&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. De conformitat amb l'article 28.3 de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, l&lt;/span&gt;a conselleria competent en materia de coordinació de policies locals durà a terme la tasca de formació mitjançant l'Escola Balear d'Administracións Públiques&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. D'altra banda, el Decret 31/2012, de 13 d'abril, pel qual s'aproven els Estatuts de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, indica al seu artícle 5.9 que entre les seves funcions es troba la promoció, organització i gestió de la formació de capacitació i perfeccionament del personal dels cossos de policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En data 16 de febrer de 2023 es va publicar l'Acord del Consell de Direcció de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública de 10 de febrer de 2023 pel qual s'aprova l'oferta de cursos i les instruccions que regeixen els plans de Formació Policial; de Formació Policial de Corporacions Locals; de Formació de Seguretat, Emergències i Bombers, i de Formació de Voluntaris de Protecció Civil, per a l'any 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta formació s'organitza, gestiona i imparteix a l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública de manera exclusiva i dins de les seves atribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tot i així, en determinats casos l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública pot actuar com a gestora en alguns àmbits en aquella formació no impartida per ella, bé sigui mitjançant conveni, dins les funcions de l'article 5.7 del Decret 31/2012, o d'altres instruments jurídics, per tal que el personal que integra els cossos de policia local de les Illes Balears pugui rebre formació de perfeccionament a altres organismes amb funcions anàlogues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En data 12 de gener de 2023, el Coronel Director de la Escuela de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil, va signar les bases de la convocatòria que ha de regir pel curs de tràfic, seguretat vial i transports pel personal alié a la Guardia Civil, publicat també a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;https://www.dgt.es/menusecundario/seleccion-y-formacion/cursos-para-empleados-publicos/convocatoria-anual-2023-del-curso-sobre-&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;trafico-seguridad-vial-y-transportes-para-personal-ajeno-a-la-guardia-civil/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest curs comprèn diversos mòduls independents, entre els quals es considera que el Mòdul 006: &lt;em&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;Específico para la Detección de Droga&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/em&gt;, es considera de gran interés pel personal dels cossos de policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta resolució, al seu artícle 4.2, referit a les prioritats, estableix que pels cossos de policia local tendran prioriat les sol·licituds que es tramitin mitjançant les acadèmies de seguretat pública corresponent, personal que es seleccionarà tant pels criteris de la present convocatòria com a criteris propis operatius. Atès que a les Illes Balears no existeix una acadèmia de seguretat ciutadana, aquestes funcions les realitza l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tal de poder seleccionar els candidat a fer aquesta formació, cal dur a terme la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La resolució del Coronel Director de la Escuela de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil, de 12 de gener de 2023, de bases i convocatòria que ha de regir pel curs de tràfic, seguretat vial i transports pel personal alié a la Guardia Civil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria per seleccionar el personal i trametre la sol·licitud amb les persones candidates per la realització d'un curs de detecció de drogues a la Escuela de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases que han de regir la convocatòria així com també el model de sol·licitud de reserva de places del curs de detecció de drogues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i en la seu electrònica de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 44 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, en els litigis entre administracions públiques no es poden interposar recursos en via administrativa. No obstant això, quan s'interposa un recurs contenciós administratiu contra una altra administració, es pot requerir prèviament que s'anul·li o es revoqui l'acte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Poden ser alumnes del curs de detecció de drogues les persones que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;formin part dels cossos de Policia Local dels municipis de les Illes Balears i que duguin a terme de manera habitual activitats de detecció de drogues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. No podran ser alumnes aquelles persones que hagin realitzat aquest mateix curs amb anterioritat. Tampoc en el cas que hagin fet un curs de semblants característiques els darrers 2 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En compliment dels requisits establerts a la convocatòria que ha de regir pel curs de tràfic, seguretat vial i transports pel personal aliè a la Guardia Civil, tampoc podran tenir gravat, a qualsevol zona visible del cos, tatuatge algun que pugui considerar-se obscè o ofensiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segona&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Places&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El nombre de places de que disposa el curs és de 200 per tots els cossos de seguretat de l'Estat, autonòmics i locals, excepte la Guardia Civil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tercera&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Priorització&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La relació de persones que es sol·liciti hagin de ser aspirants ha de ser presentada per ordre de prioritat al model de sol·licitud per part dels ajuntaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada acabat el termini de presentació, l'EBAP elaborarà un llistat ordenat amb el següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- S'ordenaran les sol·licituds per ordre de entrada de registre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- De