Si el terme final indicat és dissabte o festiu, s'entén prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent. En el cas que les ofertes o sol·licituds de participació s'enviïn per correu, el sol·licitant ha de justificar la data de l'enviament a l'oficina de Correus i ha d'anunciar la tramesa de l'oferta a l'òrgan de contractació, el mateix dia, mitjançant fax, telegrama o correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
