PRODUCCIÓ D' EFECTES DEL REGLAMENT DES DE L' ENDEMÀ DE LA PUBLICACIÓ AL BOIB DEL FET D' AQUESTA APROVACIÓ INICIAL COM A MESURA PROVISIONAL OBLIGATÒRIA PER A L' EFECTIVITAT PLENA DEL REGLAMENT I DELS DRETS EN JOC. SOTMETIMENT A INFORMACIÓ PÚBLICA DE L' EXPEDIENT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es fa públic que el Ple del Consell Insular, el dia 27 de gener de 2023, ha adoptat l'acord següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.5.1.- PRP2023/46&lt;/strong&gt;. &amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;PROPOSTA AL PLE L' APROVACIÓ INICIAL DEL REGLAMENT DE RÈGIM INTERN DE LA RESIDÈNCIA I CENTRE D' ESTADES DIÜRNES&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sotmesa a votació dels 14 membres presents, dels 17 que formen el Ple de la corporació, per unanimitat, amb la següent composició i votació: el vot a favor dels 4 representants presents del grup polític PSIB-PSOE i dels 5 representants presents del grup polític Gent x Formentera, (que formen l'equip de Govern),&amp;nbsp; i dels 5 representants presents del grup polític Sa Unió de Formentera PP-Compromís, adopta, sobre la base de la proposta transcrita, el següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- APROVAR INICIALMENT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; el projecte de Reglament de Règim Intern de la Residència i del Centre d'estades diürnes per a Gent Gran de Formentera, el text de la qual es transcriu annexat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Adoptar les mesures provisionals necessàries per a l'aplicació del &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reglament de Règim Intern de la Residència i del Centre d'estades diürnes per a Gent Gran de Formentera, per &lt;/span&gt;a l'efectivitat plena d'aquesta aprovació inicial i la virtualitat de les mesures que s'impulsen de protecció de les persones dependents ingressades i els seus familiars, evitant així un risc d'aïllament de les referides persones,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ja que és un servei que falta a l'illa de Formentera. Aquestes mesures han de consistir en l'aplicació provisional del reglament des de la seva publicació inicial al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els fonaments jurídics, com a conseqüència de l'entrada en vigor de la &lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Llei 4/2022, del 28 de juny, de consells insulars, el procediment per aprovar reglaments no executius és el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Article 17.1. &lt;em&gt;g&lt;/em&gt; sobre competència plenària, sense que sigui necessària cap majoria especial: article 17.2, incís final. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;I, sobretot, el títol VII d' aquesta Llei, sobre la &lt;em&gt;Potestat reglamentària&lt;/em&gt;, articles següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;- Article 70, sobre &lt;em&gt;Marc normatiu&lt;/em&gt; que, a l' apartat 1 diu que la potestat reglamentària s' exerceix pels consells insulars d' acord amb l' Estatut d' Autonomia, la llei bàsica de l' Estat: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, en particular el seu article 49 i,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, amb l'article 56 sobre &lt;em&gt;Mesures provisionals&lt;/em&gt;, com és el cas del projecte de Reglament present, per motius justificats de fons per a la immediata eficàcia i aprovació d'un règim intern provisional per a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la Residència i el Centre d'estades diürnes per a Gent Gran de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;L' article esmentat diu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 56. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mesures provisionals. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Un cop iniciat el procediment, l'òrgan administratiu competent per resoldre pot adoptar, d'ofici o a instància de part i de manera motivada, les mesures provisionals que consideri oportunes per assegurar l'eficàcia de la resolució que es pugui dictar, si hi ha elements de judici suficients per a això, d'acord amb els principis de proporcionalitat,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; efectivitat i onerositat menor. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Abans de la iniciació del procediment administratiu, l'òrgan competent per iniciar o instruir el procediment, d'ofici o a instància de part, en els casos d'urgència inajornable i per a la protecció provisional dels interessos implicats, pot adoptar de manera motivada les mesures provisionals que siguin necessàries i proporcionades. Les mesures provisionals han d' ésser confirmades, modificades o aixecades en l' acord d' iniciació del procediment, que s' ha d' efectuar dins els quinze dies següents a la seva adopció, el qual pot ésser objecte del recurs que escaigui. En tot cas, les mesures esmentades queden sense efecte si no s' inicia el procediment en el termini esmentat o quan l' acord d' iniciació no contingui un pronunciament exprés sobre aquestes mesures. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. D'acord amb el que preveuen els dos apartats anteriors, es poden acordar les següents mesures provisionals, en els termes que preveu la Llei 1/2000, de 7 de gener, d'enjudiciament civil: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) Suspensió temporal d' activitats. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) Prestació de fiances. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Retirada o intervenció de béns productius o suspensió temporal de serveis per raons de sanitat, higiene o seguretat, el tancament temporal de l' establiment per aquestes o altres causes previstes en la normativa reguladora aplicable. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) Embargament preventiu de béns, rendes i coses fungibles computables en metàl·lic per aplicació de preus certs. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) El dipòsit, la retenció o la immobilització de coses. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) La intervenció i el dipòsit d' ingressos obtinguts mitjançant una activitat que es consideri il·lícita i la prohibició o cessament de la qual es pretengui. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) Consignació o constitució de dipòsit de les quantitats que es reclamen. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) La retenció d' ingressos a compte que hagin d' abonar les administracions públiques. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i) Aquelles altres mesures que, per protegir els drets dels interessats, prevegin expressament les lleis, o que es considerin necessàries per assegurar l' efectivitat de la resolució. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. No es poden adoptar mesures provisionals que puguin causar un perjudici de difícil o impossible reparació als interessats o que impliquin violació de drets emparats per les lleis. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Les mesures provisionals poden ser alçades o modificades durant la tramitació del procediment, d'ofici o a instància de part, en virtut de circumstàncies sobrevingudes o que no es van poder tenir en compte en el moment d'adoptar-les. En tot cas, s' extingeixen quan tingui efectes la resolució administrativa que posi fi al procediment corresponent.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;A l'apartat 2 l'article 70 es remet, a propòsit de tot el que no prevegi el Títol VII, en el que escaigui, a més del Reglament Orgànic corresponent, a les regles que regulen la potestat reglamentària del Govern de les Illes Balears, tal com refereix la Llei 1/2019, de 31 de gener, del Govern de les Illes Balears,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;amb l'article 57 sobre &lt;em&gt;Mesures provisionals &lt;/em&gt;(similar al transcrit estatal); &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Article 71 sobre &lt;em&gt;Titulars de la potestat reglamentària&lt;/em&gt;, apartat 1, sobre la competència del Ple; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Article 72 sobre &lt;em&gt;Tipologia de les disposicions generals&lt;/em&gt;, apartat 1.