&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 1. Objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la selecció &lt;/span&gt;per mitjà de concurs oposició, de candidats &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;per a formar part d'una borsa extraordinària perquè aquestes puguin ser nomenats funcionàries/ins interines/ins de l'escala d'administració especial, sub-escala tècnica, del subgrup de titulació A1, llicenciat o graduat en dret, tècnic d'administració especial (TAE) per qualsevol de les causes previstes en la legislació de la funció pública, &lt;/span&gt;per a exercir tasques com a assessor jurídic en les diferents àrees i serveis municipals&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;segons les necessitats dels serveis municipals i sempre que es compleixin els requisits prevists a la legislació corresponent per a poder recórrer al nomenament de funcionaris interins. &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les retribucions de les persones que prestin serveis, com a funcionàries interines, seran les que corresponguin d'acord amb la legislació de la funció pública i pressupostària i de conformitat amb els pressuposts municipals en vigor en el moment de la prestació dels concrets serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta borsa anul·la la vigència de les anteriors existents a l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, corresponents als llocs de treball especificats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per necessitats del servei, i de forma excepcional, també es podrà utilitzar aquesta borsa per contractar temporalment com a personal laboral municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 2. Funcions a realitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les funcions i tasques a realitzar poden consistir, entre d'altres pròpies de la seva titulació, en:&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Assessorament jurídic i/o defensa jurídica municipal, en els expedients que li siguin assignats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Elaboració i control d'informes jurídics dels assumptes i expedients municipals d'una especial complexitat, així com propostes de resolució, dictàmens... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Funcions de suport qualificat als serveis jurídics municipals &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Assistència a reunions i assessorament jurídic en aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Efectuar qualsevol altra tasca municipal, pròpia de la llicenciatura/grau en Dret i del lloc de treball que s'ocupi, que li hagi estat encarregada per part de l'autoritat municipal corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 3. Requisits de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones interessades a participar en el present procediment selectiu hauran de reunir, en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, les següents condicions, d'acord amb l'article 56 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o de qualsevol dels estats membres de la Unió Europea o d'aquells estats en els quals sigui d'aplicació la lliure circulació de treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents al lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Tenir 16 anys d'edat i no excedir, si és el cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. En el supòsit de ser menor de divuit anys, és necessari el consentiment dels seus pares o tutors o l'autorització de la persona o institució que els tingui a càrrec seu.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4. No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per treballs o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupava en el cas del personal laboral, en el que hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;5. Estar en possessió del títol universitari de llicenciat o graduat en Dret, o estar en condicions d'obtenir- lo, en la data de finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;6. Acreditar el coneixement de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell de certificat C1, mitjançant l'aportació del títol o certificat oficial corresponent, expedit per l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes (EOI) o equivalents segons la normativa reguladora de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. No trobar-se inclòs en cap de les causes d'incompatibilitat previstes en la legislació per al desenvolupament del càrrec.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Disponibilitat per, si escau, incorporar-se immediatament al lloc de feina.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 4. Forma i termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les sol·licituds per a participar en el present procés de selecció es poden presentar a través dels mitjans següents:&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) Telemàtica: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es pot fer la sol·licitud de manera totalment telemàtica mitjançant DNI electrònic, un certificat digital vàlid, mitjançant el PIN Ciutadà o Clave, a través de la seu electrònica municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) Presencial o manual:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les sol·licituds per a participar en el present procés de selecció s'adreçaran a la Batlessa i es presentaran directament en el Registre General d'entrada de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, en horari de 8:00 a 14:00 de dilluns a divendres, o bé en les demés oficines públiques assenyalades en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas d'utilitzar l'oficina de