i del Pla d'Usos i Gestió del Centre d'Informació i Educació Ambiental.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Al BOIB núm. 109 de (18/08/2022), es va publicar &nbsp;l'aprovació inicial pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca de les tarifes per a l'ús de les instal·lacions del Centre d'Informació i Educació Ambiental&nbsp; i del Pla d'Usos i Gestió del Centre d'Informació i Educació Ambiental, per tal que les entitats o persones interessades poguessin presentar reclamacions o suggeriments.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Es va donar trasllat a l'Institut Balear de    la Dona, als ajuntaments de Mallorca i a l'empresa concessionària del servei de gestió dels residus sòlids urbans de Mallorca l'acord d'aprovació inicial de les tarifes per a l'ús de les instal·lacions del Centre d'Informació i Educació Ambiental&nbsp; i del Pla d'Usos i Gestió del Centre d'Informació i Educació Ambiental.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">El 19 d'agost de 2022, l'Institut Balear de Dona,&nbsp; remet a la Direcció insular de Residus informe d'Impacte de gènere de la proposta d'aprovació inicial per a l'aprovació inicial de les tarifes per a l'ús de les instal·lacions del Centre d'Informació i Educació Ambiental&nbsp; i del Pla d'Usos i Gestió del Centre d'Informació i Educació Ambiental, considerant que no produeix efectes diferenciadors sobre les dones i homes.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">En data 28 de setembre de 2022 amb registre d'entrada nº 51901/2022 el Consell de Mallorca va rebre el document amb les al·legacions de TIRME a la proposta d'acord relatiu a l'aprovació inicial de les tarifes per a l'ús de les instal·lacions del Centre d'Informació i Educació Ambiental i del Pla d'usos i gestió del Centre d'Informació i Educació.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; Es fa un recorregut amb el tren que circula a través de la planta de selecció d'envasos, la planta de metanització i la de compostatge. El CIEA està autoritzat per retirar els elements que es col·loquin sense la seva autorització, que és preceptiva.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Només es poden col·locar elements que tapin totalment o parcialment els rètols del CIEA ─o la seva imatge corporativa─, tant a l'interior de l'auditori com a l'exterior, si s'han sol·licitant abans de l'esdeveniment o acte i quan tenguin l'autorització, en la qual s'ha d'indicar la col·locació dels rètols o elements, la ubicació i els suports prevists per a la senyalització </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">La utilització de la imatge gràfica del CIEA, dels seus logotips i fotografies interiors i exteriors de l'edifici o similars, ha de ser autoritzada prèviament i per escrit pel CIEA.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">L'entitat que lloga l'espai ha de comunicar la presència extraordinària d'autoritats i de mitjans de comunicació dins el recinte. </span></span></span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">2.4. Manteniment de les instal·lacions</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">L'entitat que lloga l'espai és responsable de mantenir les instal·lacions en el mateix estat en què les va trobar abans d'utilitzar-les. I ha d'assumir el cost de qualsevol desperfecte ocasionat en l'espai o en el material del saló d'actes i dels espais adjacents. A tal efecte, l'entitat que lloga haurà d'acreditar tenir en vigor una assegurança suficient que cobreixi les contingències que es poguessin derivar de l'activitat que es desenvoluparà en les instal·lacions.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">2.5. Organització</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">3.1. Servei tècnic saló d'actes</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">El CIEA disposa del seu propi servei tècnic de sala per als serveis de projecció, vídeo, so, etc., que està inclòs en les tarifes establertes i dins l'horari laboral especificat.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">3.2. Persona responsable</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">L'entitat que lloga l'espai ha de nomenar una persona que s'ha d'encarregar de l'acte: acollir el públic, controlar l'aforament de l'espai i mantenir l'ordre i el control durant la celebració de l'acte, entre d'altres.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Aquesta persona també serà la interlocutora amb la persona responsable del CIEA. Una vegada conclòs l'acte, la representant de l'entitat es compromet i es fa responsable de retirar qualsevol element que formi part de l'activitat que han organitzat.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">3.3. Recepció de materials</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Es pot rebre el material el dia abans de l'activitat sempre que ho permeti la disponibilitat de la sala. En aquest cas, &nbsp;s'ha d'acordar amb antelació, especificant el volum, nombre de paquets, contingut i condicions d'emmagatzematge. El material, l'ha de dipositar el propi transportista en el lloc que se li indiqui.