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&amp;nbsp;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;) com altres reglaments (no autonòmic executiu); &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Article 75 sobre &lt;em&gt;Principis de bona regulació; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Article 78 sobre &lt;em&gt;Publicitat i eficàcia&lt;/em&gt;, com a novetat absoluta, amb l' apartat 1, sobre publicació íntegra al BOIB, als efectes d' entrada en vigor i eficàcia; l' apartat sobre publicació, per a més i millor difusió, al portal web i, sobretot, amb l' apartat 3 relatiu a l' entrada en vigor dels reglaments executius,&amp;nbsp; que es produirà als vint dies des de la publicació oficial, llevat que estableixin una altra cosa (que no és el present cas, que va per l'esmentada Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, article 49 i pels articles 102 i 103 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Pel que fa al &lt;em&gt;Procediment d' elaboració&lt;/em&gt;, cal destacar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Article 79, sobre &lt;em&gt;Expedient&lt;/em&gt;; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Article 80&lt;/span&gt;, sobre &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;Consulta prèvia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt; (que no és el cas en el supòsit present, per raons d'urgència justificada per a &amp;nbsp;la immediata eficàcia i aprovació d'un règim intern provisional per a la Residència de Gent Gran, conforme a l'excepció previst a a l'apartat 2.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&amp;nbsp;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;) i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;La redacció d' aquest article 88 és la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Article 88 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Altres reglaments &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El procediment per a l' elaboració d' altres reglaments és, sens perjudici del que preveu la legislació bàsica de l' Estat, el que determina el reglament orgànic, i inclou, com a tràmits preceptius, l' aprovació inicial pel ple, l' audiència a les persones i les entitats interessades per un termini no inferior a trenta dies, la informació pública pel mateix termini,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; els informes exigits per la normativa sectorial quan correspongui, l'informe sobre al·legacions i l'aprovació definitiva pel ple. No obstant això, el text del reglament aprovat inicialment passarà a ser definitiu si en la data de finalització del termini d' informació pública no s' ha presentat cap al.legació i no cal cap informe exigit per la legislació sectorial.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Sotmetre l'acord, a informació pública mitjançant el corresponent edicte al BOIB, al tauler d'anuncis i al web del Consell Insular de Formentera, &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat, p&lt;/span&gt;erquè durant el termini de 30 dies, els veïns i les persones interessades puguin examinar l'expedient –a la Secretaria- i formular reclamacions, objeccions o observacions,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 102.1 b) de la Llei 20/2006, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.- &lt;/strong&gt;Sotmetre l'acord així mateix a audiència prèvia de les associacions veïnals i de defensa de les persones consumidores i usuàries establertes a Formentera i inscrites en el Registre d'Entitats Ciutadanes les finalitats de les quals guardin relació directa amb l'ús d'aquest acord, . d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 112.3 del Reglament orgànic de funcionament del Consell de Formentera i en l'article 102.c) de la Llei 20/2006,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.- &lt;/strong&gt;Sol·licitar informe d'avaluació sobre impacte de gènere de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 5.3 de la Llei 11/2016 de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat d'homes i dones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Facultar, quant a l' emissió de l' informe de l' Institut de la Dona, al Secretari de la corporació perquè incorpori d' ofici el contingut del corresponent informe en el text definitiu a publicar, sempre que l' informe emès no desvirtuï el fons de l' acord objecte d' aprovació inicial i sense necessitat d' haver de passar-lo,&amp;nbsp; de nou, pel Ple amb un tràmit d'aprovació definitiva, atès que no afecta el fons pròpiament dit (qüestió de l'impacte de gènere).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; En cas que no es presentin al·legacions en el període d'informació pública i audiència a les persones interessades, i no es donin modificacions dels informes preceptius que s'han de sol·licitar en el present expedient, l'aprovació inicial s'entendrà elevada a definitiva i es publicarà el seu text íntegre al Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears per a la seva entrada en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITÈ.-&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la publicació íntegra al BOIB de l'acord corresponent (amb el text final, en cas que sigui necessari), ja sigui l'inicial elevat a definitiu, ja sigui el derivat de l'estudi de les reclamacions, objeccions o observacions, als efectes d'entrada en vigor, tot de conformitat amb els articles 103.1 i 113 de l'esmentada Llei 20/2006,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVÈ&lt;/strong&gt;.-El Reglament &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de Règim Intern de la Residència i del Centre d'estades diürnes per a Gent Gran de Formentera present, e&lt;/span&gt;ntrarà en vigor a partir de la seva publicació definitiva al BOIB, una vegada esgotats els 15 dies que tracta la legislació de règim local. Amb l'entrada en vigor del mateix, quedarà derogat l'anterior, el qual va ser publicat al BOIB núm. 81, de data 30 de maig de 2015, amb la denominació Reglament de règim intern del centre de dia de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Introducció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centre neix amb la missió de promoure el benestar general dels usuaris, millorant la seva qualitat de vida i la de les seves famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els usuaris han de trobar-se com a casa seva, en un ambient familiar i adequat a les seves característiques personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Amb la finalitat d'aconseguir el bon funcionament del centre, la millor convivència, la màxima participació, el respecte dels drets dels usuaris, les seves obligacions i la consecució del màxim benestar integral dels mateixos, és necessari la col·laboració de tots els usuaris, personal del centre i familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per tot això, cal establir una organització, unes pautes de funcionament i unes normes de convivència, les quals s' especifiquen a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La finalitat d' aquest Reglament de règim intern és recollir de forma clara i precisa el conjunt de normes que regularan el funcionament del centre, per al seu coneixement i aplicació, per tal de garantir una correcta prestació del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El present Reglament tindrà caràcter obligatori per a tot el personal que presta els seus serveis en el centre, així com als usuaris i els seus representants legals, tutors o guardadors de fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objectius del centre&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centre és titularitat del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centre és un equipament adequat per acollir persones grans en situació de dependència que, a causa de la seva afectació, ho necessiten d'una forma bàsica i continuada, sigui en règim residencial, temporal o en règim de centre de dia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El servei residencial té com a objectiu proporcionar una llar substitutòria, alternativa o complementària de la pròpia llar, garantir una assistència digna, mantenir el nivell d'habilitats aconseguides i desenvolupar al màxim les pròpies capacitats, cuidar els aspectes sanitaris i preventius, així com potenciar la qualitat de vida dels usuaris i familiars. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El servei de centre de dia és un recurs social que fa possible que les persones grans que necessiten una atenció continuada i prolongada rebin una assistència global dins del seu medi habitual mitjançant la conjugació d' unes atencions especialitzades i les atencions informals pròpies de l' ambient familiar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En tots els casos, el centre ofereix als usuaris atenció especialitzada i integral amb l'objectiu d'incentivar, mantenir o recuperar, si és possible, les habilitats físiques, psíquiques i socials, vetllant sempre per la qualitat de vida dels usuaris i familiars. Els serveis residencials es presten durant les 24 hores del dia, tots els dies de l' any, mentre que el servei del Centre d' Estades Diürnes es presta de dilluns a divendres en horari de 8: 00 a 17: 00 hores.