&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Vista la renúncia presentada per la persona que l'ocupava, cal cobrir el lloc de treball de prefectura de grup de gestió d'e-SIAP, corresponent a la plantilla orgànica autoritzada de l'Hospital Can Misses a l'Àrea de Salut d' Eivissa i Formentera, la provisió definitiva de la qual es considera necessària per tal d'atendre necessitats organitzatives i assistencials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; D'acord amb el que estableix la disposició transitòria segona de la Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril, de mesures per a la capacitació lingüística per a la recuperació de l'ús del català en l'àmbit de la funció pública, els aspirants que participin en aquest procés selectiu han de disposar i acreditar els coneixements de llengua catalana establerts a les bases que regeixen aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant el que disposa l'apartat anterior, quan la prestació assistencial pugui resultar afectada per la carència o insuficiència de professionals interessats, es podrà eximir del requisit de català legalment exigible, en els termes establerts per la disposició transitòria segona de la Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'Estatut marc del personal estatutari dels serveis de salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (TREBEP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Reial decret llei 1/1999, de 8 de gener, sobre selecció de personal estatutari i provisió de places en les institucions sanitàries de la Seguretat Social, norma que es mantindrà vigent, amb rang reglamentari i sense caràcter bàsic, en tant es procedeixi a la seva modificació en cada servei de salut, segons el que disposa la disposició transitòria sisena, punt 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; , de la Llei 55/2003, de 16 de desembre, de l'Estatut marc del personal estatutari dels serveis de salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Disposició transitòria segona de la Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril, de mesures de capacitació per a la recuperació de l'ús del català en l'àmbit de la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de maig de 2022 pel qual es ratifica l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022, pel qual es regula el sistema de provisió de llocs de treball del personal estatutari de gestió i serveis del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(BOIB núm. 70, de 31/05/2022)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això i en virtut de la competència que s'indica a l'article 4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de maig de 2022 pel qual es ratifica l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022, pel qual es regula el sistema de provisió de llocs de treball del personal estatutari de gestió i serveis del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(BOIB núm. 70, de 31/05/2022)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, dicta la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar la convocatòria per proveir, mitjançant el procediment de concurs específic de mèrits, el lloc de treball de prefectura de grup d'e-SIAP, corresponent a la plantilla orgànica autoritzada de l'Hospital Can Misses a l'Àrea de Salut d'Eivissa i Formentera (ASEF), amb dependència orgànica de la Direcció d'Atenció Primària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar LES BASES que regeixen aquesta convocatòria, detallades a l'ANNEX I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar EL BAREM del concurs específic de mèrits que regirà la present convocatòria, d'acord amb l'indicat a l'ANNEX II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Designar les persones integrants de la COMISSIÓ DE SELECCIÓ, segons l' indicat a l'ANNEX III.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar EL MODEL DE SOL·LICITUD per accedir al lloc de treball ofert en aquesta convocatòria (ANNEX IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar aquesta resolució al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i als portals web corporatius del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears i de l'ASEF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució -que exhaureix la via administrativa- es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant l'òrgan que la dicta, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en relació amb l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, del règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Alternativament, també es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació, d'acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la Jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, sens perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri procedent interposar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El càrrec s' ocuparà en règim de dedicació exclusiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3.- Objectius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El lloc convocat té assignats, amb caràcter general, els objectius de la Direcció d'Atenció Primària de l'ASEF, el compliment dels quals serà objecte de l'avaluació de l'acompliment prevista als articles 14 i 15 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de maig de 2022 pel qual es ratifica l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concreció dels objectius a assolir serà consensuada per la persona que resulti nomenada i els seus superiors jeràrquics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)- Les funcions generals a exercir per la persona seleccionada són les pròpies de la funció administrativa, així com totes aquelles que li siguin encomanades en l'àmbit de les seves competències pels responsables de la Direcció d'Atenció Primària de l' ASEF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recepció de peticions de permisos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gestió de peticions d'explotació de dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gestió de peticions de rectificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Suport funcional als responsables d'admissió dels centres i al personal de la USM, ESAC, ETAC, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Suport als operadors del CAU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formació mòduls administratius (cita, agenda, confirmació de cites).