&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ateses les bases i convocatòria del procés selectiu per a la cobertura de 6 places de funcionari de carrera per torn lliure de Policia Local, publicada en el BOIB núm. 62 de 13 de maig de 2021 i en el BOE núm. 123 de 24 de maig de 2021 i la correcció publicada al BOIB núm.119 de 2 de setembre de 2021 i en el BOE núm. 30 de 4 de febrer de 2022.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Atesa la proposta del Tribunal Qualificador del procés selectiu, de nomenament, en pràctiques, dels aspirants que han superat les proves de l'oposició, de data 14 de desembre de 2022.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Atès que l'aspirant Juan José Castillo Castro ha presentat dins del termini i en la forma escaient la documentació que acredita que compleix amb els requisits de la convocatòria per REG núm. 2023-E-RC-61 de data 4 de gener de 2023. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Atès l'informe favorable emès per la tècnica de personal de data 28 de febrer de l'actual.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En ús a les atribucions que em confereix la vigent legislació,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOMENAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;funcionari en pràctiques &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;amb efectes des de la data de començament del curs de capacitació, per termini màxim d'un any per ocupar el lloc de treball en pràctiques de Policia Local, grup C, subgrup C1, al senyor JUAN JOSÉ CASTILLO CASTRO amb DNI *** 5104** que ha superat les &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;proves selectives de la fase d'oposició del procés per la cobertura &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;per torn lliure de 6 places de policia local de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx (BOIB núm. 62 de 13 de maig de 2021 i en el BOE núm. 123 de 24 de maig de 2021 i la correcció publicada al BOIB núm.119 de 2 de setembre de 2021 i en el BOE núm. 30 de 4 de febrer de 2022). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Publicar aquesta resolució al BOIB.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Notificar a la persona interessada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Comunicar a la Intervenció Municipal, Tresoreria i departament de personal d'aquesta Corporació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