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítol II&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Destinataris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Són persones grans que no tenen un grau d' autonomia suficient per realitzar les activitats de la vida diària, que necessiten constant atenció i supervisió, i per circumstàncies sociofamiliars requereixen la substitució de la llar en règim residencial, temporal o permanent, o de centre de dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Concretament, podran ser usuaris del centre, les persones que ho demanin lliurement i conscientment o, en cas d' incapacitat manifesta, ho facin a través del seu tutor legal o per resolució judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el cas que es presumeixi incapacitat del sol·licitant o bé estigui declarat judicialment incapaç, caldrà comunicar l'ingrés al centre a l'autoritat judicial que va declarar la incapacitat o sota la jurisdicció de la qual s'estigui tramitant el procediment, de conformitat amb el que disposa el Codi civil a aquests efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Admissions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les sol·licituds dels usuaris, en règim residencial permanent o en règim de centre de dia, s'han de tramitar a través del Servei d'Atenció Primària de l'àrea de Benestar Social, i les places són assignades per la conselleria competent en matèria de reconeixement de la situació de dependència i el dret a les prestacions del sistema. Una vegada reconeguda la situació i el dret, així com elaborat el corresponent Pla Individual d' Atenció, a partir del mateix s' emetrà la corresponent resolució que determinarà l' ingrés en el centre. Les places que no s'integrin dins del Sistema d'Autonomia i Atenció a la Dependència quedaran a disposició del Consell Insular de Formentera, i aquestes seran assignades segons les previsions recollides en les corresponents ordenances municipals sobre la matèria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En qualsevol moment, l'usuari o el seu representant legal/tutor o guardador de fet podrà sol·licitar el trasllat a un altre centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Documentació i requisits necessaris per a l' ingrés al centre&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Admès l' usuari en el centre, en el moment del seu ingrés haurà d' aportar la documentació que es relaciona a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Documents acreditatius originals: document nacional d' identitat o, si s' escau, targeta de resident; targeta sanitària de la seguretat social i un altre document acreditatiu de la cobertura de l' assistència sanitària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Informe mèdic recent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Informe social en el qual es facin constar les mancances en la seva dimensió social: habitatge, accessibilitat als serveis de la comunitat, nucli de convivència i nivells de relació, suport social i familiar i activitats instrumentals de la vida diària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Declaració escrita de la lliure manifestació de voluntat de la persona que hagi d'ingressar o la del seu representant legal/tutor o guardador de fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Còpia de la sentència d' incapacitació, on haurà de constar la persona nomenada tutora o interlocutòria judicial d' internament involuntari, en el supòsit que així succeeixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Compromís escrit de la persona interessada –o del seu representant legal/tutor– i dels seus familiars del coneixement dels drets i obligacions que es recullen en aquestes normes de règim intern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Emplenar el document contractual d' ingrés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k. Inventari d' objectes personals com joies, mobles, rellotges, decoració...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El termini màxim d' incorporació dels usuaris, excepte per causa raonada, caducarà al cap de quinze dies hàbils, comptats a partir de la data de la notificació de l' admissió i ingrés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquest termini no serà aplicat en els casos en què no hi hagi plaça disponible; en aquest cas, el termini de caducitat començarà a comptar a partir de l' endemà de la comunicació de l' existència de plaça vacant a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En formalitzar l' ingrés, és obligatori liquidar la quota corresponent segons les quantitats que figurin en l' ordenança fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Període d' adaptació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el moment d' ingrés s' establirà un període d' adaptació i observació d' un mes, transcorregut el qual es podrà rescindir el corresponent contracte assistencial, sempre que, i per a les places integrants del Sistema per a l' Autonomia i Atenció a la Dependència, la conselleria competent en la matèria es pronunciï en aquest mateix sentit mitjançant resolució de la direcció General corresponent emesa a l' efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquest període podrà ser ampliat per causes degudament raonades i amb caràcter excepcional, fins a un màxim d' un mes més.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Expedient assistencial&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es disposarà d' un expedient assistencial individual per a cada usuari del centre on consti, a més dels documents recollits a l' article 5, la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Dades identificatives de la persona: nom i cognoms, DNI o NIE, lloc i data de naixement, document de la seguretat social i telèfon de contacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Dades dels familiars, així com de la persona de referència que consti en el document contractual i/o del representant legal (nom i cognoms, DNI o NIE, adreça, parentiu, telèfon de contacte).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Data i motiu d' ingrés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Història social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Si és el cas, història psicològica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Història clínica, amb especificacions de visites o consultes facultatives realitzades, nom i càrrec que ocupa la persona que fa el reconeixement, data, motiu, diagnòstic, malalties, tractament i altres indicacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Pla individual d'atenció integral (PIA) ajustat a les necessitats i característiques de l'usuari i avaluació continuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les dades personals facilitades a l' efecte s' inclouran en fitxers propietat del centre amb la finalitat de gestionar els serveis. En compliment de la normativa aplicable en matèria de protecció de dades de caràcter personal, l' afectat podrà exercir els drets d' accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició, indicant-ho per escrit en el mateix centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Motius de baixa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Seran motius de baixa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. La defunció de l' usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. La voluntat expressa del resident o de qui tingui la representació legal, formalitzada per escrit i comunicada al centre amb una antelació mínima de quinze dies; en cas contrari, a l' hora de fer la corresponent liquidació el centre podrà cobrar fins a un màxim de quinze dies en concepte de compensació. Si es vol tornar a ingressar, s' haurà de fer per les vies establertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Per agreujament de la salut física o psíquica de l' usuari que representi una necessitat d' atenció continua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Per trasllat a un altre recurs o servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Finalització del termini en cas d' ingrés temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Per incompliment de les obligacions previstes en el Reglament de règim