font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a">En data 9 de gener de 2023, el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca aprovà les bases de la convocatòria per al proveïment de personal funcionari de carrera i personal laboral fix de diversos llocs de treball del Consell Insular de Menorca, prèvia a la presa de possessió de les places de l'Oferta pública d'estabilització. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a">S'han detectat uns errors materials en l'annex I, relatiu als llocs de feina objecte de mobilitat, concretament a la destinació de dos llocs de feina.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a">L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#00000a">Per l'exposat anteriorment, és necessari corregir els errors de les bases de la convocatòria per al proveïment de personal funcionari de carrera i personal laboral fix de diversos llocs de treball del Consell Insular de Menorca.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
