font-size:12px">De conformitat amb la legislació vigent en matèria d'hisendes locals, el Ple de l'Ajuntament, en sessió celebrada el dia 24 de novembre de 2022 , aprovà inicialment la <strong>modificació de crèdit per Ple número 11</strong> en el Pressupost de l'Ajuntament per a l'any 2022 i es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 156, de 1 de desembre de 2022.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Havent transcorregut el termini d'exposició al públic, d'acord amb l'establert en l'article 177.2 en concordança amb l'article 169.1 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, no s'ha presentat cap al·legació ni reclamació a la modificació de crèdit en la modalitat de suplement de crèdit de ple <strong>número 11/2022</strong>, per la qual cosa queda aprovada definitivament, transcrivint-se el detall de la modificació:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“<em><strong>PRIMER. </strong>Aprovar l'expedient de modificació de crèdits núm. <strong>11/2022,</strong> en la modalitat de suplements de crèdit amb càrrec al romanent de Tresoreria resultant de la liquidació de l'exercici anterior, com segueix a continuació:</em></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