intern del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. La no superació del període d' adaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El centre haurà de notificar les baixes que es produeixin pels motius indicats a&amp;nbsp; l'àrea de Benestar Social del Consell Insular de Formentera que farà les diligències oportunes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Capítol III&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis del centre&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centre prestarà els serveis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Servei residencial, que comprendrà totes les prestacions bàsiques que s' ofereixen en el centre, i que s' enumeren en l' article següent d' aquest Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Servei de Centre d' Estades Diürnes, que comprendrà les prestacions bàsiques que s' ofereixen en el centre a excepció de la prestació d' allotjament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquests serveis es podran complementar amb les prestacions addicionals que ofereix el centre, que s' enumeren a l' article següent d' aquest Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;No obstant això, serà en el contracte assistencial on es farà l' assignació concreta del servei de què es tracti a cada persona i família; i en el qual, per tant, es determinen els serveis que percebrà l' usuari dins del marc genèric d' aquest Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Atenció i prestacions que s' ofereixen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es garantirà l' atenció integral dels usuaris del centre en el conjunt de les seves necessitats bàsiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El centre disposa d' un tauler d' anuncis en el qual s' exposarà l' autorització del centre, el reglament de règim intern, la tarifa de preus actualitzada, l' organigrama de l' establiment, l' avís de disponibilitat de fulls de reclamacions i la possibilitat de reclamar directament al centre, el programa anual d' activitats i les instruccions per a casos d' emergència,&amp;nbsp; entre d' altres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. El centre disposa d'un horari d'informació i d'atenció a l'usuari i als seus representants legals/tutors o guardadors de fet i/o familiars, per part de la direcció del centre i dels professionals responsables de la seva atenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Tothom està obligat a respectar els espais senyalitzats per a fumadors i no fumadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. L'usuari i/o els seus representants legals i/o familiars hauran de comunicar les possibles incidències o problemes amb altres usuaris o amb el personal, als treballadors del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Les zones d' ús comú per als usuaris, com sales d' estar, jardins, etc., s' utilitzaran per a les activitats que els corresponen. Pel que fa als horaris i normes de funcionament, seran els que determini el centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Qualsevol activitat que no sigui pròpia del centre, haurà de ser demanada prèviament a la direcció i degudament autoritzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Els usuaris no podran cuinar enlloc del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Els usuaris podran fer ús de les instal·lacions, els objectes i els aparells del centre, cuidant i respectant l'ús per part dels altres usuaris. Les persones autoritzades a l' efecte, s' encarregaran de la manipulació d' aparells electrònics de les zones comunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Es garantirà el silenci durant la nit i les hores de descans, entre les 22 h i les 8 h, i entre les 14: 30 h i les 16: 30 h.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. En cas de defunció, s' han de complir les instruccions dictades a l' efecte, i inventariar tota la documentació personal i els objectes personals del difunt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.1 Allotjament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. L'usuari pot disposar d'objectes personals a l'habitació (quadres, fotografies, etc.), sempre tenint en compte les normes establertes per la direcció del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. En cas que els usuaris desitgin disposar d'aparells electrònics (televisor, aparells de música, etc.) a les habitacions, ho han de sol·licitar a la direcció del centre, que ho autoritzarà tenint en compte la incidència o molèsties que puguin ocasionar a altres usuaris i els condicionaments tècnics existents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Els usuaris utilitzaran els petits electrodomèstics d'ús personal (màquina d'afaitar, assecador de cabells, etc.) havent-ho comunicat prèviament, i evitant situacions de risc que afectin les instal·lacions, a ells mateixos i altres usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. En el cas de compartir habitació, la distribució de l' espai amb el company s' ha de dur a terme amb respecte i de mutu acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Les tasques de neteja de les habitacions es realitzaran quan estiguin buides per tal de garantir una higiene adequada; per tant, l' usuari haurà de facilitar aquesta circumstància, excepte en els casos que la seva salut requereixi la permanència a l' habitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. La persona resident col·laborarà en l'arranjament, si és possible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. No es permet fumar a les habitacions ni encendre veles, així com tampoc fer ús d'insecticides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. No es poden tenir, dins de les habitacions, aliments o qualsevol element que incideixi negativament en la higiene o neteja. En cas que es vulgui tenir algun dolç, com bombons, fruita, galetes, etc., cal que es comuniqui al cuidador de referència, amb la finalitat de respectar, si s' escau, les dietes específiques establertes per prescripció facultativa, així com per evitar el deteriorament dels productes. En aquests casos, cal vigilar les dates de caducitat i l' estat dels productes per evitar que es descomponguin, produeixin olors o deteriorin el mobiliari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. No es poden tenir medicaments de cap tipus, així com tampoc productes inflamables ni tòxics com llegiu, amoníac, alcohol, etc., que puguin ocasionar accidents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Els usuaris han de fer un ús correcte de les habitacions i han de tenir cura dels seus objectes personals i la decoració de l' habitació amb les seves pertinences.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k. Els usuaris han de tenir cura en la utilització dels llums i les aixetes, l' ús del WC i el desguàs, i han d' evitar abocar materials que el malmeten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;l. No es poden fer forats a les parets ni modificar les instal·lacions ni mobiliari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;m. Atès que el Centre té un servei de bugaderia per a la roba personal dels usuaris, no es permet rentar o estendre roba dins les habitacions o a les finestres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;n. El responsable del centre serà qui designarà els canvis d'habitació de forma justificada per motius de convivència, per prescripció facultativa o necessitats estructurals del servei, o a petició pròpia, prèvia comunicació en usuari/a i/o representant legal/tutor o guardador de fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o. No s' ha d' entrar a les habitacions d' altres usuaris sense autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;p. Les deixalles s' han de dipositar en els llocs destinats a l' efecte. Les piles elèctriques s' han de lliurar a recepció, on està ubicat un contenidor especial per a aquest producte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.2. El vestuari personal, bugaderia i repàs de roba&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. El dia d' ingrés al centre, l' usuari portarà els seus estris personals, els quals hauran d' estar degudament identificats. Caldrà, a més, aportar el vestuari que es demani degudament identificat. La roba haurà d' estar correctament identificada amb una etiqueta resistent i col·locada a la zona posterior del coll en el cas de jerseis i jaquetes, i a la zona posterior lumbar en el cas dels pantalons, calçotets i bragues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. L'usuari o, si