    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 29 de desembre del 2022 es va publicar al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 169 la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 22 de desembre de 2022, per la qual es convoquen les ajudes, per als anys 2023-2027, per a la reestructuració i la reconversió de vinyes corresponents a la Intervenció Sectorial del Vi (ISV 2024-2027).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Una vegada publicada aquesta resolució, s'ha comprovat que és necessari efectuar una sèrie de precisions per tal d'adaptar-la al que estableix el Reial decret 905/2022, de 25 d'octubre, pel qual es regula la Intervenció Sectorial del Sector Vitivinícola Espanyol, en el marc del Pla estratègic de la política agrària comuna, així com a la normativa estatal bàsica publicada amb posterioritat que estableix el Reial decret 1047/2022, de 27 de desembre, i en el Reial decret 147/2023, de 28 de febrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Atès que aquests canvis poden afectar la concurrència, es considera convenient reobrir el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;D'altra banda, s'han detectat uns errors que s'han de corregir d'acord amb el que disposen l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per tot això, en virtut del que estableix l'article 6.1.&lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt; del Decret 64/2005, de 10 de juny, de creació del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, i a proposta del director gerent del FOGAIBA, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es modifica la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 22 de desembre de 2022, per la qual es convoquen les ajudes, per als anys 2023-2027, per a la reestructuració i la reconversió de vinyes corresponents a la Intervenció Sectorial del Vi (ISV 2024-2027), publicada al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 169, de 29 de desembre de 2022, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. El punt 1.5 de l'apartat quart queda redactat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“1.5. Aquestes operacions han de perseguir un o més dels objectius globals que estableix l'annex II, part A, del Reial decret 905/2022, de 25 d'octubre, així com els objectius mediambientals que preveu l'annex II, part B, en funció de les característiques de les operacions que descriu l'article 6.4 d'aquest reial decret, i per això hauran d'incloure les accions mínimes que s'hi detallen. No obstant això, les operacions que defineixen els punts 1.1 i 1.2 anteriors que no compleixin cap de les característiques establertes també seran subvencionables sempre que tinguin com a objectiu global millorar la competitivitat de l'explotació de vinya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La replantació o els canvis de varietat s'han de fer amb qualsevol de les varietats autoritzades que es relacionen a l'annex XXI, apartat 4, del Reial decret 1338/2018, de 29 d'octubre, pel qual es regula el potencial de producció vitícola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Als efectes del que disposa l'annex II del Reial decret 905/2022, de 25 d'octubre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- les varietats incloses en figures de qualitat diferenciada (DOP o IGP) a les Illes Balears són les que indica l'annex 4;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- les varietats millor adaptades a les condicions edafoclimàtiques de les Illes Balears són les varietats locals que assenyala l'annex 3;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- les zones de muntanya a les Illes Balears, als efectes d'aquestes ajudes, són les situades sobre la cota de 200&amp;nbsp;m als municipis següents: Alaró, Andratx, Banyalbufar, Bunyola, Calvià, Campanet, Deià, Escorca, Esporles, Estellencs, Fornalutx, Lloseta, Mancor de la Vall, Pollença, Puigpunyent, Selva, Sóller, Santa Maria del Camí i Valldemossa”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. S'elimina el punt 6 de l'apartat quart, que queda sense contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. El punt 3.2 de l'apartat cinquè queda redactat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“3.2. En el cas d'operacions de replantació amb sistema de conducció o sense, de reconversió de vinyes per canvis de varietat, sobreempeltat o empeltat sobre peu franc i de millora de tècniques de gestió, aquest percentatge es podrà incrementar (no són acumulatius):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3.2.1. Un 5% si el beneficiari compleix algun d'aquests criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i) Estar inscrit al registre d'operadors de producció ecològica per al cultiu de la vinya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;ii) Estar inscrit al registre d'operadors de producció integrada en el cultiu de la vinya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;iii) Formar part d'una ADV/ATRIA del cultiu de la vinya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;iv) Si l'any de presentació de la sol·licitud no compleix més de 40 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;v) Si durant l'any natural