cada sol·licitud ordenada es traslladarà a la llista la primera persona del llistat a la sol·licitud, de tal manera que tots els municipis tenguin inclòsa una persona a la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El procés es repetirà fins que no quedin aspirants a traslladar al llistat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest llistat es traslladarà a la Escuela de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil, que publicarà posteriorment el llistat d'admesos i exclosos segons l'establert al punt 4 de la convocatòria que ha de regir pel curs de tràfic, seguretat vial i transports pel personal alié a la Guardia Civil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quarta&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#365f91"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Inici, lloc i realització del curs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El curs es durà a terme en quatre edicions, de cinquanta hores cadascuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les distintes edicions, iguales entre elles, es realitzaran en les següents dates:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Del 5 al 9 de juny de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Del 12 al 16 de juny de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Del 26 al 30 de juny de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'assignació dels alumnes a les distintes edicions les farà d'ofici la Escuela de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil d'entre les persones sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El curs es durà a terme a &lt;/span&gt;la Escuela de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil, sita en la Avda. Duque de Ahumada, S/N de Mérida (Badajoz).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La incorporació és en el lloc i hora indicats als punts 1 i 2 d'aquest apartat. Els aspirants han de vestir l'uniforme de servei i portar la documentació d'assistència sanitària corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Els ajuntaments que tenguin personal interessat a realitzar aquest curs i així ho considerin convenient han de tramitar la sol·licitud de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar de forma electrònica a través del Sistema d'Interconnexió de Registres (SIR) dirigit a l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (DIR3: A04035968), d'acord amb el model que figura en l'annex 2, juntament amb l'annex 1 i 2 de la convocatòria &lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;que ha de regir pel curs de tràfic, seguretat vial i transports pel personal alié a la Guardia Civil, a disposició dels ajuntaments en la seu electrònica de l'EBAP i al següent link: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'enviament de la present sol·licitud implicarà l'autorització per part de l'ajuntament a que l'aspirant realitzi el curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és des deu dies des de l'endemà de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Un cop publicada la llista definitiva d'aspirants ordenats segons la priorització indicada al punt tercer, l'EBAP enviarà la sol·licitud al Coronel Director de la Escuela de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Les sol·licituds que es presentin fora del termini establert no es tendran en compte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les despeses que es puguin originar en cas de l'acceptació d'un o més aspirants al curs, sigui en concepte de dietes, allotjament o altres, seran assumides integrament pels ajuntaments de qui formin part.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'EBAP no incorrerà en cap tipus de despesa per aquest curs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El contingut del curs de Detecció de Drogues serà elaborat per la Escuela de Tràfico, i es posarà a disposició dels alumnes a l'inici d'aquest, així com la resta de material que es consideri d'interés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els motius de causa de baixa del curs es recullen al punt 5.3 de la convocatòria que ha de regir pel curs de tràfic, seguretat vial i transports pel personal alié a la Guardia Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada acabat el curs bàsic de formació, la Escuela de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil emetrà a les persones que l'hagin superat un diploma acreditatiu de la superació del mòdul cursat. En cas de no superar-ho, el s'emetrà un certificat d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La finalitat d'aquest tractament és sol·licitar l'admisió de les presents persones al curs de detecció de drogues dut a terme a la Escuela de Trafico de la Guardia Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Responsable del tractament. Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Destinataris de les dades personals. No se cediran les dades personals a tercers, tret que hi hagi una obligació legal o un interès legítim, d'acord amb l'RGPD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Termini de conservació de les dades personals. Les dades es conservaran el temps necessari per complir amb la finalitat per a la qual han estat recaptades. Serà d'aplicació la normativa autonòmica d'arxius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Existència de decisions automatitzades. Les dades no es tractaran de forma automatitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Transferències de dades a tercers països. Les dades no es transferiran a tercers països que no garanteixin un nivell de protecció de dades adequat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Exercici de drets i reclamacions. La persona afectada pel tractament de dades personals pot exercir els seus drets d'informació, d'accés, de rectificació, de supressió, de limitació, de portabilitat, d'oposició i de no inclusió en tractaments automatitzats davant el responsable del tractament esmentat abans, mitjançant el procediment «Sol·licitud d'exercici de drets en matèria de protecció de dades personals» previst en la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Amb posterioritat a la resposta del responsable o si no hi ha resposta en el termini d'un mes, pot presentar la «Reclamació de tutela de drets» davant l'Agència Espanyola de Protecció de Dades (AEPD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;Delegació de Protecció de Dades.
