133419 ca 8963 2023-02-21 8964 ![CDATA[Resolució dels expedients de sol·licitud de subvencions per a intervencions en béns del patrimoni cultural, per rehabilitar parets de pedra seca i per soterrar línies elèctriques i/o telefòniques existents (convocatòria de 2022)]] 2023-02-23 CAIB CAIB text/html ca ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en exercici de les seues competències, va aprovà, en sessió ordinària de 23 de desembre de 2022, la resolució dels expedients de sol·licitud de subvencions per a intervencions en béns del patrimoni cultural, per rehabilitar parets de pedra seca i per soterrar línies elèctriques i/o telefòniques existents, corresponent a la convocatòria 2022, de conformitat al següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Recordar a les persones beneficiàries la necessitat de donar compliment, entre d'altres, als següents aspectes establerts a les Bases, a fi de poder justificar correctament les actuacions subvencionades:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a. Una vegada obtinguda la llicència urbanística corresponent (o efectuada la comunicació prèvia si és el cas) i executades les actuacions previstes, s'haurà de justificar la finalització de les obres, mitjanant la presentació de la documentació especificada a l'article 12 de les Bases.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b. Que la justificació de la subvenció s'haurà d'efectuar dins del termini màxim de 24 mesos des de la recepció de l'últim dels següents documents: la concessió de la subvenció o bé la retirada de la llicència urbanística (o la validació de la declaració responsable d'inici d'obres, si és el cas), d'acord amb l'article 11 de les Bases.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">c. Que si en la fase de revisió de la documentació justificativa es comprova que s'han produït canvis durant l'execució —respecte de la documentació aportada inicialment en la sol·licitud—, l'import final de l'ajuda es podrà revisar a la baixa per tal d'ajustar-lo als criteris que estableixen les Bases.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">d. En el cas de la rehabilitació de parets de pedra seca, les actuacions s'hauran de desenvolupar seguint de manera estricta la tècnica tradicional de construcció amb paret de pedra seca, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 2.6 de les Bases. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">e. Comunicar als beneficiaris que ha de recollir la placa informativa de l'activitat subvencionada a l'àrea de Patrimoni del Consell Insular (carrer de l'Arxiduc Lluís Salvador, 2 de Sant Francesc).</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">f. Recordar que la placa informativa haurà d'estar col·locada de forma visible a l'obra objecte d'aquesta subvenció. L'incompliment d'aquest requisit pot ser causa de reintegrament de la subvenció atorgada.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Acceptar la renúncia a la sol·licitud de subvenció per rehabilitació de paret de pedra seca presentada per W.R. M. amb RGE núm. 2022/32855 de 16/11/2022, expedient 2022/6419.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Aprovar el desistiment a la sol·licitud de subvenció per a intervencions en béns del patrimoni cultural a Pitiüses Enginyers SCP, en representació de F.T.J. (expedient administratiu 2022/5899), per incompliment de l'article 68.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Notificar aquest acord a les persones interessades.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.
