el model de projecte de gestió i organització per accedir al lloc de treball ofert en aquesta convocatòria, accessible al portal web&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.ibsalut.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Publicar aquesta resolució al&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;i al portal web del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.ibsalut.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant l'òrgan que la dicta en el termini d'un mes a comptar de l'endemà de la data de publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques,&amp;nbsp;i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa de Palma en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El règim jurídic del lloc de treball en qüestió és&amp;nbsp;l'establert&amp;nbsp;per la Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'estatut marc del personal estatutari dels Serveis de Salut, i les disposicions que la desenvolupen.&amp;nbsp;El càrrec s' ocuparà en règim de dedicació exclusiva.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisits dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Requisits generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'un estat membre de la&amp;nbsp;Unió&amp;nbsp;Europea o de l' Espai Econòmic Europeu, o tenir el dret a la lliure circulació de treballadors de conformitat amb el Tractat de la Unió Europea o altres tractats ratificats per Espanya, o bé tenir reconegut aquest dret per mitjà d'una norma legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Tenir un nomenament com a personal estatutari fix que, en la data de publicació d' aquesta convocatòria, estigui en la situació de servei actiu o en la situació de reserva de lloc i presti servei en institucions sanitàries del Sistema Nacional de Salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També poden participar en les convocatòries de llocs de treball el personal funcionari de carrera que, en la data de la publicació d' aquesta convocatòria, estigui en la situació de servei actiu o en la situació de reserva de lloc i presti servei en qualsevol administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tot això sens perjudici del que estableix el punt 6.4 de l' Acord de 22 de maig de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Titulació oficial que habiliti per a l'exercici professional del lloc de treball (o estar en condicions d'obtenir-la dins del termini per presentar sol·licituds):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Acreditar els coneixements de català corresponents al nivell B2 per mitjà d' un&amp;nbsp;certificat&amp;nbsp;expedit per l' Escola Balear d' Administració Pública o qualsevol dels expedits, reconeguts com a equivalents o homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística que acreditin aquest nivell de coneixement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Tenir complerts setze anys i no sobrepassar l' edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. No haver estat separat del servei —per mitjà d'un expedient disciplinari— de qualsevol servei de salut o administració pública en els sis anys anteriors a la convocatòria, ni estar inhabilitat amb caràcter ferm per exercir funcions públiques ni, si s'escau, la professió corresponent.&amp;nbsp;En els casos de persones d' altres estats esmentades en el paràgraf&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, no estar inhabilitat per una sanció o una pena per a l' exercici professional o per accedir a funcions o serveis públics en el seu estat, ni haver estat separat per mitjà d' una sanció disciplinària de cap de les seves administracions o serveis públics en els sis anys anteriors a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2&amp;nbsp;Requisits específics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Poden participar en aquesta convocatòria el personal estatutari fix de gestió i serveis i el personal funcionari de carrera dels subgrups A1, A2 i C1 que en la data de la publicació de la convocatòria estigui en la situació de servei actiu o en la situació de reserva de plaça i presti servei en una institució sanitària del Sistema Nacional de Salut o en qualsevol altra Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Experiència, acreditada documentalment, en el maneig del sistema d' informació SAP Logística Econòmic-financer,&amp;nbsp;SAP RRHH administració i registre de Personal, i SAP GESTION RRHH-Mòdul de Selecció, Ingrés i Provisió.&amp;nbsp;També es requereix experiència acreditada en el maneig de l' AIDA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Mínim nivell II de Carrera Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Mínim tres anys d'experiència acreditada per l'òrgan competent en la coordinació i gestió dels processos selectius de personal estatutari temporal a computar des de l'entrada en vigor de l'Acord de Govern de 25 de novembre de 2016 pel qual es regulen els processos de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears com a instrument global i homogeni per regular aquests processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Presentació d' un projecte de gestió i organització relacionat amb les funcions del lloc de treball i objectius del Servei, publicat al portal web&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.ibsalut.