    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per Acord plenari de data 30 de setembre de 2022, es va aprovar inicialment el Reglament d'ús de la seu d'entitats socials de Marratxí que segueix amb el procediment que estableix la tramitació de l'article102 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La proposta d'Acord d'aprovació inicial es va publicar al BOIB 140 de data 29 d'octubre de 2022 i en compliment del que s'estableix l'article 102 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre ha estat en exposició pública per un període de trenta dies amb l'objecte de donar audiencia als ciutadans afectats i poder recollir les aportacions addicionals que puguin presentar altres persones o entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;S'ha emès certificat per part de la secretaria de data 16 de gener de 2023, on es certifica l'elevació a definitiva de l'aprovació inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;REGLAMENT D'ÚS DE LA SEU D'ENTITATS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preàmbul&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El recull de normes recollides en aquest reglament té com a finalitat regular el funcionament i l'ús de la Seu d'Entitats. Qualsevol&amp;nbsp; entitat de caire social que estigui inscrita al registre d'entitats de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí&amp;nbsp; podrà fer ús d'aquest espai prèvia sol·licitud a l'àrea de Serveis Socials d'aquest Ajuntament i es guiarà pel que s'estableix en aquest reglament i en l´Acord d'ús d'espai. Aquest reglament estarà permanentment a disposició de qualsevol persona que ho desitgi a la plana web de l'Ajuntament i a la seu principal dels Serveis Socials de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTOL I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Objecte, naturalesa, àmbit i finalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1. &lt;/strong&gt;Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'objecte d'aquest reglament és &lt;/span&gt;que l'Ajuntament de Marratxí pugui oferir un espai (seu d'entitats) perquè les entitats socials del municipi puguin desenvolupar les seves accions administratives i d'organització interna. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Àmbit territorial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'àmbit territorial d'aquest reglament és el municipi de Marratxí. La Seu d'Entitats es troba situada&amp;nbsp; a la segona planta del Centre de dia de Pòrtol (Carrer Major, nº 135).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTOL II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gestió, organització i condicions d'ús&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Coordinació de la Seu d'Entitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La coordinació de la Seu d'Entitats correspon a l'Àrea dels Serveis Socials de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí que la gestiona d'acord amb la normativa vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Són funcions relatives a la coordinació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gestionar les altes i baixes de cessió de l'espai.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Supervisar la correcta aplicació del Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vetllar pel bon ús i la conservació de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Convocar les reunions corresponents amb les entitats participants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Proposar la incoació dels expedients sancionadors, d'acord &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;amb el títol III d'aquest&lt;/span&gt; reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Qualsevol altra funció necessària que pugui sorgir en el desenvolupament de la cessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4.&lt;/strong&gt; Descripció de l'espai &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Seu d'Entitats es troba al segon pis del Centre de Dia de Pòrtol. És una sala diàfana que està equipada per atendre les necessitats bàsiques de les entitats. L'espai es comparteix amb l'àrea d'Igualtat de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'espai està condicionat i adaptat a persones amb diversitat funcional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Entitats a la qui va dirigida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Seu d'Entitats està dirigida a les entitats sense ànim de lucre, legalment constituïdes i registrades al registre corresponent, amb finalitats socials i cíviques i, amb seu fiscal al municipi de Marratxí. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cessió per utilització de l'espai&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per utilitzar &lt;/span&gt;l'&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;espai caldrà &lt;/span&gt;presentar&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; una sol·licitud&lt;/span&gt; al Registre de l'Ajuntament utilitzant el model d´instància general dirigida a l´àrea de Serveis Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A la sol·licitud s'especificaran les dates&lt;/span&gt; i l'&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; horari&lt;/span&gt; d'ús que es sol.licita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta sol·licitud ha d'estar acompanyada de la següent documentació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Document que acrediti &lt;/span&gt;que l'entitat esta&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; legalment constituïda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Document que acrediti inscri&lt;/span&gt;pció de l'entitat&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; als registres corresponents (general i municipal) d'acord amb la normativa establerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acta Fundacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fotocòpia NIF de l'associació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pòlissa vigent de l'assegurança de responsabilitat civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan l'òrgan municipal competent hagi aprovat l'ús de la Seu d'Entitats &lt;/span&gt;es signarà un acord de condició d'ús dels espais.