s'escau, el representant legal/tutor o guardador de fet, és el responsable de la seva vestimenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. S' efectuarà un repàs de la roba personal de l' usuari; la que es vagi deteriorant haurà de ser proveïda per l'usuari o els seus representants legals/tutors i/o familiars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. La roba de l' usuari es rentarà sempre que sigui necessari i, com a mínim, amb una periodicitat setmanal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Així mateix, la roba que necessiti servei de tintoreria, serà portada per l' usuari o el seu representant legal o guardador de fet, i la despesa serà al seu càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.3. Objectes de valor i estris per a ús personal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Es farà un inventari dels objectes personals i els béns immobles que l' usuari porti en el moment de l' ingrés. No obstant això, el centre no es farà responsable de la pèrdua dels mateixos, encara que sempre col·laborarà amb l'usuari en la seua investigació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Els objectes perduts es lliuraran a la persona responsable del servei o a recepció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.4. Manutenció. El servei de menjador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Els horaris del menjador es fixaran per la direcció del centre i s' exposaran al tauler d' anuncis per al seu coneixement. Generalment, els usuaris que per les seves necessitats requereixin una atenció individualitzada per fer els àpats, las començaran entre 15 i 30 minuts abans de l'horari establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. El menú estarà elaborat per un/a dietista i supervisat per un/a infermer. Es garantirà l' alimentació correcta i variada i les diferents dietes que es poden oferir per prescripció mèdica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Només se serveixen menús diferents i/o a les habitacions per prescripció facultativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. El menú diari serà exposat al tauler d' anuncis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Per a la millor atenció a l'usuari, la ubicació de les places de menjador són fixes, però la seva ocupació pot ser modificada pel responsable del centre, de comú acord amb l'usuari o el seu representant legal/guardador de fet, o bé per motius justificats de convivència, per prescripció facultativa o necessitats estructurals del servei, comunicació als afectats i/o als seus representants o guardadors de fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. En cas de no gaudir d' algun àpat, s' avisarà amb 24 hores d' antelació al responsable del servei de menjador o persona que s' indiqui. En casos puntuals, es podrà preparar un àpat per portar fora del centre o guardar el menjar si l' usuari ha d' arribar més tard.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. No se serviran ni estan permeses les begudes alcohòliques de grau elevat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. No està permès portar ni treure aliments ni estris de l' espai de menjador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Si les condicions materials ho permeten, els familiars o persones relacionades amb l'usuari podran utilitzar el servei de menjador sempre que ho sol·licitin amb antelació suficient, hi hagi places disponibles, rebin el vistiplau del centre i s'aboni el preu del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.5 Seguiment i atenció sanitària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Els horaris de consulta seran establerts per la direcció del centre i exposats al tauler d' anuncis per al seu coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Els usuaris rebran el seguiment sanitari i les cures necessàries, que seran dispensades per professionals degudament qualificats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Els medicaments, bolquers i material per a l' atenció d' infermeria anirà a càrrec de l' usuari mitjançant la seguretat social o mútua que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Els desplaçaments i acompanyaments a cites amb els metges de capçalera, proves mèdiques o especialistes, aniran a càrrec de l' usuari o el seu representant legal o guardador de fet. En cas de no tenir-lo, es farà càrrec de la despesa l'usuari o el seu representant legal/guardador de fet, però el centre li facilitarà l'acompanyament i desplaçament, si el cas ho requereix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. L'usuari i/o els familiars o tutor autoritzen expressament el personal del centre per procedir al seu trasllat a un centre hospitalari en cas d'urgència o necessitat motivada per malaltia o accident. En aquest cas, i sempre que sigui possible, l' usuari serà acompanyat per algun familiar, persona de referència o representant legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Si l'usuari queda ingressat en un centre hospitalari, seran la família, la persona de referència i/o el seu representant legal, els encarregats de la seva atenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. S' administraran únicament els medicaments prescrits pels professionals corresponents, sense que l' usuari, el seu representant legal o els seus familiars puguin alterar la prescripció quant a la medicació o a l' alimentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. El centre mantindrà actualitzada la història clínica dels usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Per a un millor seguiment i atenció sanitària, és d' especial obligació lliurar els informes mèdics i canvis de tractament derivats de les cites mèdiques programades amb els metges de referència fora del centre, al servei d' infermeria del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.6. Atenció social i cultural&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Els usuaris rebran informació, assessorament i ajuda per a tràmits administratius, així com suport per a l' adaptació al centre i a la convivència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Es facilitarà als usuaris informació i participació en activitats socioculturals i recreatives, tant realitzades en el mateix centre com en altres que es realitzin fora, i es fomentarà la seva col·laboració en les tasques de programació i desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. El centre afavorirà les activitats de lleure i temps lleure que es recullen en el pla d' activitats anuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. L' administració del centre exercirà, a petició prèvia, la custòdia de les llibretes bancàries o d' un altre tipus, dels usuaris que no tinguin familiars o la família dels quals, per alguna raó, no se' n pugui fer càrrec. En aquest cas, es portarà un control dels ingressos i les despeses que faci cada resident per tal que, anualment, es faci una liquidació per donar compte a l' interessat o als seus familiars dels moviments que s' han produït durant el període de temps establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. L' administració del centre ha de notificar a l' administració competent la custòdia d' una llibreta bancària o d' un altre tipus de bé d' un usuari en el moment de fer-ho, indicant les dades personals de la persona i els canvis que es produeixin posteriorment. Aquestes dades es consideraran confidencials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.7. Higiene personal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es garantirà la higiene personal diària de l' usuari. Es procedirà, prèvia dutxa o higiene diària, al canvi diari de la roba interior i setmanal de la llenceria i, en cas de necessitat, muda immediata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els productes bàsics per a la higiene personal (sabó, crema hidratant, pasta de dents, maquinetes d'afaitar d'un sol ús i escuma) aniran a càrrec del centre. La reposició d' altres productes l' efectuarà la persona resident o el seu representant legal o guardador de fet, amb les recomanacions del responsable del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.8. Manteniment i neteja del centre&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es tindrà especial cura en la conservació i reparació del mobiliari, les instal·lacions i la maquinària del centre, així com de la neteja general i permanent de l'edifici i de les seves dependències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els usuaris facilitaran la neteja dels espais d' ús general, així com les