El Ple de l'Ajuntament de Campos, en la sessió ordinària de dia 29 de setembre de 2022, va aprovar inicialment la modificació de l'ordenança reguladora del preu públic per la prestació de serveis a l' escoleta municipal "Els Taperons", el que es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 130, de 6&nbsp; d'octubre de 2022.</em></p> <p><em>2.<strong> </strong>Atès i que en data de 17 d'octubre de 2022, l'Institut Balear de la Dona va remetre informe preceptiu d'impacte de gènere, fent recomanacions relatives a l'ús del llenguatge així com la proposta d'introducció d'una bonificació potestativa.</em></p> <p><em>3. Atès que en el termini d'exposició pública no s'han presentat al·legacions en relació amb la modificació de l' ordenança reguladora del preu públic per la prestació de serveis a l' escoleta municipal "Els Taperons".</em></p> <p><em>4. El Ple de l'Ajuntament de Campos, en la sessió ordinària de dia 26 de gener de 2023, va adoptar, entre d'altres, els següents acords:</em></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>Estimar les propostes de revisió del llenguatge presentades per l'Institut Balear de la Dona.</em></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>Estimar la proposta d'introducció d'una bonificació per als fills i filles de les dones víctimes de violència de gènere al text de l'ordenança reguladora, tot això segons el proposat per l'Institut Balear de la Dona.</em></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>Aprovar definitivament la modificació de l'ordenança reguladora del preu públic per la prestació de serveis a l'Escoleta Municipal “Els Taperons”, amb el següent tenor literal (...) </em></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>Notificar el present acord a l'Institut Balear de la Dona, amb indicació dels recursos corresponents.</em></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><em>Publicar el present acord, conjuntament amb el text íntegre de l'ordenança en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Així mateix, es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de l'ajuntament i al portal de transparència municipal.</em></span></span></p> </li> </ol> <p><em>5. En compliment del que disposa l'article 17.3 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora d'Hisendes locals, i una vegada adoptat l'acord definitiu d'aprovació del redactat de l'ordenança, es procedeix a la seva publicació íntegra al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears:</em></p> <p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“<strong>Ordenança reguladora del preu públic per la prestació de serveis a l'Escoleta Municipal <em>“Els Taperons”</em></strong></span></span></p> <p><strong>Article 1.- Fonament i naturalesa</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">A l'empara del previst als articles 41 i 127 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, i en concordança amb les competències pròpies de l'Ajuntament de Campos en virtut de l'establert a l'article 29.2.p de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, aquest Ajuntament estableix els preus públics pel servei d'escola infantil i guarderia.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Article 2.- Obligats al pagament</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Estan obligats al pagament del preu públic regulat per aquesta ordenança les persones físiques o jurídiques (pares, mares o qui ostenti la tutela dels infants) que es beneficiïn dels serveis o activitats prestats o realitzats per aquest Ajuntament, als quals es fa referència a l'article anterior.</span></p> <p><strong>Article 3.- Quantia</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">La quantia a exigir per la prestació del servei es determinarà en funció de les següents quanties, tot això segons els trams horaris i serveis oferts en cadascun d'aquests trams:</span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>A. Bonificacions i exempcions</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En situacions d'escassa o nul·la capacitat econòmica, es podrà reduir l'import del preu públic en la mesura que ho posin de manifest els serveis socials de l'Ajuntament de Campos. Prèvia sol·licitud de la part interessada, s'emetrà informe per part del servei competent proposant una bonificació o exempció que podrà arribar fins a la totalitat del preu públic.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En situacions de fills i filles de dones víctimes de la violència de gènere, es podrà reduir l'import del preu públic en la mesura que ho posin de manifest els serveis socials de l'Ajuntament de Campos. Prèvia sol·licitud de la part interessada, s'emetrà informe per part del servei competent proposant una bonificació o exempció que podrà arribar fins a la totalitat del preu públic.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Article 5. Normes de gestió</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El pagament dels preus establerts s'efectuarà per mensualitats vençudes de cada mes mitjançant domiciliació bancària.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.
