    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;article 44 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, es publica l&amp;apos;anunci al butlletí oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears de les bases que regulen la convocatòria de subvencions a entitats esportives del municipi de Calvià corresponents a l&amp;apos;any 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;Aquestes bases de subvencions han estat dictaminades favorablement, per majoria, per la comissió informativa d&amp;apos;assumptes generals en sessió de dia 17 de febrer de 2023 i han estat aprovades per Junta de Govern en sessió de 22 de febrer de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;El contingut de les bases és el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià, en execució de les competències que li son pròpies, convoca la concessió de subvencions a clubs, associacions i entitats esportives i esdeveniments esportius desenvolupats a Calvià corresponents a l&amp;apos;any 2023. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;L&amp;apos;atorgament de les subvencions estarà regulat per les següents condicions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es convoquen subvencions dirigides a tot l&amp;apos;àmbit de l&amp;apos;esport municipal: clubs, associacions i entitats esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria es promoure i facilitar l&amp;apos;accés a l&amp;apos;esport i a la seva pràctica col·lectiva, sempre dins l&amp;apos;àmbit competencial en matèria esportiva de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;ordenança inclosa en les bases pressupostàries, i de conformitat amb allò establert per la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i pel Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, on s&amp;apos;aprova el reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Sol·licitants / Àmbit de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Poden ser sol·licitants de les subvencions objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria els clubs, associacions i entitats esportives, legalment constituïdes i reconegudes, que figuren inscrites en el Registre de la Direcció General de Esports i en el Registre Municipal d&amp;apos;Associacions, (resten excloses les societats anònimes esportives), que a més:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contemplen en els seus estatuts la pràctica de l&amp;apos;activitat física i esportiva; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Realitzin activitats periòdiques regularment amb l&amp;apos;Institut Calvianer d&amp;apos;Esports de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià (d&amp;apos;ara en endavant ICE); o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Realitzin activitats, iniciatives i programes esportius extraordinaris, sempre que presentin i enregistrin el projecte global, per a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià; o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Participin en competicions de categoria nacional i que promocionin el municipi de Calvià. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Activitats subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les activitats objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria de subvencions son les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;LÍNIA “A”: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tots els esports, activitats, esdeveniments i programes esportius organitzats, desenvolupats i reconeguts per cada federació territorial, altres comitès oficials i pel Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les activitats, iniciatives i programes esportius extraordinaris que potencien l&amp;apos;esport, sempre que es presenti i s&amp;apos;enregistri el projecte a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;/div&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;LÍNIA “B”: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tots els clubs esportius amb esports col·lectius que participin en competicions de categoria nacional i que promocionin el municipi de Calvià durant la temporada 2022-23. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Únicament, podran optar a aquesta línia de subvencions, un equip de categoria masculina i un equip de categoria femenina de cada club, que compleixin els requisits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquestes LÍNIES “A” i “B”, seran avaluades per separat, es comptabilitzarà i s&amp;apos;atorgarà la corresponent subvenció a cada una de les línies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Tramitació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Sol·licituds &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;ICE facilitarà un mo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;del únic de sol·licitud per aquesta convocatòria. Per a qualsevol informació o assessorament en la tramitació i seguiment de les sol·licituds es necessari dirigir-se a les dependències de l&amp;apos;ICE, situades en el Palau d&amp;apos;Esports de Calvià Melani Costa, carretera es Capdellà s/n, 07184 Calvià (tel. 971 670310).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Presentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds aniran dirigides al Batle de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià i s&amp;apos;han de presentar d&amp;apos;acord al que es determina a l&amp;apos;apartat 4 a), b), c), d) i e) de l&amp;apos;article 16 de la Llei 39/15, de 1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Termini&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds serà de quinze (15) dies naturals comptats a partir del dia següent al de la publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria al BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si el darrer dia d&amp;apos;aquest termini es dissabte, diumenge o festiu, s&amp;apos;entendrà prorrogat fins al primer dia hàbil següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No es podrà presentar o tenir en compta, cap model de sol·licitud de subvenció fora del termini establert. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;​​​​​​​&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Comunicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les bases que regeixen aquesta convocatòria de subvencions es publicaran al BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià no te la obligació d&amp;apos;informar als clubs, entitats o associacions que puguin optar de forma directa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La documentació que s&amp;apos;ha de presentar és la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els clubs, associacions i entitats esportives legalment constituïdes i reconegudes oficialment, únicament poden presentar una sola sol·licitud de subvenció dintre de cada convocatòria anual de subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per a sol·licitar subvenció, l&amp;apos;ICE facilitarà el següent model normalitzat, publicant-ho a la web www.calviadeportes.com: &lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ul&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Imprès SUBV23 que contindrà:&lt;/span&gt; 