habitacions, i hauran de deixar-les lliures, sempre que sigui possible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.9. Altres serveis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el cas dels serveis del Centre d' Estades Diürnes, en la mesura de les seves possibilitats i prèvia avaluació podrà disposar del servei de transport dels usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centre podrà posar a disposició dels usuaris l' ús de serveis complementaris als bàsics i als addicionals que es troben recollits a l' article 10 d' aquest Reglament, per a l' adequada atenció de l' usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.10. Acompanyament a la mort&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. L' usuari que es trobi en aquestes circumstàncies estarà preferentment en una habitació individual per tal d' afavorir un clima de benestar, respecte, autenticitat i confidencialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Si l'usuari o els seus familiars així ho demanen, se li facilitarà assistència religiosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Si els familiars així ho sol·liciten, se li facilitarà l'accés per a l'acompanyament &amp;nbsp;a l'usuari en horari nocturn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. En el cas que els familiars no estiguin presents en el moment de la defunció, aquests seran oportunament avisats pel responsable del torn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Els objectes personals dels difunts s' han de recollir durant els quinze dies següents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Atès que les famílies dels usuaris constitueixen una important font de benestar per a aquests, la integració i atenció d ' aquests sistemes familiars en la vida residencial ha de constituir un element fonamental en el projecte institucional i en la gestió del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En general, el centre ha de promoure activitats conjuntes dels usuaris amb els seus familiars, tant individualment com col·lectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L' equip assistencial no ha de fomentar la relació familiar en aquells casos en què l' usuari no ho desitja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es mantindrà una entrevista amb els familiars i/o representant legal, abans de l'ingrés, en la qual seran informats de tot allò que sigui necessari i de les normes internes referides a l'usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es demanarà als familiars més propers una periodicitat de les visites, sortides de passeig i la possibilitat d' acompanyament a un centre sanitari en el cas d' una derivació cap a alguna especialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els familiars i/o representants legals dels usuaris seran convocats individualment per explicar-los alguna situació o canvi en l'evolució clínica o personal de l'usuari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En el cas que l' usuari, per circumstàncies familiars o altres causes degudament motivades i justificades, s' hagi d' absentar temporalment del centre o arribar més tard, haurà de comunicar-ho amb la major antelació possible a l' adreça del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 16&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Visites&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L' usuari podrà rebre visites tots els dies de l' any a les dependències destinades a tal efecte en l' horari fixat per la direcció del centre, el qual quedarà exposat en el tauler d' anuncis per al seu coneixement general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. En qualsevol cas, es facilitarà l' accés dels familiars o persones que així ho demanin per a l' acompanyament de l' usuari en horari nocturn, quan així ho aconsellin les circumstàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Hi haurà un registre a la zona de recepció on es registraran les entrades i sortides de visitants així com les dels que surtin per diversos motius (dinars fora del centre, passejos, visites mèdiques...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Residència romandrà en funcionament durant les 24 hores del dia, tots els dies de l' any. L' horari del Centre d' Estades Diürnes serà de 8: 00 a 17: 00 hores de dilluns a divendres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els horaris de menjador i de visites seran fixats per la direcció del centre i exposats al tauler d' anuncis per al seu coneixement general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els usuaris i/o els seus familiars o representants legals, han de conèixer els drets i deures que es relacionen recollits en aquest reglament, que es difondran àmpliament entre el personal i que s'exposaran en un lloc visible i a l'abast de les visites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 18&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18.1. Són drets dels usuaris del centre:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. El respecte dels drets fonamentals que, com a ciutadans, tenen reconeguts en la constitució i que els garanteixen la llibertat ideològica, religiosa i la intimitat personal i familiar, sense cap altra limitació que el respecte mutu entre els usuaris i el bon ordre del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Dret a la seva dignitat i intimitat i a la no divulgació de les dades personals que figuren en els seus expedients o historials per tal de preservar la confidencialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Dret a la integritat física i moral i a un tracte digne per part del personal i de la resta d' usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Dret a no ser discriminat per raó d' edat, naixement, ètnia, sexe, religió o qualsevol altra condició o circumstància personal o social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Dret a la informació i a la participació dels usuaris o els seus representants legals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Dret a exposar les seves queixes, suggeriments i desacords mitjançant la bústies de suggeriments i reclamacions, els fulls de reclamació i altres mecanismes de què disposi el centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Dret a una atenció individualitzada, d' acord amb les seves necessitats específiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Dret a la igualtat en el tracte i a gaudir de totes les prestacions i serveis que ofereixi el centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Dret a ser informats, ells i els seus familiars, amb caràcter previ, dels motius del trasllat a un centre sanitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;j. Llibertat per entrar i sortir del centre, respectant sempre els horaris establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;k. Dret a la comunicació personal i privada amb l' exterior i a rebre visites tots els dies de l' any segons l' horari establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;l. Dret a considerar com a domicili propi l' establiment residencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;m. Dret a conservar, sempre que sigui possible, les seves pertinences i objectes de valor sentimental, per tal que pugui tenir un entorn domèstic i reconegut com a propi, sempre que no perjudiquin l' estructura i el disseny del centre i no siguin perillosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;n. Dret a associar-se per ajudar al bon funcionament del centre, aportant idees i suggeriments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o. En el cas que es vulgui difondre la seva imatge, que s' hagin de fer estudis o que necessitin tractaments mèdics específics, les persones interessades ho han d' autoritzar expressament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;p. Dret a demanar que la seva estada no sigui comunicada, o en tot cas, que només ho siguin les persones a qui ho vulguin fer saber.