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Acreditació dels requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Els requisits s'han de complir l'últim dia del termini per presentar sol·licituds en la forma que la convocatòria determini i s'han de presentar en el moment de formalitzar la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. En relació amb els requisits generals d'aquesta convocatòria, no és necessària l'acreditació documental per al personal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears —a excepció del nivell de coneixements de català—, ja que el Servei de Selecció i Provisió de Personal Estatutari farà les comprovacions necessàries d'ofici, llevat que l'aspirant s'oposi manifestament en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. En el cas del personal no pertanyent al Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, sí que haurà d'aportar la documentació acreditativa —original o una còpia autèntica— de tots els requisits en els termes establerts a l'apartat 3.3 a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Característiques del lloc de treball i funcions per desenvolupar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona que obtingui el lloc de treball estarà adscrita a la direcció de l' Àrea de Professionals i Relacions Laborals i dependrà de la Subdirecció de Gestió de Personal, exercint les funcions pròpies de cap o cap de secció d' Unitat de Borsa Única de la plantilla orgànica autoritzada dels Serveis Centrals del Servei de Salut,&amp;nbsp;entre elles les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Coordinar i gestionar els processos selectius de personal estatutari temporal, de forma conjunta amb la Coordinadora de la Unitat de Borsa Única.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Elaborar informes que incloguin l' anàlisi de dades que corresponguin en relació als processos de selecció de personal estatutari temporal, si s' escau realitzant l' explotació de dades de l'aplicatiu SAP Recursos Humans.&amp;nbsp;Ad-hoc-Query.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Coordinar el control documental del Servei d' Unitat de Borsa Única: Expedients dels candidats.&amp;nbsp;Organització arxiu actiu/passiu.&amp;nbsp;Així mateix, també haurà de coordinar el control documental del Servei d'Unitat de Borsa Única: Documentació, al·legacions, recursos, resolucions, etc.&amp;nbsp;Creació d' instruccions tècniques dels processos de Borsa Única.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Gestió i supervisió del correu electrònic corporatiu d' Unitat de Borsa Única.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Maneig de les eines ofimàtiques: Pinbal, Regweb, Notifica, Rolsac, Valib, AIDA, Edició edictes Boib, publicacions amb editor Joomla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Organitzar, controlar i planificar el treball de secció, en coordinació amb el responsable de la Unitat de Borsa Única.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Mantenir actualitzada la secció de borsa única del web ibsalut.es, publicar resolucions, llistes, notícies, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Assistir a la Comissió de Seguiment de Borsa Única com a assessor de l' administració, així com gestionar la logística d' aquestes reunions: reserva sala, documentació a lliurar, seguiment dels acords assolits, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Realitzar els actes administratius necessaris per a la celebració dels actes públics per a l' adjudicació de nomenaments d' interinitat i de llarga durada: gestió de llistes, preseleccions, preferències dels candidats, resultats de les ofertes, etc..., així com la coordinació necessària amb els diferents departaments de RRHH relacionats amb aquests actes, seguint les indicacions de la Coordinadora de la Unitat de Borsa Única.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j. Executar els informes mensuals (130) i remetre a la part social dins dels cinc primers dies del mes següent.&amp;nbsp;ZHRIBS_SIP_130&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k. Realitzar càrrega i el traspàs d' estatus de candidats després de baremació, resolució i publicació de llistes definitives.&amp;nbsp;ZHRIBS_COPIA: STATUS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l. Informatitzar l'exclusió definitiva dels candidats de borsa, pels diferents motius existents: èxitus, jubilació, pren possessió plaça fixa en la mateixa categoria, etc. ZHRIBS_SIP_039 –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m. Donar suport i coordinar les diferents àrees que conformen la Unitat de Borsa Única en el desenvolupament de les funcions que tenen assignades: atenció usuari/ baremació/ i tècnica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n. Generar les llistes post-tall segons disposa&amp;nbsp;l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022 pel qual es regulen els procediments de selecció de personal estatutari temporal del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears per mitjà de la creació de borses úniques de treball per a cada categoria i especialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o. Realitzar totes les funcions o/i gestió que li encomani, directora de Gestió, la Subdirecció de Gestió de Personal dels Serveis Centrals del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears així com la Coordinadora Autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;Tràmit de sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.&amp;nbsp;Els aspirants han de presentar la sol·licitud i model de projecte de gestió i organització per mitjà dels models publicats&amp;nbsp;al portal web&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.ibsalut.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;(vegeu el punt 6.1) en el termini de vint dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.&amp;nbsp;Es pot formalitzar en el Registre General dels Serveis Centrals del Servei de Salut o per mitjà de qualsevol de les vies previstes en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3. Cal adreçar al Servei de Selecció i Provisió de Personal Estatutari (codi DIR 3 A04029527).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4. A la sol·licitud cal adjuntar la documentació que s'especifica a l'apartat 6 de la convocatòria, en documents originals o còpies autèntiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5. Un cop vençut el termini per presentar sol·licituds, es publicaran al portal web del Servei de Salut (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.ibsalut.