    &lt;ul&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Imprès en el que constin les dades del beneficiari, contingut tècnic i activitats desenvolupades.&lt;/span&gt; 
      &lt;ul&gt; 
       &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La manca de presentació, a la sol·licitud inicial, del document complet, significarà l&amp;apos;exclusió o la valoració 0 sobre el projecte de l&amp;apos;entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
      &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
    &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Declaració responsable de l&amp;apos;entitat que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
  &lt;ul&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Acrediti que tota la documentació inclosa en la sol·licitud, reflexa fidelment la realitat de les dades aportades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Acrediti totes les ajudes i subvencions sol·licitades o concedides per qualsevol altra institució, pública o privada, relacionada amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;acrediti que no es troba inclosa en cap dels supòsits de prohibició o d&amp;apos;incompatibilitat per a ser beneficiaria de la subvenció de conformitat amb la normativa aplicable d&amp;apos;acord a l&amp;apos;article 69, apartat 1 i 4, de la Llei 39/15, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Projecte explicatiu de la competició i/o esdeveniment on s&amp;apos;indiqui:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
  &lt;ul&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els antecedents, objectius, els recursos humans i materials necessaris per al seu desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El pressupost d&amp;apos;ingressos i despeses prevists derivats de la participació en la competició o esdeveniment.&lt;/span&gt; 
    &lt;div style="page-break-after: always"&gt;
     &lt;span style="display: none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;
    &lt;/div&gt; ​​​​​​​&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el cas de variació o modificació dels documents de funcionament propis de l&amp;apos;entitat (escriptures, junta directiva, etc, ...) s&amp;apos;haurà de presentar la documentació que acrediti els canvis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si la sol·licitud presentada no reuneix algunes de les dades d&amp;apos;identificació, tant de la subvenció o ajuda econòmica sol·licitada com de la persona sol·licitant, o d&amp;apos;alguns dels requisits previstos en l&amp;apos;apartat 4 de l&amp;apos;article 21 de la Llei 39/15, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques, es sol·licitarà a l&amp;apos;entitat sol·licitant, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que s&amp;apos;estableix a l&amp;apos;article 28 de la llei anteriorment mencionada, perquè en un termini de deu (10) dies naturals s&amp;apos;esmeni la documentació que falta, si no s&amp;apos;esmena aquesta documentació, es considerarà que es desisteix de la petició i s&amp;apos;arxivarà sense realitzar més tràmits, amb els efectes prevists en el mateix article 28 de la mencionada llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. Criteris generals de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La subvenció serà bàsicament, exceptuant algunes particularitats, per les activitats dutes a terme dins de l&amp;apos;exercici 2023, manco els de línia “B” que la seva temporada comenci a l&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;agost de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els clubs, associacions i entitats que la competició estigui regulada per temporada únicament es poden rebre subvencions per la part de la temporada duta a terme dins de l&amp;apos;exercici natural 2023, és a dir, per les competicions realitzades fins el 31 de desembre de 2023, independentment de la temporada esportiva a la que pertanyin els campionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les activitats complementàries que desenvolupin els clubs, associacions i entitats, es valoraran una vegada realitzades, es a dir, es justificaran mitjançant memòria i seran les corresponents a l&amp;apos;exercici 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Únicament seran considerades les sol·licituds de subvenció que facin referència a competicions esportives oficials, reconegudes per la federació esportiva territorial, nacional o internacional corresponent o les organitzades pel Consell de Mallorca dins dels programes d&amp;apos;esport base. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El foment de modalitats esportives vinculades a l&amp;apos;esport per a discapacitats tindrà un tractament de valoració superior en un 50% sobre el resultat del barem pertanyent a la modalitat en qüestió en aquesta convocatòria (exceptuant Línia “B”).