immediatament anterior a la sol·licitud d'ajuda ha contractat una assegurança agrària a la seva explotació per al cultiu de la vinya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3.2.2. Un 15% per a pendents pronunciats i terrasses en zones on la inclinació sigui superior al 40%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El muntant que s'ha de percebre serà el resultat de l'aplicació del percentatge esmentat als barems estàndard de costos unitaris que assenyala l'annex 2”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Es modifica el punt 4 de l'apartat cinquè, que queda redactat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“4. Per determinar l'import de l'ajuda a la qual té dret un viticultor per a la reestructuració i/o la reconversió d'una superfície de vinya es mesura la parcel·la reestructurada i, si escau, la parcel·la arrabassada, seguint el mètode que estableix l'article 42 del Reglament delegat (UE) núm. 2022/126 de la Comissió, de 7 de desembre de 2021 i conforme al que estableix l'article 94.11 del Reial decret 1047/2022, de 27 de desembre”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. S'afegeixen les lletres i) i j) al punt 5 de l'apartat sisè, que queden redactades de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“-i) Declaració responsable de no trobar-se incurs en cap del supòsits de l'article 13.2, 3 i 3.bis de a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, d'acord amb el model que figura en la web del FOGAIBA; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-j) Si n'és el cas, d'acord amb el que preveu l'article 13.3 bis de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, certificació emesa per un auditor inscrit en el Registre Oficial d'Auditors de Comptes que acrediti el seu compliment per la persona sol·licitant de l'ajuda, amb independència de qualsevol finançament per al cobrament anticipat de l'empresa proveïdora. A dit efecte, si de l'informe d'auditoria dels darrers comptes anuals es dedueix un compliment del 100% dels terminis de pagament a proveïdors per part del sol·licitant, serà suficient un certificat emès per l'auditor que indiqui que en el seu treball d'auditoria ha realitzat procediments per obtenir evidència de la correcció del contingut de la memòria dels comptes anuals com certificació de compliment del requisit de l'article 13.3 bis. En cas de que no sigui possible emetre aquest certificat (per no existir comptes anuals auditades o perquè aquestes reflecteixen un percentatge de compliment de terminis de pagament a proveïdors inferior al 100%), es presentarà certificació, basada en un “Informe de Procediments Acordats”, que acrediti que el sol·licitant en el moment de presentació de sol·licitud d'ajuda no té cap factura pendent de pagament en la qual s'hagin superat els terminis legals de pagament. Aquesta certificació no pot tenir, en cap cas, una antiguitat superior a un mes anterior a la data de presentació de la sol·licitud”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;6. S'afegeix un punt 3 a l'apartat setè que queda redactat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“3. En cas d'empat, aquest es resoldrà amb el prorrateig de la quantitat que resti entre les operacions que resultin empatades”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;7. El punt 6 de l'apartat dotzè queda redactat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“Si es comprova que alguna acció inclosa a la sol·licitud d'ajuda aprovada o, si escau, modificada no s'ha executat totalment o parcialment, l'ajut s'ha d'abonar tenint en compte les exclusions, reduccions i penalitzacions establertes en els articles 44 i 45 del Reial decret 147/2023, de 28 de febrer”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8. Es suprimeix el punt 7 de l'apartat dotzè que queda sense contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;S'afegeixen tres epígrafs a l'apartat catorzè, amb la redacció següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“- El Reial decret 1338/2018, de 29 d'octubre, pel qual es regula el potencial de producció vitícola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El Reial decret 1047/2022, de 27 de desembre, pel qual es regula el sistema de gestió i control de les intervencions del Pla estratègic i altres ajuts de la política agrícola comuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El Reial decret 147/2023, de 28 de febrer, pel qual s'estableixen les normes per a l'aplicació de penalitzacions en les intervencions contemplades en el Pla Estratègic de la Política Agrícola Comú, i es modifiquen varis reials decrets pels quals es regulen diferents aspectes relacionats amb l'aplicació a Espanya de la Política Agrícola Comú per al període 2023-2027.