correus o el registre de qualsevol altre òrgan administratiu que no sigui el de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries s'haurà de remetre còpia de la instància presentada al correu electrònic rrhh@ajferreries.org dins del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds, per raons de necessitat i urgència per a la constitució dela borsa, serà de &lt;strong&gt;10 dies hàbils,&lt;/strong&gt; comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de les bases en el butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears. A efectes informatius, també es publicarà en el taulell d'anuncis i a la seu electrònica municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;A la sol·licitud, en el qual es farà constar la manifestació expressa de reunir totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides en la base tercera de la present convocatòria, referida sempre a la data d'expiració del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, s'hi haurà d'adjuntar la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per justificar l'experiència laboral s'ha de presentar la vida laboral de la persona aspirant, així com els justificants de contractació (ja siguin còpies compulsades dels contractes, dels certificats de feina o bé de les nòmines). Hi han de restar reflectida la data d'inici i la de la finalització dels contractes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Declaració responsable de tenir coneixements de les obligacions que es deriven de la normativa d'incompatibilitats establertes a la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els aspirants es responsabilitzaran de la veracitat dels documents que presentin. Significant que, en cas d'existir dubtes derivats de la qualitat de les còpies presentades, aquest Ajuntament podrà sol·licitar motivadament a l'aspirant que presenti el document original a efectes del seu acarament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La presentació d'una sol·licitud d'admissió al procediment selectiu implicarà l'acceptació d'aquestes bases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 5. Admissió dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, s'exposarà en el tauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries la resolució per mitjà de la qual es farà pública la llista de persones que han estat admeses o excloses, amb indicació de si la persona aspirant està exempta de fer la prova de coneixements de llengua catalana, amb la finalitat que les persones interessades, en el termini de 3 dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la resolució, puguin formular les reclamacions que siguin oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si no es proposés l'exclusió de cap persona aspirant, en la mateixa resolució d'admesos es fixarà el dia, l'hora i el lloc de l'inici de les proves que s'hagin de realitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En canvi, si es resolgués una llista amb admesos i exclosos, passat el termini per presentar reclamacions es dictarà una nova resolució en la qual es resoldran aquestes i, a més, es fixarà el dia, l'hora i el lloc de l'inici de les proves que s'hagin de fer. Aquesta resolució també s' exposarà a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les reclamacions que es puguin produir seran acceptades o rebutjades mitjançant resolució motivada. La llista definitiva es publicarà en la mateixa forma que la provisional. Si no hi hagués cap reclamació, s'entendrà elevada a definitiva la llista provisional sense necessitat de resolució expressa ni nova publicació. &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Dos vocals: dos funcionaris de carrera del grup A, subgrup A1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Un dels vocals haurà de ser nomenat secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Tots els membres hauran de tenir una titulació igual o superior a l'exigida per prendre part en la present convocatòria, és a dir, la llicenciatura o el grau en Dret.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Així mateix, es podrà incorporar l'assessorament de tècnics especialistes per a les proves, si s'estimés necessari, els quals tindran veu però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cada membre del tribunal tindrà el seu corresponent suplent amb la finalitat de cobrir les possibles absències que es puguin donar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per a resoldre tots els dubtes, incidències i reclamacions que puguin sorgir i per a adoptar els acords que escaiguin per tal d'assegurar la bona marxa del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Tribunal adoptarà les decisions per majoria simple, i proposarà a l'òrgan competent l'ordre dels aspirants que han de constituir la borsa de treball, per ordre decreixent, tenint en compte de la major a la menor puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'abstenció i recusació dels membres del tribunal es realitzarà d'acord amb els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els membres del tribunal seran personalment responsables de l'estricte compliment de les bases de la convocatòria, de la subjecció als terminis establerts per la realització i valoració de les proves i per la publicació dels resultats. Els dubtes o reclamacions que es puguin originar amb la interpretació de l'aplicació de les bases d'aquesta convocatòria, així i com el que s'hagi de fer en els casos no previstos, seran resoltes pel Tribunal, per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El Tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres titulars o suplents, indistintament.