&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“Atesa la llista definitiva d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu de Policia Local de l'Ajuntament d'Algaida subscrita pel President i Secretari del Tribunal Qualificador en data 18 de gener de 2023 mitjançant la qual s'eleva a l'òrgan competent la relació d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu per ordre de puntuació perquè l'aprovi i es proposa el nomenament com a funcionari en pràctiques de l'aspirant que ha obtingut la major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En virtut de les competències atribuïdes per la vigent normativa de règim local i d'acord amb la base vuitena de la convocatòria que estableix que l'aprovació de la relació d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu i que han de ser nomenats com a personal funcionari en pràctiques serà publicada en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, per la present,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
