&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En data 27 de desembre de 2022 es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 168 la Resolució de la consellera Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal funcionari de l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En aquesta resolució s'han advertit les errades següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cos de la resolució, no es fa al·lusió a la publicació de l'annex 7, membres dels tribunals qualificadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En l'annex 7, tribunals qualificadors, en l'apartat corresponent al grup A1, s'ha consignat malament el primer llinatge de la suplent del vocal 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En l'annex 7, tribunals qualificadors, en l'apartat corresponent al grup C1, s'ha consignat malament el segon llinatge del vocal 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que aquestes poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics que hi hagi en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. D'altra banda, l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratius correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El Decret 11/2021, de 15 de febrer, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (modificat pel Decret 25/2021, de 8 de març i pel Decret 1/2022, de 27 de juliol de la presidenta de las Illes Balears). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Rectificar en els termes que estableix l'annex de la present Resolució les errades detectades en el cos de la resolució i en l'annex 7, tribunals qualificadors, en els apartats corresponents al grup A1 i al grup C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i en la seu electrònica de l'Administració de la CAIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
