&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El 3 de juliol de 2021 es va publicar la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a actuacions de suport a la mobilitat elèctrica (Programa MOVES III)&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;mitjançant la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 28 de juny de 202, modificada per la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 3 d'agost de 2022 (BOIB núm. 103, de 6 d'agost de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Les persones o entitats que figuren en l'annex d'aquesta Proposta varen presentar una sol·licitud de subvenció en el marc de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Els tècnics de la Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic han examinat les sol·licituds i han emès un informe desfavorable sobre les sol·licituds de subvenció descrites en l'annex amb la motivació que figura en aquest annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decret 75/2004, de 27 d'agost, pel qual es despleguen determinats aspectes de la Llei de finances i de les lleis de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 122, de 2 de setembre de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'energia (BOIB núm. 72, de 24 de maig de 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Reial Decret 266/2021, de 13 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova la concessió directa d'ajuts a les comunitats autònomes i a les ciutats de Ceuta i Melilla per a l'execució de programes d'incentius lligats a la mobilitat elèctrica (MOVES III) en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència Europeu. (BOE núm. 89, de 14 d'abril de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 28 de juny de 2021 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a actuacions de suport a la mobilitat elèctrica (Programa MOVES III) en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència Europeu —BOIB núm. 88, de 3 de juliol de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 3 d'agost de 2022 per la qual es modifica i amplia el crèdit de la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 28 de juny de 2021 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a actuacions de suport a la mobilitat elèctrica (programa MOVES III) en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu finançat per la Unió Europea – NextGenerationEU —BOIB núm. 103, de 6 d'agost de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Proposta de resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Propòs al conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Denegar la concessió d'una subvenció als beneficiaris que figuren en l'annex, d'acord amb el motiu que figura en l'annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Proposta de resolució podeu al·legar el que considereu convenient en el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. En cas contrari, s'entendrà que estau conforme amb el contingut de la Proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
