&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 175, de 23 de desembre), es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic (Conselleria de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica) ha instat la modificació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions esmentat, concretament dins l'objectiu II («Sostenibilitat»), en els punts 1 («Mobilitat»), 2 («Transició energètica») i 4 («Entorn rural i espais naturals »), en el sentit d'afegir &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;tres noves línies: la línia II.1.8, relativa a ajuts per al foment de la micromobilitat i de vehicles de mobilitat personal, sobretot en els desplaçaments urbans,&lt;/span&gt; finançats a càrrec del Fons d'Impuls del Turisme Sostenible&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;; la línia II.2.17, relativa a ajuts per al desenvolupament de l'ecosistema d'hidrogen renovable, amb la finalitat de reduir el consum de combustibles fòssils i el seus efectes nocius, també finançats &lt;/span&gt;a càrrec del Fons d'Impuls del Turisme Sostenible, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i la línia II.4.13, relativa a ajuts destinats a actuacions d'adaptació al canvi climàtic en zones urbanes i periurbanes &lt;/span&gt;en la línia ja iniciada amb la convocatòria anterior del Pla d'Impuls al Medi Ambient - Canvi Climàtic, publicada en el BOIB núm. 160, de 20 de novembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'apartat tercer de l'Acord del Consell de Govern esmentat estableix que l'aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions es deleguen a la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda, d'acord amb l'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors aprovar i modificar l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret&amp;nbsp;25/2021, de 8 de març, pel Decret 1/2022, de 27 de juliol, i pel Decret 5/2022, de 19 de desembre, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, en què es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprovar la modificació de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2021-2023, aprovat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 20 de desembre de 2021, pel que fa a l'objectiu II, sobre sostenibilitat, i més concretament el punt 1, relatiu a mobilitat; el punt 2, relatiu a transició energètica, i el punt 4, relatiu a entorn rural i espais naturals, mitjançant l'addició de tres noves línies, les línies II.1.8, II.2.17 i II.4.13, amb el contingut següent&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Objectius i efectes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;fomentar la micromobilitat amb la utilització de vehicles de mobilitat personal (VPM) com a alternativa als vehicles turisme, sobretot en desplaçaments urbans, la qual cosa ha de contribuir en un grau molt important a un transport més eficient i sostenible i a la pacificació del trànsit en les zones urbanes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Objectius i efectes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;fomentar un ecosistema d'hidrogen renovable, destinat a la mobilitat, i sistemes d'emmagatzematge que permetin una gestió energètica, cosa que comportarà una reducció del consum de combustibles fòssils i, per tant, dels seus efectes nocius sobre el medi ambient i el canvi climàtic&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