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- REQUISITS EXIGITS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits s'han de complir l'últim dia del termini per presentar sol·licituds, en la forma determinada per aquesta convocatòria i s'han d'acreditar en el moment de formalitzar la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)- Els determinats a l'article 30.5 de la Llei 55/2033, de 16 de desembre, de l'Estatut Marc, i a l'article 56 del TREBEP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)- Estar en possessió de les següents titulacions acadèmiques i/o certificats oficials, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-les dins del termini per presentar sol·licituds, segons sigui la categoria laboral de les persones aspirants que s'indica a l'article 2.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aspirants amb plaça en la categoria d'administratiu (subgrup C1): batxiller (LOE), batxiller (LOGSE), batxillerat unificat polivalent (BUP), batxiller superior (pla de 1957), tècnic/tècnica, tècnic/tècnica especialista, o haver superat les proves d'accés a la universitat per a majors de vint-i-cinc anys. En el cas de les titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, s'ha d'acreditar que estan homologades pel Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aspirants amb plaça en la categoria d'auxiliar administratiu (subgrup C2): títol de graduat/graduada en educació secundària obligatòria (LOE), graduat/graduada en educació secundària (LOGSE), graduat/graduada escolar (Llei 14/1970), batxiller elemental (Pla 1957) o tècnic auxiliar. En el cas de les titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, s'ha d'acreditar que estan homologades pel Ministeri d' Educació, Cultura i Esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)- Segons el que estableix l'apartat 1 de la disposició transitòria segona de la Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril, de mesures de capacitació per a la recuperació de l'ús del català en l'àmbit de la funció pública, l'acreditació de coneixements de català corresponents al nivell B2, per mitjà d'un certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o qualsevol dels expedits, reconeguts com a equivalents o homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística que acreditin aquest nivell de coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.- Requisits específics: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)- Tenir la condició de personal estatutari fix o funcionari de carrera del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears del grup C de la funció administrativa, en la categoria d'administratiu (subgrup C1) o en la d'auxiliar administratiu (subgrup C2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També podrà participar el personal amb nomenament temporal de caràcter interí, que reuneixi els requisits determinats en la convocatòria, amb referència a la data en què acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, sempre té preferència en l'adjudicació el personal amb un nomenament de caràcter permanent (fix) sobre el personal amb un nomenament temporal de caràcter interí; tot això amb independència dels punts obtinguts en valorar els mèrits aportats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)- Estar en situació de servei actiu o en la situació de reserva d'un lloc dependent de la Gerència de l'Àrea de Salut d' Eivissa i Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- MÈRITS A VALORAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Grau de carrera professional (puntuació màxima: 13,5 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estudis acadèmics reglats i reconeguts en el sistema educatiu espanyol, formació postgraduada i cursos de formació i perfeccionament (puntuació màxima: 9 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Mèrits específics relacionats amb el lloc de treball (puntuació màxima: 55 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Currículum professional (puntuació màxima: 35 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat dels serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol o resguard acreditatiu dels estudis acadèmics reglats i formació postgraduada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificats d'aprofitament de cursos de formació continuada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)- Currículum professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els mèrits s' acreditaran i valoraran amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds segons l'indicat a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antiguitat, experiència professional i grau de carrera professional: certificat expedit per les administracions públiques corresponents (no caldrà presentar el dels prestats al Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, que serà aportat d'ofici per l'òrgan convocant). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estudis acadèmics reglats i formació postgraduada: còpia autèntica del títol o del resguard acreditatiu (anvers i revers). En cas de presentar títols d'estudis cursats a l'estranger, s'ha d'acreditar l'homologació concedida pel ministeri competent en matèria d'educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixement de català: certificats expedits per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), o bé expedits o homologats per la conselleria competent en matèria de política lingüística o reconeguts com a equivalents d'acord amb la normativa autonòmica vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació: certificats d'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En els processos de valoració es pot recaptar formalment a les persones aspirants els aclariments o, si escau, la documentació addicional que s'estimi necessària per comprovar els mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La documentació requerida es pot presentar telemàticament, a l'Oficina d'Assistència en Matèria de Registre de l'Hospital Can Misses -ubicada al carrer Corona s/n, Edifici J, planta 0, 07800 Eivissa (Illes Balears)- o a qualsevol dels llocs referits a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sigui quina sigui l'opció escollida per presentar la sol·licitud, es recomana enviar per e-mail el justificant de presentació al Departament de RRHH de l'Hospital Can Misses a l'adreça electrònica "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;rrhh@asef.