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;q. Dret a ser rebuts per la direcció del centre sempre que ho requereixi i amb una demora màxima de dos dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;r. Dret a la continuïtat en la prestació dels serveis en les condicions establertes o convingudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;s. Dret a ser orientat cap a altres recursos alternatius, que poguessin ser necessaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;t. Dret a l' accés a la informació continguda en l' expedient personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;u. Dret a rebre una correcta assistència higiènica i sanitària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;v. Dret a rebre una alimentació adequada i equilibrada, sotmesa als criteris dietètics que requereixi la seva situació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;w. Dret a cessar en la prestació dels serveis o en la permanència del centre per voluntat pròpia, excepte en els casos de resolució judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;x. Dret a optar a la utilització dels serveis addicionals i complementaris que en cada ocasió ofereixi el centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;y. Dret a participar en totes les activitats que s' organitzin i a col·laborar en el seu desenvolupament amb els seus coneixements i experiència. Amb aquesta finalitat podran nomenar representants elegits pels propis usuaris i podran participar en l' elaboració dels diferents programes que ho requereixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18.2. Són drets dels seus representants:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Dret a ser informat de qualsevol problema personal que estigui relacionat amb el seu familiar i dret a estar informat sobre la seva evolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Dret a ser atès i rebut pel coordinador o membre de l' equip encarregat del programa individual del seu familiar, a fi de rebre la informació o els aclariments que reten oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Dret a participar, si s' escau, del Consell de Participació, segons aquest Reglament i la legislació vigent en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 19&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Deures dels usuaris i/o dels seus representants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els usuaris del centre i, si s'escau, els seus representants legals, estan obligats a facilitar la prestació del servei i, en especial, tenen els deures següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Conèixer, complir i compartir aquest reglament, el contracte de prestació del servei i els acords de funcionament de les activitats del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Respectar i afavorir la convivència i el bon funcionament del centre, respectant els altres usuaris i el personal que hi treballa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Respecte als drets dels altres usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Respectar i tenir cura dels béns del centre i fer un bon ús de les instal·lacions, contribuint a l'ordre de les coses pròpies i comunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Guardar la correcció en la higiene personal i en el vestit i el decor en el tracte amb la resta d' usuaris i amb els professionals del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Pel que fa als horaris establerts per cada activitat o servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Comunicar a la direcció del centre, amb anterioritat, les seves absències del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Participar en el finançament del servei, aportant mensualment la quota que li correspongui, d' acord amb la normativa aplicable, i facilitar les dades personals i econòmiques necessàries per a aquest finançament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Col·laborar i participar, en el seu propi benefici, en el compliment dels tractaments i activitats que se'ls prescrigui relatius a l'atenció i cura de la seva salut o destinats a afavorir i promoure la seva autonomia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;m. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- A la recepció hi ha una bústies de suggeriments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Les queixes i els suggeriments han d' incloure les dades necessàries per efectuar el tràmit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El cost del servei serà l'establert d'acord amb les previsions recollides en la Llei 39/2006, de 14 de desembre, de promoció de l'autonomia personal i l'atenció a les persones en situació de dependència, a les disposicions vigents sobre hisendes locals i la resta de normativa aplicable, i inclourà tots els serveis enumerats en l'article 10 d'aquest Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. L'import serà revisat en el cas de variacions en la situació econòmica, social i/o familiar, prèvia resolució de l'òrgan competent, i en cas de variació del preu públic del servei. La persona resident i/o el seu representant legal/guardador de fet, ha de comunicar al diplomat o graduat en treball social, qualsevol modificació de la situació econòmica, social i/o familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. L'usuari i/o el seu representant legal/guardador de fet, haurà d'abonar els serveis complementaris o opcionals que vulgui emprar, d'acord amb els preus establerts pel centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Les aportacions econòmiques s' efectuaran mitjançant domiciliació bancària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. No estan permeses les propines al personal del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El consell de participació: definició i composició&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es garantirà la participació dels usuaris i del personal del centre mitjançant la constitució del consell de participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El consell de participació és la via ordinària de participació i comunicació de tots els grups i persones vinculades al centre, amb el propòsit d' aconseguir els objectius previstos i la qualitat necessària en els serveis multidisciplinaris que es presten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El consell de participació és un òrgan consultiu que estarà format per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;− President: la direcció del centre o persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;− Vocals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Tres usuaris o representants seus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;− Un familiar en representació de les famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Podran participar del consell de participació, amb veu però sense vot, aquelles persones que pels seus coneixements o rellevància siguin convidats a fer-ho pel president.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Facultats i funcions del consell de participació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Valorada el bon funcionament del centre, de les seves competències, per tal d' obtenir una atenció integral adequada als usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Conèixer i proposar els programes anuals d' activitats, facilitant que siguin cobertes les preferències del major nombre d' usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Vetllar per unes relacions de convivència participativa entre els usuaris, i facilitar que les entitats de caràcter sociocultural que així ho demanin puguin desenvolupar la seva activitat dins del centre, sempre prèvia autorització de la direcció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Col·laborar en la informació i la difusió de les actuacions que es programin per als usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Fomentar la participació dels usuaris en les activitats del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Seguiment i control perquè es compleixin els sistemes de qualitat fixats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 25&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sistema d' elecció del consell de participació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Els membres que, en representació dels usuaris, formin part del consell de participació, seran escollides pels mateixos usuaris de forma directa mitjançant votació secreta i individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. La durada en el càrrec de los components del consell de participació serà de dos anys, sens perjudici de la possibilitat de la seva reelecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sens perjudici de les facultats directives i d' organització que tingui atribuïdes, la persona que ostenti la direcció del centre exercirà, en particular, les funcions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. La representació del centre davant les institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. La direcció del personal del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. La gestió