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TÍTOL III&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Drets, deures i obligacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Drets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les entitats autoritzades per utilitzar la Seu d'Entitats gaudiran del següents drets:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposar de l'espai autoritzat en condicions d'&lt;/span&gt;equipament i neteja&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; adequades per al seu ús&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comptar amb el suport &lt;/span&gt;del personal tècnic &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;responsable de la gestió de &lt;/span&gt;l'espai&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Utilitzar la sala habilitada per al seu ús en els horaris establerts, excepte en casos excepcionals de restricció o prohibició d&lt;/span&gt;'ús de l'&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;espai.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Poder consultar el present Reglament de funcionament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8.&lt;/strong&gt; Obligacions i deures&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les entitats autoritzades per utilitzar la Seu d'Entitats s'obliguen al compliment de les següents obligacions i deures:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mantenir un tracte respectuós i digne envers&amp;nbsp; les altres persones/entitats que utilitzin la Seu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Respectar i mantenir en ordre el béns materials, les infraestructures i els recursos de la sala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Complir les normes incloses al present Reglament i a l´&lt;/span&gt;acord signat &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;així com totes les normes i les instruccions complementàries&amp;nbsp; que es dictin pel que fa a la Seu d'Entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;R&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;espectar l'horari per al qual se'ls ha cedit l'ús&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Deixar l'espai&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; endreçat per &lt;/span&gt;garantir&amp;nbsp; l'ús&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; posterior en perfectes condicions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Limitarse a accedir només a l´espai cedit. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No es podrà entrar ni fer &lt;/span&gt;ús de la resta de dependències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'ús de l'espai és privatiu del domini públic i, per tant, l'entitat autoritzada no podrà cedir, traspassar, autoritzar, arrendar a tercers l'espai que se li ha autoritzat pel seu ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;F&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;er ús de les instal·lacions amb la finalitat per la qual ha estat autoritzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan per característiques de l'activitat sol·licitada es requereixi una assegurança de responsabilitat civil addicional a la disposada per la Seu d'entitats, d'acord amb la normativa legal que es trobi en cert moment, caldrà que l'entitat autoritzada tingui contractada la seva cobertura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Anirà a càrrec de l'entitat les despeses derivades dels danys i desperfectes causats durant i com a conseqüència de la realització de l'activitat en qualsevol de les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar a&lt;/span&gt;l personal tècnic&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; responsable de la gestió les anomalies de funcionament, les avaries, les deficiències &lt;/span&gt;o'l'incompliment&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; del que disposa el present Reglament &lt;/span&gt;amb&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la major brevetat possible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 9. &lt;/strong&gt;Restriccions i altres normes de la Seu d'Entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Són restriccions i altres normes :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No rebre correu ni paqueteria a la Seu d'Entitats Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No utilizar l'espai com a Seu Social.&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No es pot fumar ni consumir begudes alcohòliques ni altres substàncies tòxiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Queda prohibida l'entrada d'animals a les instal·lacions. Excepte els gossos guia que tindran accés a aquells espais on el seu propietari/ària pugui accedir, segons la normativa vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;L'Ajuntament no es fa responsable de les sostraccions, les pèrdues o els danys a materials o objectes personals que les persones usuàries introdueixin a la seu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'incompliment d'aquestes ob&lt;/span&gt;ligacions i &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;normes podrà suposar la revocació de la cessió d'aquest espai.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10. &lt;/strong&gt;Disposició final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El present Reglament entrarà en vigor una vegada complerts els tràmits legals d'aprovació i publicació. Es publicarà l'aprovació definitiva i el text íntegre en el Butlletí Oficial de la Província, tal com estableix&amp;nbsp; la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;I en prova de conformitat, firmen per duplicat el present reglament en el lloc i data a dalt indicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