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que participin en el procés són personalment responsables de la veracitat de la documentació aportada i estan obligades a presentar els documents originals en qualsevol moment a requeriment de l'Administració convocant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- COMISSIÓ DE VALORACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els mèrits seran valorats per una Comissió de Valoració formada per un president, un secretari i un vocal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els membres de la comissió, tant titulars com suplents, han de tenir la condició de personal estatutari fix o funcionari de carrera en una plaça, categoria, cos, grup o escala per a la qual s'exigeixi tenir una titulació d'igual o superior nivell acadèmic que l'exigida per al lloc objecte de provisió. La pertinença a la comissió serà sempre a títol individual, i aquesta no pot ostentar-se en representació o per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les funcions principals de la Comissió de Valoració són, entre d'altres, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Verificar que les persones aspirants compleixin els requisits exigits a la convocatòria i que han presentat la sol·licitud dins del termini conferit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Proposar la llista de persones admeses i excloses en el procediment i estudiar, si s'escau, les reclamacions o esmenes presentades contra aquesta llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Valorar els mèrits al·legats per les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Proposar la llista de puntuacions obtingudes per les persones aspirants derivada de la valoració de mèrits i estudiar, si s'escau, les reclamacions o esmenes presentades contra aquesta llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Elevar a l'òrgan convocant una proposta motivada de nomenament en favor de la persona que hagi obtingut la major puntuació, o una proposta d'adjudicació directa del lloc de treball -en el cas que únicament concorregués una persona aspirant que reunís les condicions i requisits establertes en la convocatòria- o una proposta que la convocatòria es declari deserta -quan no concorrin persones candidates que reuneixin els requisits exigits-.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCEDIMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.- Llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, es publicarà al portal corporatiu del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears i al de l'ASEF la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos en el procediment, amb expressió de la causa d'exclusió per a cada persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els exclosos disposen d'un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista provisional al portal corporatiu del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears per presentar reclamacions —que no tindran caràcter de recurs— o per esmenar, si escau, el defecte que hagi motivat l'exclusió. La reclamació presentada s'ha d'entendre rebutjada si l'aspirant no figura com a admès a les llistes definitives. Els aspirants que no esmenin en temps i forma els defectes en el termini establert seran exclosos del procés. D'altra banda, els aspirants que detectin errors en la consignació de les seves dades personals poden manifestar-ho en aquest mateix termini. Els errors de fet es poden esmenar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.- Llista definitiva d'admesos i exclosos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini indicat en el punt anterior, es publicarà al portal corporatiu del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears i al de l'ASEF la llista definitiva d'admesos i exclosos del concurs, amb expressió de les causes de l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest mateix acte es publicarà la llista provisional de mèrits de les persones admeses en el procediment, que seran valorades d' acord amb l' establert en el barem que es detalla en l'ANNEX II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3.- Valoració de mèrits i resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)- Valoració de mèrits: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop valorats tots els mèrits al·legats pels aspirants admesos, la Comissió de Valoració elaborarà una llista amb la puntuació obtinguda per tots els candidats i, a continuació, ha d'elevar a l'òrgan competent una proposta motivada de nomenament sobre el candidat que hagi rebut la major puntuació. Pot proposar que es declari deserta, per acord motivat, quan no concorrin candidats que reuneixin els requisits exigits a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)- Resolució provisional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L' òrgan competent per resoldre ha de dictar resolució provisional del concurs, que ha d'indicar la puntuació obtinguda per cada persona aspirant que hagi estat admesa i s'ha de publicar al portal corporatiu del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears i en el de l'ASEF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, les persones interessades poden presentar al·legacions en el termini de set dies hàbils, a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació al portal corporatiu del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears. Aquestes al·legacions seran resoltes en la resolució definitiva del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)- Resolució definitiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució definitiva del concurs, que s'ha de publicar així mateix al portal corporatiu del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, al de l'ASEF i al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, nomenarà l'aspirant designat per ocupar el lloc convocat o, si s'escau, el declararà desert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona designada ha de prendre possessió del lloc adjudicat dins el termini màxim d'un mes a partir de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB de la resolució indicada en el punt anterior. En aquells casos en què l'adjudicatari ho demani, i sempre que es justifiqui degudament, l'òrgan convocant pot concedir una pròrroga del termini esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si, per qualsevol motiu, la persona designada no pren possessió del lloc adjudicat, l' òrgan competent per resoldre podrà, si escau, designar el candidat que després de la valoració de mèrits el seguís per ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona nomenada no podrà participar en els concursos de provisió de llocs durant un termini mínim de dos anys, a comptar des del dia en què prengui possessió del lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La previsió del punt anterior no és d'aplicació en els supòsits de remoció o supressió del lloc de treball, de redistribució d'efectius o altres supòsits de mobilitat forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- EFECTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La