del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Qualsevol altra que li sigui encomanada pel Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 27&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;La comissió multidisciplinària del centre&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es constituirà una comissió multidisciplinària que tindrà, com a funció principal, conèixer la situació personal de cadascun dels usuaris, la seva adaptació al centre i les seves circumstàncies socials i personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les incidències que es produeixin quant a la incorporació d'usuaris al centre, es notificaran, mitjançant un informe raonat, al Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 28&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Composició de la comissió multidisciplinària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La comissió multidisciplinària estarà presidida per la direcció del centre i integrada, pel coordinador assistencial, el metge, un infermer, el treballador social, fisioterapeuta, terapeuta ocupacional, el psicòleg i un auxiliar del centre de dia, assumint un d' ells les funcions de secretaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Així mateix, podran formar part d'aquesta comissió, representants de l'àrea de Benestar Social, del Consell Insular de Formentera i/o del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 29&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sistema de funcionament de la comissió multidisciplinària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La comissió es reunirà un cop al mes de forma ordinària, serà convocada per la direcció del centre, amb una antelació mínima de quaranta-vuit hores, i fixarà l' ordre del dia, en el qual es detallaran els temes a tractar, així com el lloc, hora i data de celebració d' aquesta comissió. Es podrà convocar amb caràcter extraordinari tantes vegades com sigui necessari, sempre respectant l' antelació mínima abans esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;S' estendrà acta de cadascuna de les reunions, que serà signada per la direcció del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 30&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Funcions de la comissió multidisciplinària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Serà competència de la comissió pronunciar-se sobre la necessitat de trasllat de l' usuari, tant intern com a altres centres més adequats a les seves necessitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. En el cas d' absències temporals del centre, i sempre que així ho permetin les circumstàncies que han motivat l' absència, la comissió tècnica de seguiment atorgarà o no la conformitat prèvia al període demanat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Serà l' encarregada d' informar, a petició de la direcció del centre, els usuaris en el cas d' expedient sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 31&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Protecció de dades de caràcter personal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centre registrarà i tractarà informàticament les dades dels residents, així com dels seus representants legals/tutors o guardador de fet o persones de contacte, respectant la màxima confidencialitat, en compliment de la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de dades de caràcter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El centre realitzarà activitats que poden tenir una difusió pública. Per a la difusió de les imatges, el centre haurà d' haver demanat prèviament el consentiment de la persona afectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aquest Reglament entrarà en vigor l'endemà de la seva publicació al BOIB, una vegada esgotats els 15 dies de què tracta la legislació de règim local, i romandrà en vigor fins que s'acordi la seva modificació o derogació expressa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'entrada en vigor del present Reglament deroga l'anterior, que va ser publicat al BOIB núm. 81, de 30 de maig de 2015, amb la denominació Reglament de règim intern del centre de dia de Formentera".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En conseqüència, es fa públic que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. S'adopten les mesures provisionals necessàries per a &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;l'aplicació del Reglament de Règim Intern de la Residència i del Centre d'estades diürnes per a Gent Gran de Formentera, per&lt;/span&gt; a l'efectivitat plena d'aquesta aprovació inicial i la virtualitat de les mesures que s'impulsen de protecció de les persones dependents ingressades i els seus familiars, evitant així un risc d'aïllament de les referides persones,&amp;nbsp; perquè és un servei que falta a l'illa de Formentera. Aquestes mesures han de consistir en l'aplicació provisional del reglament des de la seva publicació inicial al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), conforme amb la justificació que surt reflectida més amunt. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Se sotmet el present acord, a informació pública mitjançant aquest edicte al BOIB, al tauler d'anuncis i al web del Consell Insular de Formentera, &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat,&lt;/span&gt; perquè durant el termini de 30 dies, els veïns i les persones legítimament interessades puguin examinar l'expedient –a la Secretaria- i formular reclamacions, objeccions o observacions,&amp;nbsp; d' acord amb el que estableix l' article 102.1. &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;b&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 20/2006, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Se sotmet l'acord així mateix a audiència prèvia de les associacions veïnals i de defensa de les persones consumidores i usuàries establertes a Formentera i inscrites en el Registre d'Entitats Ciutadanes les finalitats de les quals guardin relació directa amb l'objecte d'aquest acord, . d' acord amb el que estableix l' article 112.3 del Reglament orgànic de funcionament del Consell de Formentera i l' article 102. &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;c&lt;/em&gt; de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Es demanarà informe d'avaluació sobre impacte de gènere de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 5.3 de la Llei 11/2016 de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat d'homes i dones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Queda facultat, quant a l' emissió de l' informe de l' Institut de la Dona, el Secretari de la corporació perquè incorpori d' ofici el contingut del corresponent informe en el text definitiu a publicar, sempre que l' informe emès no desvirtuï el fons de l' acord objecte d' aprovació inicial i sense necessitat d' haver de passar-lo,&amp;nbsp; de nou, pel Ple amb un tràmit d'aprovació definitiva, atès que no afecta el fons pròpiament dit (qüestió de l'impacte de gènere).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. En cas que no es presentin al·legacions en el període d'informació pública i audiència a les persones interessades, i no es derivin modificacions dels informes preceptius que s'han de sol·licitar en el present expedient, l'aprovació inicial s'entendrà elevada a definitiva i es publicarà el seu text íntegre al Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears per a l'entrada en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. S'ordena la publicació íntegra al BOIB de l'acord corresponent (amb el text final, en cas que sigui necessari), ja sigui l'inicial elevat a definitiu, ja sigui el derivat de l'estudi de les reclamacions, objeccions o observacions, als efectes d'entrada en vigor, tot de conformitat amb els articles 103.1 i 113 de l'esmentada Llei 20/2006,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. El Reglament &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de Règim Intern de la Residència i del Centre d'estades diürnes per a Gent Gran de Formentera present, e&lt;/span&gt;ntrarà en vigor a partir de la seva publicació definitiva al BOIB, una vegada esgotats els 15 dies de què tracta la legislació de règim local. Amb l'entrada en vigor del mateix, quedarà derogat l'anterior, el qual va ser publicat al BOIB núm. 81, de data 30 de maig de 2015, amb la denominació Reglament de règim intern del centre de dia de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La qual cosa es publica per a general coneixement. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
