&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;FA SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Que en el termini que a continuació s'assenyala es podran cobrar les liquidacions pels rebuts corresponents a l'any 2023 per el concepte de “Taxa per a la prestació del servei de clavegueram en la seva modalitat de mesura de consum d'aigua a través de la xarxa”, de termini bimestral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposa la respectiva ordenança reguladora, el termini d'ingrés en període voluntari queda determinat d'acord amb el següent calendari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Si la data de finalització del termini d'ingrés fos inhàbil, s'entendrà com a dia hàbil l'immediat al posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FORMES DE PAGAMENT, LLOC I HORARI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Les persones contribuents afectades podran realitzar els ingressos citats durant els terminis indicats a les dependències del Servei de Recaptació, situat en la Ctra. Calvià-Palmanova, 40, 07181 Palmanova, de dilluns a divendres, de les 9 a les 14 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Així mateix, es recorda que les persones contribuents poden fer ús de la domiciliació del pagament a través de bancs i caixes d'estalvis, de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 38 del Reglament de recaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Finalitzant els respectius terminis d'ingrés en període voluntari, començarà el període executiu i les quotes no pagades seran exigides pel procediment de constrenyiment, reportant els recàrrecs del període executiu, interessos de demora i despeses que es produeixin, de conformitat i en els termes i condicions previstes en la Llei general tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Tot això, amb el vist i plau del tinent de batle de transparència, innovació i serveis econòmics es fa públic per general coneixement i en compliment del que disposa l'article 24.1 i 2 del Reglament de recaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