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 7. Procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;El procés selectiu es regirà per la modalitat de concurs-oposició lliure i constarà de les següents fases:&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A) Fase d'oposició&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquesta fase serà de &lt;strong&gt;20 punts&lt;/strong&gt;. Els exercicis d'aquesta fase tindran caràcter obligatori i eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La incompareixença de la persona aspirant a qualsevol de les proves determinarà automàticament la pèrdua del seu dret a participar en la prova o la fase següent i la seva exclusió del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer exercici: prova de coneixements teòrics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Consistirà en una prova obligatòria i eliminatòria consistent a desenvolupar, per escrit i en un període màxim de 60 minuts, dos temes d'entre quatre, extrets a l'atzar d'entre els que figuren en l'annex I d'aquestes bases. Es valoraran, a més dels coneixements sobre el tema, la fonamentació, el nivell de formació general, la qualitat, la claredat d'exposició i la capacitat per a la redacció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En aquesta prova els aspirants no podran disposar de cap mena de material de consulta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquest exercici serà corregit sense que es conegui la identitat dels aspirants. Serà qualificat fins a un màxim de 10 punts, sent eliminats els aspirants que no aconsegueixin un mínim de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Segon exercici. Coneixements pràctics. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Consistirà a desenvolupar, per escrit i en un període màxim de 90 minuts, dos supòsits pràctics d'entre els quatre proposats pel tribunal respecte de les matèries que figuren en el temari (annex I) d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquest exercici serà qualificat fins a un màxim de 10 punts, sent eliminats els aspirants que no aconsegueixin un mínim de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) Fase de concurs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Aquesta fase tindrà una puntuació màxima de &lt;strong&gt;10 punts&lt;/strong&gt;. Accediran a aquesta fase les persones que hagin superat la fase d'oposició. La valoració dels mèrits dels aspirants es realitzarà d'acord amb el següent barem i sempre sobre la documentació acreditativa que hauran aportat dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Experiència professional (màxim 5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1. Per haver prestat serveis &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a l'Administració Pública Local, en llocs de feina corresponents a Tècnic d'Administració General (TAG) o Tècnic d'Administració Especial (TAE) relacionats amb l'àmbit jurídic: 0,10 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. Pels serveis professionals prestats com a advocat i en tasques d'assessoria jurídica en&amp;nbsp; ualsevol Administració Pública: 0,06 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.3. Pels serveis professionals prestats com a advocat i en tasques d'assessoria jurídica a l'empresa privada: 0,03 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1.4. Pels serveis prestats a l'Administració Pública Local en llocs de feina corresponents a una categoria inferior: 0,01 punts per mes treballat, fins a un màxim de 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'experiència professional s'acreditarà mitjançant el certificat expedit per l'administració corresponent on consti la relació, la categoria professional, el servei prestat i la data d'inici i la de finalització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Formació complementària (màxim de 4 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.2 Per estar en possessió d'un màster i/o postgrau relacionat l'Administració Pública: 0,50 punts per màster i 0,20 punts per postgrau, fins un màxim d'un punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2.3 Per l'assistència a cursos, seminaris, accions formatives i de perfeccionament i/o jornades que tractin sobre el règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i procediment administratiu comú, contractació pública, urbanisme, recursos humans i altres anàlegs i directament vinculats amb el lloc de feina, obtinguts en els últims 10 anys, fins un màxim de 1 punt d'acord amb l'escala següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de durada entre 10 i 40 hores: 0,02 punts per curs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de durada entre 41 i 100 hores: 0,04 punts per curs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de durada superior a 100 hores: 0,06 punts per curs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Només es valoraran els cursos impartits per les universitats, diputacions, instituts, escoles oficials, col·legis professionals i altres entitats homologades. Aquests mèrits es valoraran mitjançant la presentació del certificat, títol o diploma expedit per l'entitat corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En cas que els certificats, títols o diplomes no especifiquin les hores sinó els crèdits que representen, cada crèdit serà comptabilitzat com a 10 hores de curs. Si en els certificats, títols o diplomes no s'especifiquen ni les hores lectives ni els crèdits, no es valorarà el curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Per coneixements de la llengua catalana (màxim 1 punt)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per coneixements orals i escrits de català es valorarà com a mèrit els