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El foment de les modalitats esportives vinculades a l&amp;apos;esport femení tindrà un tractament de valoració superior en un 10% sobre el resultat del barem pertanyent a la modalitat en qüestió en aquesta convocatòria, únicament serà d&amp;apos;aplicació al punt 5&lt;sup&gt;è&lt;/sup&gt; “a” de l&amp;apos;apartat 8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La concessió d&amp;apos;aquestes subvencions es realitzaran mitjançant règim de concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cas de que alguna entitat concurrent o, els seus representants legals, estesin immers en expedient sancionador per infraccions administratives en matèria esportiva, títols XI i XII de la llei 14/2006, de 17 d&amp;apos;octubre, de l&amp;apos;esport de les Illes Balears, determinarà la:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) aplicació de la penalització segons sigui la sanció ferma, o, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) en el supòsit de que els expedients sancionadors o els procediments judicials estiguin encara en tramitació o resolució sancionadora o sentència condemnatòria no ferma, la concessió, si procedeix, restarà suspesa fins que aquests procediments es resolguin definitivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;aplicarà el reajustament avaluador d&amp;apos;acord al establert a l&amp;apos;apartat 8&lt;sup&gt;è&lt;/sup&gt;, punt 6&lt;sup&gt;è&lt;/sup&gt;, en ambdues casuístiques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el moment de que la sentència o sanció sigui efectiva i, la seva aplicació suposés una disminució en l&amp;apos;adjudicació dels punts a l&amp;apos;entitat i la seva posterior valoració econòmica, el possible romanent resultant ocasionat, restarà, sense distribuir, a la pròpia partida pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cas de que s&amp;apos;hagin atorgat i abonat les subvencions i l&amp;apos;entitat incorri en expedient sancionador amb resolució ferma a l&amp;apos;exercici objecte d&amp;apos;aquestes bases, les penalitzacions per sancions administratives, restaran recollides per a una posterior convocatòria i/o exercici econòmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. Criteris i barems per avaluar les sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per assignar la quantitat econòmica a cada subvenció, s&amp;apos;ha seguir el següent procediment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;empraran com a referència les partides que pressupostàriament l&amp;apos;Ajuntament hagi assignat a l&amp;apos;ICE incloses en el capítol IV, amb un total disponible per la LÍNIA “A” de 235.000 € i per la LÍNIA “B” de 90.000 €, sumant una quantia total de 325.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vegada puntuades totes les sol·licituds de clubs, associacions i entitats en la LÍNIA “A”, la suma destinada a aquest tipus de subvenció es concedirà a prorrateig de la puntuació obtinguda per a cada una d&amp;apos;elles, amb el límit màxim de 16.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si com a consequència de la valoració realitzada per la Comissió, la distribució que li correspongui a cada associació o entitat, generarà un romanent ocasionat per, l&amp;apos;excés del límit màxim a concedir, o en el seu defecte, es superàs la qüantitat sol·licitada, aquest romanent es repartirà amb el mateix sistema entre la resta d&amp;apos;entitats beneficiàries de LÍNIA”A”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les subvencions corresponents a la LÍNIA “B”, seran atorgades d&amp;apos;acord amb els punts finalistes que li corresponen a cada entitat segons el barem de puntuació definit en aquestes bases de subvencions.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A més, les subvencions s&amp;apos;atorgaran en funció del següent barem de criteris: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Esportistes amb fitxa federativa&lt;sup&gt;1&lt;/sup&gt;&amp;nbsp;residents al Municipi de Calvià. (puntuació màxima: 400 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Puntuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Puntuen tots els esportistes donats d&amp;apos;alta, amb llicència federativa, amb límit d&amp;apos;edat de 18 anys (inclosos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;sup&gt;1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/sup&gt;Per a la justificació d&amp;apos;aquests esportistes s&amp;apos;haurà de presentar un llistat dels esportistes per categoria, segellat i signat per la federació corresponent. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En el cas específic d&amp;apos;esports col·lectius, hauran de ser lligues regulars. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La competició s&amp;apos;ha de desenvolupar entre l&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;agost de 2022 i el 31 de juliol de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Han de ser competicions, en les quals es participi per haver aconseguit l&amp;apos;accés mitjançant proves classificatòries o la participació en altres competicions que regulin ascensos o descensos de categoria nacional; per tant, queden excloses les competicions tipus “open”,&amp;nbsp; obertes a qualsevol equip sense necessitat d&amp;apos;una classificació prèvia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

L&amp;apos;ICE es reserva el dret de denegar sol·licitud en cas que el import de les subvencions concedides, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions d&amp;apos;altres administracions públiques o d&amp;apos;entitats privades, sigui superior al cost de l&amp;apos;activitat a desenvolupar per l&amp;apos;entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. La concessió d&amp;apos;aquestes subvencions es realitzarà fins el límit del crèdit pressupostari establert en aquestes bases i per a cada una de les línies marcades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10. La detecció de falsejament documental, conduirà la sanció/desestimació del projecte presentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11. Devolució de la totalitat de la subvenció o part d&amp;apos;aquesta segons les clàusules que regeixen l&amp;apos;article 37 - Causes de devolució de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. Comissió tècnica avaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La valoració de les sol·licitud la tindrà que realitzar la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora, que elaborarà una proposta de resolució, que s&amp;apos;elevarà a la Junta de Govern Local de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià. La Comissió resoldrà de forma motivada en un termini no superior a tres (3) mesos, contats a partir del dia de finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per a l&amp;apos;estudi de les sol·licituds i posterior proposta de resolució es constitueix la Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora, composta pels membres que es relacionen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