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) les llistes provisionals d'admesos i exclosos, especificant la causa de l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.6. Els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de les llistes provisionals per presentar reclamacions —que no tindran caràcter de recurs— o per esmenar, si escau, el defecte que hagi motivat l'exclusió o corregir errors detectats en la consignació de les dades personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.7. Posteriorment es publicaran al mateix portal web les llistes definitives de candidats admesos i d'exclosos, amb expressió de la causa d'exclusió de cada persona.&amp;nbsp;Al mateix temps es publicarà la llista provisional de puntuacions dels mèrits dels candidats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atenent els principis d' eficiència i celeritat, en el supòsit que únicament concorri un candidat i sempre que compleixi les condicions i els requisits establerts a l' apartat 7.5 de l' Acord, independentment de la puntuació mínima per adjudicar el lloc de treball es podrà eximir-lo de valorar els mèrits al·legats i adjudicar-li directament el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Documentació que cal aportar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Sol·licitud per participar en el procés selectiu i model de projecte de gestió i organització.&amp;nbsp;En el portal web&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.ibsalut.es&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;es poden descarregar ambdós formularis seguint la ruta Professionals &amp;gt; Treballa amb nosaltres &amp;gt; Prefectures del Personal Estatutari&amp;gt; Gestió i serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Documentació relativa als requisits establerts a l'apartat 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;Sistema selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Prèviament a la valoració a càrrec de la Comissió de Valoració, el Servei de Selecció i Provisió de Personal Estatutari revisarà cada sol·licitud per verificar si l'aspirant compleix els requisits per concórrer al procés selectiu i farà una primera valoració dels mèrits al·legats i acreditats en relació amb les característiques del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2 El procediment per proveir aquest lloc de treball és el concurs específic, de manera que es valorarà si els mèrits s'adeqüen a les característiques del lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Els mèrits acreditats es valoraran amb referència a la data de venciment del termini per presentar sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. Els mèrits al·legats es poden acreditar per mitjà de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Antiguitat, experiència professional i grau de Carrera Professional: certificat expedit per l' administració pública corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Estudis acadèmics reglats i formació de postgrau: còpia autèntica del títol o del resguard acreditatiu (anvers i revers).&amp;nbsp;Si es presenten títols d' estudis cursats a l' estranger, s'ha d' acreditar l' homologació del ministeri competent en matèria d' educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Coneixements de català: certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP) o bé expedit o homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística o reconegut com a equivalent per la normativa autonòmica vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Cursos de formació: només es valorarà la formació acreditada per mitjà de certificats d' aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. En el procés de valoració dels mèrits es pot exigir formalment al candidat que aclareixi certs documents que hagi adjuntat o que aporti la documentació addicional que s'estimi necessària per comprovar els mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.6. Els mèrits seran valorats per la Comissió de Valoració, els membres de la qual figuren a l'annex 2.&amp;nbsp;Tots els membres de la Comissió tenen la condició de personal estatutari fix o funcionari de carrera en una plaça, una categoria, un cos, un grup o una escala per als quals s'exigeixi tenir una titulació de nivell acadèmic igual o superior que l' exigida per al lloc de treball ofert.&amp;nbsp;El pertànyer a la Comissió és sempre a títol individual, de manera que no s' hi pot pertànyer en representació d'una altra persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;Resolució de la convocatòria i efectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. D'acord amb el punt 10.1&amp;nbsp;de l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022, la Comissió de valoració elaborarà una llista amb les puntuacions dels mèrits de cada candidat i elevarà a l'òrgan competent una proposta motivada de nomenament del qual hagi obtingut la puntuació més alta.&amp;nbsp;No obstant això, pot proposar de forma motivada que es declari deserta la convocatòria si no ha concorregut cap aspirant que compleixi els requisits o no assoleixi la puntuació mínima prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. L'òrgan competent per resoldre ha de dictar resolució provisional del concurs, que ha d'indicar la puntuació obtinguda per cada persona aspirant que hagi estat admesa i s'ha de publicar al portal web del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.ibsalut.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. Contra aquesta resolució es podran presentar al·legacions en el termini de set dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació.&amp;nbsp;Les al·legacions registrades seran resoltes per mitjà de la resolució amb la qual es publiquin la llista de definitiva i el nomenament del candidat designat per ocupar el lloc de treball —o bé la declaració que la convocatòria ha quedat deserta, si s'escau—, que es farà pública al mateix portal web i també al&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4. El candidat designat ha de prendre possessió del lloc de treball dins el termini màxim d'un mes a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució a què es refereix el punt anterior.&amp;nbsp;No obstant això, l' òrgan convocant pot prorrogar aquest termini si el candidat designat ho demana i ho justifica degudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.5. En el cas que, per qualsevol motiu, el candidat designat no prengui possessió del lloc de treball, l'òrgan competent pot designar el candidat de la llista que el segueixi per ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.6. El candidat designat obtindrà un nomenament per ocupar el lloc de treball convocat i la seva situació serà la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Si té la condició d'estatutari fix del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears amb plaça al mateix centre, ocuparà el lloc de treball com a personal estatutari fix de la seva categoria en el mateix centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Si té la condició d'estatutari fix del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears amb plaça en un altre centre, passarà a ocupar directament el lloc de treball al centre de destinació i quedarà en la situació de reserva respecte a la seva plaça estatutària fixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Si té la condició d' estatutari fix d' un altre servei de salut, passarà a ocupar directament el lloc de treball en el centre de destinació i quedarà en la situació administrativa que li correspongui segons la legislació aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Si té la condició de funcionari de carrera amb plaça fixa en una altra administració pública, passarà a ocupar directament el lloc de treball en el centre de destinació i quedarà en la situació administrativa que li correspongui segons la legislació aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.7. Els efectes econòmics i administratius del nomenament només es produiran un cop s'hagi efectuat la presa de possessió del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.8. El treballador nomenat no podrà participar a concurrència d'altres prefectures en els concursos de provisió de llocs de treball durant un termini mínim de dos anys a comptar des del dia en què hagi pres possessió del lloc.&amp;nbsp;Aquesta previsió no és aplicable en els supòsits de remoció o supressió del lloc de treball, de redistribució d' efectius o altres supòsits de mobilitat forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.9. En els supòsits de renúncia, de cessament en el lloc de treball proveït per mitjà del sistema de lliure designació o de cessament per no haver superat les avaluacions que corresponguin a aquest lloc, aquest treballador deixarà d' ocupar el lloc obtingut i passarà a ocupar la plaça bàsica de la seva categoria des de la data en què el supòsit sigui efectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Cessament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. Són causes de cessament en el lloc de treball obtingut les que estableix el punt 16&amp;nbsp;de l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. Així mateix, en cas de renúncia o cessament, serà aplicable el que estableix aquest mateix punt de l'Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Avaluació de l'acompliment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. El treballador nomenat haurà de superar l'avaluació de l'acompliment professional i del compliment dels objectius del lloc de treball obtingut.&amp;nbsp;Per tant, la continuïtat en aquest lloc de treball queda vinculada a superar aquesta avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. La primera avaluació es farà en complir el primer any des de la data en què hagi pres possessió del lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3. A aquest efecte s'aplicarà el procediment d'avaluació establert en el punt 15 de l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En qualsevol cas, només es valoraran els certificats d'un nivell superior al exigit com a requisit d'accés a la funció pública d'acord amb la normativa vigent en el moment de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o Els cursos certificats per la Comissió de Formació Continuada del Sistema Nacional de Salut per als llocs de treball que tinguin com a requisit pertànyer a un cos de l'escala sanitària o una titulació sanitària. En aquests casos, els cursos es valoren d'acord amb els crèdits certificats per aquesta Comissió de Formació Continuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà l'experiència professional en alguna de les categories, cossos o escales necessàries per ocupar el lloc de feina ofert. A aquest efecte, l'experiència professional com a càrrec directiu en institucions sanitàries públiques del Sistema Nacional de Salut es valorarà de la mateixa manera que els serveis prestats a la mateixa categoria que la del lloc de treball ofert sempre que es compleixin els requisits exigits per participar en el procediment de provisió durant el temps en què hagi ocupat el càrrec directiu. Es podran valorar també les aptituds i els rendiments apreciats en altres llocs ocupats anteriorment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Aquest projecte s'ha d'ajustar a l'entorn i als recursos humans i materials disponibles a la unitat administrativa en què s'enquadra el lloc de treball i s'ha d'elaborar basant-se en els objectius del lloc que determini aquesta convocatòria. Es podrà requerir exposar i defensar el projecte en una sessió pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
