    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Batle-President, en virtut del Decret núm. 2023-0120, ha disposat el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRET DE BATLIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En data 28 de febrer de 2023 es dicta Decret de Batlia 100/2023 relatiu al nomenament del funcionari de carrera Alejandro Olivero Maestre, policia local de l'Ajuntament de Deià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El període de pràctiques està integrat per la superació tant del curs de capacitació corresponent a la categoria de policia local, com de la fase de pràctiques de sis mesos a un any en el municipi de destinació, relacionades amb les funcions pròpies d'aquesta categoria, d'acord amb el que preveuen els articles 177 i 178 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel que s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 175 del Reial Decret 256/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, i en virtut de les competències establertes a l'article 21.1.h de la Llei 7/1985, reguladora del règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMER. – &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Rectificar l'error material dictat en el Decret de Batlia 100/2023 de data 28 de febrer de 2023,relatiu al nomenament del senyor Alejandro Olivero Maestre i,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nomenar el senyor Alejandro Olivero Maestre provïst de DNI num. **4717**** com a policia local, funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Deià, grup C1, complement de destí 18, complement específic 17.326,40€ i codi de la RLT 12, amb jornada completa, amb efectes de data 6 de març de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nomenar el senyor Alejandro Olivero Maestre provïst de DNI num. **4717**** com a policia local, funcionari en pràctiques de l'Ajuntament de Deià, grup C1, complement de destí 18, complement específic 17.326,40€ i codi de la RLT 12, amb jornada completa, amb efectes de data 6 de març de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGON. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Notificar a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCER. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar el nomenament a l'Escola Balear de la Administració Pública, Conselleria de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat, del Govern de les Illes Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUART. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar el nomenament en el Bolletí Oficial de les Illes Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINT. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar a la Intervenció Municipal, Tresoreria i departament de personal d'aquesta Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEXT. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donar compte al Ple de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes comptador a partir de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;També es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el jutjat contenciós administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la notificació, d'acord amb el que disposen els articules 8.1 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contencions administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