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;10. Es modifica el punt 1 de l'apartat quinzè, que queda redactat de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“1. Totes les sol·licituds i superfícies de vinyes seran objecte dels controls que estableix el Reial decret 1047/2022, de 27 de desembre, pel qual es regula el sistema de gestió i control de les intervencions del Pla estratègic i altres ajuts de la política agrícola comuna”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11. Es modifica l'annex 2, que queda redactat de la manera &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Annex 2. Barems estàndard de costos unitaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Replantació amb sistema de conducció o sense:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Arrabassada i recollida de ceps&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Arrabassada i recollida de ceps: 478,00 €/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Preparació del sòl&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Cultivador: 117,00 €/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Arada: 800,00 €/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Subsolat: 822,00 €/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Fertilització química (1): 434,00 €/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Fertilització orgànica (2): 4.400,00 €/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Desinfecció del terreny&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Desinfecció del terreny: 2.300,00 €/ha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es corregeixen els errors detectats a la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 22 de desembre de 2022, per la qual es convoquen les ajudes, per als anys 2023-2027, per a la reestructuració i la reconversió de vinyes corresponents a la Intervenció Sectorial del Vi (ISV 2024-2027), publicada al BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- En el punt 3.1 de l'apartat cinquè, &lt;strong&gt;on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“3.1. La subvenció per a la participació en els costos de la reestructuració i de la reconversió de la vinya és el resultat d'aplicar els percentatges següents sobre els barems estàndards que fixa l'annex 2:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 45% per a les operacions de replantació amb sistema de conducció o sense.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 45% per a les operacions de reconversió de vinyes per canvis de varietat: sobreempeltat o empeltat sobre peu franc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 45% per a les operacions de millora de tècniques de gestió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 50% per a les operacions de replantació per arrabassada per motius sanitaris o fitosanitaris per l'autoritat competent”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“3.1. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 50% per a les operacions de replantació per arrabassada per motius sanitaris o fitosanitaris per ordre de l'autoritat competent”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es corregeixen els errors detectats a la versió castellana de la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 22 de desembre de 2022, per la qual es convoquen les ajudes, per als anys 2023-2027, per a la reestructuració i la reconversió de vinyes corresponents a la Intervenció Sectorial del Vi (ISV 2024-2027), publicada al BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre de 2022, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- En el punt 1.1 de l'apartat quart i en l'annex 1:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Es reobre el termini de presentació de sol·licituds previst per a la convocatòria de l'any 2023 a l'apartat sisè, punt 1,&lt;/span&gt; de la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 22 de desembre de 2022, per la qual es convoquen les ajudes, per als anys 2023-2027, per a la reestructuració i la reconversió de vinyes corresponents a la Intervenció Sectorial del Vi (ISV 2024-2027), publicada al BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre de 2022,&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; durant tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució al BOIB. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Cinquè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;En compliment del que disposa el punt 2 de l'apartat cinquè de la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 22 de desembre de 2022&lt;/span&gt;, per la qual es convoquen les ajudes, per als anys 2023-2027, per a la reestructuració i la reconversió de vinyes corresponents a la Intervenció Sectorial del Vi (ISV 2024-2027), publicada al BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre de 2022, es dona publicitat a l'import corresponent al valor mitjà del raïm de les campanyes vitícoles 2020, 2021 i 2022: 4.559,77 €/ha. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En conseqüència, l'import de la compensació que es preveu per a la campanya 2022 queda establert en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 1.504,72&amp;nbsp;€/ha per a la replantació amb sistema de conducció o sense. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- 1.139,94&amp;nbsp;€/ha per a la reconversió de vinya per canvi de varietat: sobreempeltat o empeltat sobre peu franc i millora de tècniques de gestió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquesta Resolució s'ha de comunicar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i publicar al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