  &lt;ul&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Presidència: la Tinent de Batle d&amp;apos;Esports i Ciutadans Estrangers, o altre Tinent de Batle per delegació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vicepresidència: Gerent de l&amp;apos;ICE de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià, o persona en qui delegui.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Secretari: el Secretari de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià o, en el seu lloc, el funcionari en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vocals: Tècnic d&amp;apos;Esdeveniments Esportius i un membre de l&amp;apos;Àrea Tècnica de l&amp;apos;ICE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora quedarà legalment constituïda amb l&amp;apos;assistència de tres de qualsevol dels membres mencionats en el paràgraf anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10. Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora analitzarà les sol·licituds presentades d&amp;apos;acord amb els criteris establerts en aquesta convocatòria i poden sol·licitar informes o els aclariments necessaris als sol·licitants respecte de l&amp;apos;activitat objecte de subvenció, amb un termini de cinc dies (5) comptadors des de la seva notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora ha de resoldre aquesta convocatòria i expressar en els termes establerts el llistat de les entitats i la quantitat de la subvenció concedida, així com notificar als beneficiaris de l&amp;apos;acord que els hi afecti, obrint-se&amp;nbsp; a continuació un termini de 3 dies, contats des de la notificació, per a presentar les al·legacions que considerin oportunes, justificades mitjançant documents oficials expedits als efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Comissió Tècnica Avaluadora, una vegada finalitzat el termini i resoltes les al·legacions que es puguin haver presentat, elevarà l&amp;apos;informe corresponent a l&amp;apos;òrgan competent per a la posterior aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;import de las subvencions concedides en cap cas podrà ser, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions d&amp;apos;altres administracions públiques o d&amp;apos;entitats privades, superior al cost de l&amp;apos;activitat subvencionada a desenvolupar per l&amp;apos;entitat beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià, una vegada aprovada la proposta d&amp;apos;adjudicació, comunicarà les subvencions als interessats i les farà públiques a la pàgina web: . www.calviadeportes.com, apartat “Documents”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De la mateixa manera, la relació de les sol·licituds no concedides es faran públiques a la pàgina web: www.calviadeportes.com, apartat “Documents” de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià, i es notificarà als sol·licitants. La manca de notificació, en el termini de tres (3) mesos, comptats des de la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, s&amp;apos;entendrà amb efecte desestimatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11. Justificació de les despeses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els beneficiaris/perceptors estan obligats a justificar les despeses efectuades amb càrrec a la subvenció concedida dintre de l&amp;apos;exercici econòmic en què s&amp;apos;hagi concedit i les despeses justificades han de ser de l&amp;apos;exercici mencionat i presentat abans del 31 de desembre de 2023. En cas de no presentar la justificació de la subvenció el club estarà obligat a la seva devolució atenent l&amp;apos;article 37 Causes de devolució de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els clubs, associacions o entitats esportives amb equip o equips valorats en LÍNIA “B”, podran justificar despeses corresponents a la temporada esportiva que es quantifica, es a dir, seran vàlids els justificants emesos a partir del inici de la competició objecte de subvenció, romanent emparada la justificació en cas de pèrdua de categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La justificació de la subvenció s&amp;apos;ha de presentar d&amp;apos;acord al que es determina a l&amp;apos;apartat 4 a), b), c), d) i e) de l&amp;apos;article 16 de la Llei 39/15, de 1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La documentació acreditativa per a justificar les despeses és:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;

Les factures han de ser expedides a nom de l&amp;apos;entitat beneficiaria de la subvenció i contenir les especificacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;ul style="margin-left: 80px"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nom complet de l&amp;apos;entitat o persona expenedora, CIF, número de factura i data.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nom complet de l&amp;apos;entitat beneficiaria de la subvenció i CIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conceptes, detalls i preus unitaris, import total, IVA, etc. Els conceptes de les factures han de ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Despeses en equipament esportiu i roba específica necessària de l&amp;apos;equip subvencionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Despeses per desplaçaments per a disputar competicions oficials reconegudes per la federació esportiva nacional o internacional, transport, allotjament i alimentació dels esportistes i de l&amp;apos;equip tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Despeses pel pagament a tècnics especialitzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Despeses de lloguer de les instal·lacions o espais necessaris per al desenvolupament d&amp;apos;entrenaments i/o celebració de competicions. S&amp;apos;exclouen les denominades “autofactures” (utilització de medis i recursos propis del beneficiari) de la mateixa entitat perceptora de l&amp;apos;ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Despeses d&amp;apos;adquisició o lloguer de materials necessaris per al desenvolupament dels entrenaments i/o la celebració de competicions. S&amp;apos;exclouen les denominades “autofactures” (utilització de medis i recursos propis del beneficiari) de la mateixa entitat perceptora de l&amp;apos;ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Altres despeses corrents necessàries per al funcionament del club o entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Despeses diverses d&amp;apos;esdeveniments organitzats (trofeus, obsequis...