persona designada obté un nomenament per ocupar el càrrec convocat i la seva situació és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Si resulta nomenat per al càrrec un estatutari fix o funcionari de carrera del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears que tingui la plaça fixa en el mateix centre, continua ocupant la plaça com a personal estatutari fix o funcionari de carrera de la seva categoria en el propi centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Si resulta nomenat per al càrrec un estatutari fix o funcionari de carrera del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears que tingui la plaça estatutària fixa en un altre centre, passa a ocupar directament el càrrec en el centre de destinació i queda en la situació de reserva respecte a la seva plaça fixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El que disposa aquest article resultarà d'aplicació en els supòsits que, de conformitat amb el que estableix aquest Acord, resulti nomenat per ocupar el lloc personal amb nomenament temporal de caràcter interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La persona que resulti nomenada ha de superar l'avaluació de l'acompliment professional i del compliment dels objectius del lloc on desenvolupi la seva activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La continuïtat en el lloc de treball queda vinculada a superar l'avaluació de l'acompliment en els termes i condicions previstos en l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de maig de 2022 pel qual es ratifica l' Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022, pel qual es regula el sistema de provisió de llocs de treball del personal estatutari de gestió i serveis del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els efectes econòmics i administratius del nomenament només es produiran un cop s'hagi efectuat la presa de possessió del lloc de destinació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.- CESSAMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Són causes de cessament en el lloc de treball obtingut segons el previst Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de maig de 2022 pel qual es ratifica l'Acord de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanitat de 13 de maig de 2022, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La renúncia de l'interessat, acceptada per l'òrgan que va efectuar el nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La remoció derivada de la no superació de dues avaluacions consecutives, de conformitat amb el previst en l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de maig de 2022, que evidenciï la manca de capacitat per a l'acompliment del lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) La supressió del lloc per circumstàncies organitzatives o assistencials sobrevingudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) La sanció disciplinària ferma imposada d'acord amb la legislació bàsica aplicable per la comissió d'una infracció greu o molt greu o, si s'escau, la imposició d' una sanció de suspensió provisional de funcions per un termini superior a sis mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) L' accés a una situació diferent a la de servei actiu que no comporti reserva de plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) El cessament pel transcurs d'un any en el supòsit de cobertura del lloc per personal amb nomenament temporal de caràcter interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&amp;nbsp;El cessament per l'extinció de la relació temporal per les causes previstes en la normativa en el supòsit de cobertura del lloc per personal amb nomenament temporal de caràcter interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els supòsits de renúncia o cessament en el càrrec previstos en aquesta clàusula, i des de la data en què aquests supòsits siguin efectius, suposen la reincorporació de l'interessat a l'acompliment de les funcions corresponents a la plaça bàsica de la seva categoria o cos en el centre o institució de procedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Sens perjudici del que estableix el punt anterior, els qui hagin estat nomenats per ocupar un lloc de treball de conformitat amb qualsevol dels sistemes de provisió regulats en l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 22 de maig de 2022 i que, amb posterioritat, accedeixin a la situació de serveis especials, no poden patir un menyscabament en la seva carrera administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquests efectes, en el moment en què reingressin al servei actiu, tindran dret a mantenir les condicions i retribucions corresponents al lloc de treball que estaven ocupant en el moment en què van passar a la situació de serveis especials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- ANTIGUITAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (puntuació màxima: 18 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es computa el temps de serveis prestats en el Sistema Nacional de Salut o en altres administracions públiques espanyoles o de la Unió Europea que les persones aspirants tinguin reconeguts d'acord amb el barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) En una categoria de gestió i serveis del subgrup C1: 0,20/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En una categoria de gestió i serveis del subgrup C2: 0,18/mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Es computarà per mesos de servei en el Sistema Nacional de Salut o en altres administracions públiques i no podran computar-se els serveis prestats simultàniament amb altres al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un mateix període de temps no pot ser valorat per més d'un dels subapartats del punt anterior. En aquest cas, només es valorarà el de major puntuació que s'acrediti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren com a serveis prestats tots els períodes de temps en servei actiu o en reserva de plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L' experiència professional com a càrrec directiu en institucions sanitàries públiques del Sistema Nacional de Salut es valorarà de la mateixa manera que els serveis prestats en la mateixa categoria que la del lloc de treball ofert, sempre que es compleixin els requisits exigits per participar en el procediment de provisió durant el temps en què hagi ocupat el càrrec directiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- CONEIXEMENTS DE CATALÀ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (puntuació màxima: 4,5 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Es valoren els certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana en els termes que segueixen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Certificat de nivell C1: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Certificat de nivell C2: 3,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Certificat de llenguatge administratiu: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Només es valorarà el certificat del nivell més alt que s'acrediti, a més del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, la puntuació del qual s'acumularà a la del primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- GRAU DE CARRERA PROFESSIONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (puntuació màxima: 13,5 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà segons el nivell de carrera professional consolidat i els nivells no són acumulables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Nivell de carrera I: 3,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Nivell de carrera II: 6,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Nivell de carrera III: 9,75 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Títol de tècnic superior de formació professional reconegut com a nivell MECES 1 o equivalent acadèmic: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els criteris per valorar les titulacions acadèmiques oficials i reconegudes pel Ministeri d'Educació de l' apartat 4.1 anterior són els que segueixen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La titulació acadèmica ha de ser diferent de l'acreditada com a requisit d' accés a la categoria estatutària o al Cos o Escala des del qual es participa, i del mateix nivell o d'un nivell superior. A aquests efectes s'ha de valorar qualsevol titulació que sigui superior a la que s'exigeix com a requisit d'accés, ja sigui una titulació d'un nivell immediatament superior com una titulació superior en dos o tres nivells.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;No es valoren com a mèrit els estudis que siguin requisit previ i necessari per cursar els estudis que es valorin. A aquest efecte, es considera com a requisit previ i necessari la titulació conduent a una altra titulació o que quedi absorbida per una altra titulació valorada com a mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Les titulacions acadèmiques han d'estar relacionades amb les funcions del lloc convocat. A aquests efectes, es consideren relacionades amb les funcions del lloc convocat les titulacions de les branques de coneixement de ciències econòmiques, administració i direcció d' empreses, relacions laborals i recursos humans, dret i especialitats jurídiques, ciències del treball, relacions laborals o informàtica. El títol de batxillerat s'entén relacionat amb les funcions de totes les categories o cossos generals que exigeixen un requisit de titulació de nivell igual o inferior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Només es valorarà la titulació de nivell més alt que s'acrediti, la puntuació de la qual no s'ha d'acumular a la d'altres titulacions que es posseeixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Es valoraran ELS CURSOS DE FORMACIÓ CONTINUADA, d'acord amb el barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada 10 hores: 0,05 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els criteris per valorar els cursos de formació de l'apartat 4.3 anterior són els que segueixen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Només es valoren els cursos de formació certificats amb aprofitament realitzats (inici i fi) dins dels 10 anys anteriors a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Els cursos de formació han de ser impartits o promoguts per alguna de les entitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol administració pública de base territorial o per alguna entitat del sector públic institucional (d'acord amb la definició donada per l'article 2 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol universitat i escola d'administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos impartits en el marc dels acords de formació contínua i per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques i per les organitzacions sindicals, quan siguin promotors d'aquests acords.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Només es valoren els cursos de formació continuada que estiguin relacionats directament amb les funcions pròpies del lloc convocat i en tot cas les relacionades amb les àrees temàtiques següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aplicacions informàtiques: AIDA, CIVITAS, HP-HCIS (en les àrees pròpies d'Admissió).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facturació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Protecció de dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atenció a l' usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gestió d' equips, resolució de conflictes, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol altra àrea que la Comissió de Selecció, justificadament, consideri relacionada amb les funcions del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;En el supòsit que figurin simultàniament crèdits i hores, la valoració es farà sempre pels crèdits certificats. En el supòsit que no figuri el tipus de crèdits, la valoració es farà sempre pels crèdits LRU. En el cas que no s'especifiquin hores ni crèdits, no es valorarà el curs de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.5.- CONEIXEMENTS DE LLENGÜES ESTRANGERES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (màxim 3 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els certificats de llengua estrangera emesos per les Escoles Oficials d' Idiomes o per universitats es valoraran de la manera següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es podrà valorar més d'un idioma, encara que només es prendrà en consideració el certificat de major nivell de cadascun d'ells fins al màxim global de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) Mèrits específics relacionats amb el lloc de treball &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(puntuació màxima: 55 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- CURRÍCULUM PROFESSIONAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (puntuació màxima: 35 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La valoració del currículum es quantificarà considerant la naturalesa del lloc de treball ofert, bé tenint en compte l'experiència en llocs de treball similars o bé per la similitud entre el contingut tècnic i l'especialització dels llocs ja ocupats amb els del lloc ofertat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
