&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;núm.&amp;nbsp;79,&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;18&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;juny&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;2022, es va publicar la Resolució del president de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics de 13 de juny de 2022 per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a centres de creació artística establerts en el territori de les Illes Balears durant l'any 2022.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'òrgan instructor, amb la informació de què disposa, ha verificat que els beneficiaris detallats en l'annex 1 compleixen tots els requisits per accedir a les subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El 20 d'octubre de 2022, la Comissió Avaluadora va avaluar els 12 expedients presentats en aquesta convocatòria entre el 20 de juny i el 15 de juliol de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;núm&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;.&amp;nbsp;164,&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;17&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;desembre de&amp;nbsp;2022, es va publicar la Resolució del president de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics de 2 de desembre de 2022 per la qual es&lt;/span&gt; modifica la Resolució del president de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics de 13 de juny de 2022 per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a centres de creació artística establerts en el territori de les Illes Balears durant l'any 2022, que augmentava l'import assignat a la convocatòria en 62.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El 19 de desembre de 2022, es va publicar al web de l'IEB la Proposta de resolució de concessió de les subvencions esmentades, d'acord amb el punt 13.3 de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No s'han presentat al·legacions a la Proposta de resolució esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La Resolució del president de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics de 13 de juny de 2022 per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a centres de creació artística establerts en el territori de les Illes Balears durant l'any 2022 (BOIB núm. 79, de 18 de juny de 2022), modificada per la Resolució del president de l'IEB de 17 de desembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 164).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L'article 10.1.&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; dels Estatuts de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, aprovats pel Decret 48/2018, de 21 de desembre (BOIB núm. 6, de 12 de gener de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura (BOIB núm. 100, d'11 de juliol de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La disposició addicional primera del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reglament pel qual es regulen les obligacions de facturació, aprovat pel Reial decret 1619/2012, de 30 de novembre (BOE núm. 289, d'1 de desembre de 2012).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprovar i concedir subvencions per un import total de 162.000&amp;nbsp;€ a favor dels beneficiaris que s'inclouen en l'annex 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Autoritzar i disposar la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;despesa a favor dels beneficiaris que figuren en l'annex&amp;nbsp;1, amb càrrec al capítol 4 del pressupost de l'IEB, amb els imports que es detallen en l'annex&lt;/span&gt; esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Denegar la concessió de subvencions a les sol·licituds que s'inclouen en l'annex&amp;nbsp;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el president de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