certificats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1 El certificat C2 de català (antic D): 0,75 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2 El certificat LA de català (antic E): 0,25 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La puntuació final s'obtindrà mitjançant la suma de la puntuació obtinguda en la fase d'oposició amb l'obtinguda en la fase de concurs. En cas d'empat en la puntuació global, l'òrgan de selecció proposarà el nomenament de la persona que hagi obtingut la puntuació més alta en la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 8. Qualificació i llista d'aprovats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Una vegada determinada la qualificació dels aspirants, el Tribunal publicarà, en el tauler d'anuncis, a la seu electrònica de l'ajuntament, i en el portal de transparència, la relació provisional d'aprovats per ordre de puntuació, i en el termini de 5 dies hàbils els aspirants podran formular al·legacions a aquesta. Passat dit termini, i de no haver-se formulat al·legacions, aquesta llista provisional dels aspirants passarà a ser definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 9. Funcionament de la borsa de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones aspirants que hagin superat favorablement totes les proves que les bases del concurs-oposició estableixen a l'efecte, passaran a formar part d'una borsa de feina, per ordre de puntuació obtinguda, de major a menor nombre de punts. Els integrants de la borsa, restaran a l'espera de ser cridats per l'Ajuntament, per ordre de puntuació, quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractació temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Quan sorgeixi la necessitat de contractació, s'internarà la comunicació amb la persona aspirant fins a un màxim de tres vegades en diferents moments del dia, al telèfon que hagin facilitat o en el seu cas a l'adreça de correu electrònic que hagin facilitat com a mitjà preferent de contacte. Una vegada es comuniqui a la persona l'oferta de feina, aquesta tindrà un màxim de 24 hores per acceptar-la o rebutjar-la. La renúncia a l'oferta de feina habilita al gestor de la borsa a la crida de la següent persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per a la crida, se seguirà estrictament l'ordre de les borses. En el cas que el nou contracte o nomenament que s'ofereixi suposi una millora notable respecte del contracte o nomenament en vigor, se'ls oferirà aquest com a millora, per estricte ordre de borsa. S'entendran com a millora els contractes o nomenaments d'interinatge per vacant o substitució d'un empleat públic amb reserva de lloc de feina i els contractes per obra o servei o nomenaments per programes que, tot i tenir durada incerta, podrien tenir una durada de tres anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Si una persona rebutja una oferta de feina perdrà la prioritat que li atorgava la puntuació i passarà a ocupar l'últim lloc de la llista. En aquest cas, es proposarà l'oferta a la següent persona en ordre de puntuació i així successivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;S'exceptuen del que estableix el paràgraf anterior les persones que acreditin fefaentment trobar-se en alguna de les següents situacions: malaltia per incapacitat temporal, mentre duri aquesta situació, i embaràs, part o adopció, o estar en situació de llicència de maternitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En aquests supòsits, restaran en situació de baixa temporal en la borsa i no rebran ofertes de feina mentre duri aquesta situació, sense perdre el seu lloc a la borsa de feina. Quan finalitzi aquesta situació hauran de comunicar-ho al gestor de la borsa, i això suposarà la reactivació automàtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La persona candidata també mantindrà la seva posició en la borsa de treball i restarà en situació de suspensió provisional en cas que la persona candidata estigui treballant, com assessor jurídic a una altra Administració Pública, i ho acrediti per mitjà de la documentació corresponent (contracte, nòmines...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aquests casos s'han de justificar documentalment en el termini de 10 dies naturals a partir de l'endemà de produir-se aquestes situacions. Si no es justifiqués dins aquest termini, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Quan l'integrant de la borsa finalitzi la contractació temporal per la qual va ser cridat, tornarà a ocupar el lloc obtingut en el moment del procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En el cas que una de les persones que forma part de la borsa hagi estat nomenada per l'Ajuntament i causi baixa voluntària del seu lloc de feina perdrà la prioritat que li atorgava la puntuació i passarà a ocupar l'últim lloc de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Qualsevol persona inclosa en la borsa de feina podrà renunciar voluntàriament a formar-ne part, mitjançant un escrit dirigit a la secció de Recursos Humans, quedant exclòs definitivament d'aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 10. Durada de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;La durada d'aquesta borsa serà de tres anys, que es podrà prorrogar en el cas que no s'hagi procedit a la constitució duna de nova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Base 11. Protecció de dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones aspirants donen el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent, i especialment la Llei Orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de Protecció de Dades de caràcter personal i garanties digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
