&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 9.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, per mitjà del present edicte se publiquen les bases referides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alcúdia, en data de la signatura electrònica &lt;em&gt;(15 de febrer de 2023)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;BASES PER A PARTICIPAR A SA RUA D'ALCÚDIA 2023&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dia 19 de febrer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, amb l'objectiu de potenciar la participació activa dins les festes de Carnaval 2023, organitza el concurs de &lt;strong&gt;SA RUA&lt;/strong&gt; elaborant les següents bases per a poder participar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La concentració dels participants&amp;nbsp; serà a les 16,00 h a l'aparcament de l'Església de Sant Jaume.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJECTE: &lt;/strong&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria de premis és el foment de la participació ciutadana a Sa Rua&amp;nbsp; d'Alcúdia 2023, organitzada per l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. REQUISITS DELS SOL·LICITANTS&lt;/strong&gt;: la participació ala Rua&amp;nbsp; és lliure i gratuïta. S'hi pot inscriure tothom que vulgui participar, sense límit d'edat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per optar als premis de Sa Rua s'haurà d'estar inscrit, participar durant tot el recorregut i estar present a l'hora del lliurament dels premis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. INSCRIPCIONS: &lt;/strong&gt;Les inscripcions es faran de manera presencial a l'Auditori d'Alcúdia de dia 10 de febrer fins al dia 17 de febrer a les 14,00 h. Els participants hauran d'emplenar el full d'inscripció amb totes les dades perceptives. L'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia lliurarà un dorsal als participants que hauran de portar a un lloc visible. En el cas dels vehicles, a la part frontal del mateix, per una major comoditat del jurat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els inscrits&amp;nbsp; a la Rua fora de termini podran participar però no concursaran. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. MODALITATS DE PARTICIPANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els participants s'hauran d'inscriure a una de les següents modalitats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INFANTIL INDIVIDUAL I PARELLES.&lt;/strong&gt; Hauran de ser menors de 14 anys (inclosos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ADULTS INDIVIDUAL I PARELLES.&lt;/strong&gt; Hauran de ser majors de 15 anys (inclosos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INFANTIL COMPARSES I CARROSSES. &lt;/strong&gt;E&lt;strong&gt;s&lt;/strong&gt; considera comparsa o carrossa infantil, la que estigui formada per més d'un 50% de menors de 14 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ADULTS COMPARSES I CARROSSES. &lt;/strong&gt;El vehicle auxiliar de cada comparsa, en el cas que en porti, haurà d'estar adequat al motiu de la disfressa. Seran considerades carrosses tot vehicle gran decorat o plataforma guarnida i amb persones disfressades. Correspon a la persona responsable de la comparsa tenir cura que tant el vehicle com el conductor disposin dels permisos i assegurances legals en vigor. Es prohibeix l'ús de qualsevol artefacte pirotècnic o elements combustibles. La comparsa que els utilitzi serà desqualificada a tots els efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. PREMIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els premis s'atorgaran per categories, valorant la millor disfressa original, millor escenografia i coreografia, millor vestuari i maquillatge i millor animació i participació. Això suposarà una nova dinàmica en el concurs de disfresses, on es podrà donar el cas que una disfressa obtingui més d'un premi, o pel contrari, que surtin premiades quatre disfresses diferents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. PROCEDIMENT DE VOTACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El jurat estarà format per cinc persones vinculades al món de la cultura, l'art i la moda. Es passejaran valorant al llarg de tot el recorregut, i una vegada finalitzada Sa Rua procediran a dur a terme les votacions. Aquestes es realitzaran en dues fases: primera fase o primera ronda de votacions, on cada jurat votarà de manera anònima i secreta una disfressa de cada categoria.&amp;nbsp; Les quatre disfresses més votades passaran a una segona fase o ronda de votacions, on el jurat votarà una d'entre aquestes quatre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Un dels membres del jurat aixecarà acta del procediment de de selecció dels premiats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. COMPROMÍS DE PARTICIPACIÓ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La participació en Sa Rua 2023 és voluntària.&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;El fet de participar a Sa Rua implica l'acceptació de les presents bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Totes les carrosses i comparses hauran de designar dues persones responsables, que seran les que aportin les seves dades a la inscripció, aquestes hauran d'estar disponibles al llarg de tot el recorregut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Les persones responsables de cada grup ho seran també dels menors i comptaran amb les autoritzacions paternes/maternes per a la seva participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) El lliurament de premis es realitzarà el mateix dia de Sa Rua al Passeig Pere Ventayol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;DRETS D'IMATGE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'organització podrà realitzar fotografies durant Sa Rua. Aquestes fotografies i gravacions seran de propietat exclusiva de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia i podran ser utilitzades amb fins promocionals. En acceptar aquestes bases de participació en el concurs, les persones o els grups participants cedeixen els drets de difusió, exhibició, distribució o publicació a l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia de forma permanent i irrevocable, sense límit de temps i lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. RECORREGUT DE LA RUA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aparcament de l'església de&amp;nbsp; Sant Jaume, Avinguda dels Prínceps d'Espanya, Camí de Ronda, Porta de sant Sebastià, C/Major, Plaça Constitució, C/Moll, Plaça Carles V, Passeig Mare de Déu de la Victòria, Passeig Pere Ventayol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
