    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;La batlia de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), mitjançant el Decret núm. 2023-0431 de data 22 de març, ha resolt a la seva part bastant:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- Estimar positivament la sol·licitud presentada per Juana Maria Bestard Morató, amb DNI núm. ***9555**, amb registre d'entrada núm. 2022-E-RE-3787 de 21 de novembre de 2022, en el sentit de reconèixer-li el nivell I (grup A2) de la carrera professional i 592 dies sobrers, amb data d'efectes a 01 de setembre de 2022, d'acord amb allò previst a la disposició transitòria primera de la modificació de l'Acord de la carrera professional per al personal funcionari i laboral de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera, aprovat per al Ple de la Corporació, en sessió ordinària de data 15 de setembre de 2022, publicat al BOIB núm. 124 de 22 de setembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- Incloure Juana María Bestard Morató, amb DNI núm. ***9555**, en la llista definitiva del personal funcionari i laboral inclòs dins l'àmbit d'aplicació de la disposició transitòria primera de la modificació de l'Acord de la carrera professional per al personal funcionari i laboral de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera, publicat al BOIB núm. 124, de 22 de setembre de 2022, amb indicació particular del nivell d'enquadrament i els dies sobrers, d'acord amb l'establert en el punt quart i cinquè de l'acord ressenyat, com segueix a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