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Altres despeses que la Intervenció Municipal pugui acceptar com&amp;nbsp; vàlides per a la justificació de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Si la despesa justificada es inferior al import del pressupost sol·licitat i subvencionat, es reduirà proporcionalment la subvenció concedida o, retornar la part no justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12. Abonament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El pagament de las subvencions es realitzarà quant s&amp;apos;hagin realitzats els tràmits administratius pertinents i aprovats pels òrgans municipals que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;13. Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Son obligacions mínimes dels beneficiaris de les subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
  &lt;ul style="list-style-type: circle"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dur a terme l&amp;apos;activitat objecte de la subvenció d&amp;apos;acord amb les condicions establertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Acreditar davant l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià, i a requeriment de l&amp;apos;ICE, la realització de la totalitat de l&amp;apos;activitat amb les corresponents factures emeses per tercers al beneficiari de la subvenció, en les que es farà constar el concepte de la despesa i també el compliment dels requisits o condicions que determini la concessió de la subvenció, i les liquidacions de nòmines o fulles de salari, i els TC-1, TC-2 d&amp;apos; abonament a la Seguretat Social. Dintre de la convocatòria corresponent o conveni, si la subvenció utilitza aquest instrument, es poden preveure altres maneres d&amp;apos;acreditar la subvenció, adaptant-les a les necessitats reials del sector al que es dirigeix, com poden ser certificacions administratives, declaracions o sentències judicials, mòduls per activitat o instruments similars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Comunicar a l&amp;apos;ICE, les modificacions que s&amp;apos;hagin produït i que siguin causa de la concessió o compliment de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Comunicar a l&amp;apos;ICE, en qualsevol moment, l&amp;apos;obtenció de subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat i no atorgades en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Constituir las garanties que, si es necessiten, siguin exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Fer constar que l&amp;apos;activitat està subvencionada per l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sotmetre a les actuacions de fiscalització i control de la Intervenció de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià i del Tribunal de Comptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Fer publicitat de les activitats o esdeveniments que organitza l&amp;apos;ICE en els medis de comunicació que el propi club utilitza para promocionar la seva activitat (pàgina web, xarxes socials…).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià pot, en qualsevol moment, auditar tant econòmicament com tècnicament el programa objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;14. Pressupost&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durant l&amp;apos;exercici econòmic del 2023 es destinarà a les subvencions objecte d&amp;apos;aquestes bases la quantitat total de 325.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;15. Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra l&amp;apos;acord que aprova aquesta convocatòria i així mateix contra l&amp;apos;acord de concesió que es derivi, que posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar, amb caràcter potestatiu, recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l&amp;apos;ha dictada, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;art. 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El termini per interposar-lo és d&amp;apos;un mes a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà al de la recepció d&amp;apos;aquesta notificació, i en aquest cas no es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que s&amp;apos;hagi resolt expressament el de reposició o s&amp;apos;hagi produït la seva desestimació presumpta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El recurs de reposició ha de presentar-se en el Registre General d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament o en les dependències i mitjans a què es refereix l&amp;apos;art. 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015 abans esmentada, i s&amp;apos;entendrà desestimat quan no es resolgui i notifiqui en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva interposició, cas en què quedarà expedita la via contenciosa administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si no s&amp;apos;utilitza el recurs potestatiu de reposició, cal interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, conformement a l&amp;apos;establert en l&amp;apos;article 123 anteriorment esmentat, i en els articles 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant els jutjats contenciosos administratius de Palma de Mallorca, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l&amp;apos;endemà al de la recepció d&amp;apos;aquesta notificació. Això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que considereu pertinent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;16. Disposició final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les ajudes objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria es regeixen pel que disposa la Llei 39/15, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques; per la Llei 38/2003, general de subvencions; per la normativa de règim local que sigui d&amp;apos;aplicació; per les bases d&amp;apos;execució del Pressupost de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià corresponents a l&amp;apos;exercici en curs (Secció VII: Règim de les Subvencions); i per la resta de normativa que legalment li pugui ser d&amp;apos;aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