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">3.4. Visites a altres espais</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Per poder visitar i entrar en altres espais del CIEA, cal una autorització per part del responsable del CIEA.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">4. Prestacions addicionals</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Les tarifes inclouen el lloguer de les sales i el servei tècnic ordinari.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Si l'entitat que lloga l'espai necessita afegir-hi equipaments o instal·lacions que es puguin considerar extraordinàries per raó del seu pes, quantitat, subministraments necessaris o altres condicions tècniques, ha de sol·licitar l'autorització prèvia a l'empresa concessionària del servei de tractament de residus urbans (empresa concessionària, d'ara en endavant), que valorarà individualment l'adequació i repercussió tècnica (assegurances, seguretat i altres).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">4.1. Càtering i restauració </span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">L'empresa concessionària &nbsp;facilitarà, si cal, informació relativa a empreses de càtering.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">L'entitat que lloga l'espai pot contractar un càtering pel seu compte, considerant la limitació d'espai pel que fa al nombre de participants.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">&nbsp;Així&nbsp; i tot, s'han de comunicar les característiques del càtering per donar-li el vistiplau.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">4.2. Servei de seguretat, neteja i manteniment&nbsp; </span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Els serveis de seguretat, neteja i manteniment són exclusius de l'empresa concessionària i, sempre que calgui contractar-los de forma addicional a l'establerta en els serveis inclosos, els contractarà i se li facturaran directament a l'organitzador de l'activitat.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">5. Dades de caràcter personal</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Les parts se sotmeten als requisits, deures i obligacions que imposa la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de dades.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">CLÀUSULA INFORMATIVA FORMULARI VISITES I ALTRES USOS DEL CIEA.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Les dades personals facilitades a través del present formulari seran tractades per TIRME amb la finalitat de gestionar i organitzar les visites i altres usos autoritzats a les nostres instal·lacions, legitimat en el consentiment mostrat amb la remissió de la seva petició i formulari. Les dades seran conservades mentre resultin necessàries per a la finalitat descrita, sense que siguin comunicades a tercers ni objecte de transferència internacional llevat d' obligació legal. Addicionalment, TIRME informa el sol·licitant de la possible presa d'imatges durant la visita per a la difusió i promoció de les activitats organitzades per TIRME a través de mitjans interns i/o externs; legitimat en el consentiment atorgat pels visitants mitjançant la signatura de l' autorització corresponent. El representant del Centre, com a sol·licitant de la visita, es compromet a informar sobre aquests aspectes i recaptar totes les autoritzacions que fossin necessàries de la resta de visitants per al tractament de les seves dades personals i possible presa d'imatges i/o vídeo per TIRME. En cas d'acompanyants menors d'edat, el sol·licitant es compromet i garanteix comptar amb la deguda autorització dels seus pares/mares/tutors.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">En el supòsit que el Centre no informés degudament els visitants (o en el seu cas, els seus representants legals) i/o no recaptarà les autoritzacions necessàries per a totes o algunes de les finalitats indicades, haurà d'advertir d'aquesta/s circumstància/s per escrit a TIRME. S'eximeix TIRME de qualsevol responsabilitat o reclamació de tercers relativa al tractament de les seves dades personals derivada de la falta d'informació pel sol·licitant. S'entén també que el personal o els col·laboradors d'aquesta entitat, que participen en l'acte pel qual s'usen les sales, depenen jurídicament i a tots els efectes, de manera única i exclusiva, de l'entitat que lloga les sales i estan sotmesos a les seves directrius. És a càrrec exclusiu i directe de l'entitat el compliment de totes les obligacions de caràcter laboral, cap a aquestes persones, si pertoca. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">En aquest sentit, l'entitat s'obliga, en el compliment de les seves responsabilitats, a adoptar totes les mesures necessàries per protegir la seguretat i la salut del seu personal, dels col·laboradors i dels convidats que participen a l'acte pel qual usen les sales, en matèria d'avaluació de riscs laborals, informació, dret a la consulta i a la participació, formació del personal, actuacions en cas d'emergència i de risc imminent i vigilància de la salut, segons estableix la normativa aplicable. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
