&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; En data 14 de novembre de 2018, la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (en endavant IMAS) va aprovar l'expedient de convocatòria del primer concert social del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ervei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'atenció integral i promoció de l'autonomia per a persones amb discapacitat físic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a, inclòs a la xarxa pública de serveis per a persones amb discapacitat de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt; (BOIB núm. 145, de 20 de novembre de 2018) per un total de 50 places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Mitjançant resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS, de data 4 de gener de 2019 (BOIB núm. 9, de 19 de gener de 2019), es va aprovar l'adjudicació de les 50 places del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ervei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'atenció integral i promoció de l'autonomia per a persones amb discapacitat física a l'entitat ASOCIACIÓN DE PERSONAS CON LESIÓN MODULAR Y OTRAS DISCAPACIDADES FÍSICAS (ASPAYM) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;En data 25 de gener de 2019, es va formalitzar &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la col·laboració objecte d'aquesta concertació mitjançant &lt;/span&gt;el corresponent concert social amb l'entitat adjudicatària &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ASPAYM &lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Mitjançant resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS, de data 3 d'abril de 2019, es va convocar l'ampliació de places del concert social del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ervei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'atenció integral i promoció de l'autonomia per a persones amb discapacitat físic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a, inclòs a la xarxa pública de serveis per a persones amb discapacitat de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt; (BOIB núm. 44, de 6 d'abril 2019) per un total de 115 places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. &lt;/strong&gt;Mitjançant resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS, de data 1 de juliol de 2019 (BOIB núm. 135, de 3 d'octubre de 2019), es va aprovar l'adjudicació de 115 places de l'ampliació del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ervei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'atenció integral i promoció de l'autonomia per a persones amb discapacitat física&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a les entitats&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. &lt;/strong&gt;En data 3 de juliol de 2019, es va formalitzar la col·laboració objecte d'aquesta ampliació de la concertació mitjançant els corresponents acords d'acció concertada amb les entitats adjudicatàries &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ASPAYM , DACESMA i ABDEM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt;El dia 22 de gener de 2021, per resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS es va aprovar la renovació de totes les places concertades &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ervei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'atenció integral i promoció de l'autonomia per a persones amb discapacitat física&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;(BOIB núm 18, d'11 de febrer de 2021)&lt;/span&gt;, per dues anualitats, des de el 25 de gener de 2021 fins el 24 de gener de 2023, com es detalla a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. &lt;/strong&gt;La cap del Servei de &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Persones amb Discapacitat i Innovació Social, amb el vist-i-plau del director insular de Persones amb Discapacitat i Innovació Social, el 26 d'octubre de 2022 va emetre Informe proposta per a l'actualització i fixació de preus dels serveis inclosos a la cartera insular de&lt;/span&gt; serveis socials, que poden ser objecte de concertació social, on es proposa l'actualització i fixació dels preus de tots els serveis que poden ser objecte de concertació per part de la Direcció Insular, entre els quals es troba aquest servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.&lt;/strong&gt; El dia 16 de novembre de 2022 la presidenta de l'IMAS i la presidenta del Consell de Mallorca han signat el Pacte sectorial per garantir el dret de les persones amb discapacitat, la millora en la prestació del servei i el foment de l'ocupació de qualitat amb els representants de FOQUA, de la UNAC, la Federació de Salut Mental, PREDIF Balears , Mater Misericordiae, Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, DACESMA i Fundación Educativa Franciscanas de la Immaculada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest Pacte, s'acorda entre altres, la millora dels preus de la cartera de serveis per tal de millorar les prestacions dels serveis i que les entitats puguin assumir els costos indirectes i directes dels mateixos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;En data de 30 de novembre de 2022 la presidenta de l'IMAS inicia el procediment per a la revisió de preu de la concertació &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;servei d'atenció integral i promoció de l'autonomia per a persones amb discapacitat física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. &lt;/strong&gt;Atès que aquest procediment comporta despesa pluriennal, obra l'expedient de referència autorització del Servei de Comptabilitat i Pressuposts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. &lt;/strong&gt; El Servei juridicoadministratiu en data de 2 de desembre de 2022 va emetre Informe jurídic relatiu a l'actualització i fixació de preus dels Serveis per a persones amb discapacitat, inclosos a la cartera insular de serveis socials, que poden ser objecte de concertació social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. &lt;/strong&gt;La Presidència de l'IMAS ha dictat dia 2 de desembre de 2022 Resolució d'actualització i fixació de preus dels serveis per a persones amb discapacitat, inclosos a la cartera insular de serveis socials, que poden ser objecte de concertació social, &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;per la qual s'actualitzen els preus d'aquests serveis, entre el que es troba el servei objecte d'aquesta revisió amb efectes retroactius des de l'1 de gener de 2022 conforme a la taula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. &lt;/strong&gt;La cap del Servei de Persones amb Discapacitat i Innovació Social, amb el vist-i-plau del director insular de Persones amb Discapacitat i Innovació Social ha emès en data de 5 de desembre de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; informe per a la Comissió Avaluadora per el qual proposa que es revisi el preu del concert &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ervei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'atenció integral i promoció de l'autonomia per a persones amb discapacitat física &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;conf&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;orme a la taula indicada a l'antecedent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14 i que&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; s'apliqui de manera retroactiva des de l'1 de gener de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. &lt;/strong&gt;La Comissió Avaluadora s'ha reunit el dia 5 de desembre de 2022 i ha aprovat la revisió del preu de la concertació del servei del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;servei d'atenció integral i promoció de l'autonomia per a persones amb discapacitat física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. &lt;/strong&gt;Consten a l'expedient en relació a aquesta revisió sengles informes favorables del Servei Juridicoadministratiu i de Intervenció delegada de l'IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; La Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 32 ext., d'1 de març de 2007; correcció d'errades BOIB núm. 29, de 28 de febrer de 2008), en concret l'article 70.4 relatiu a la competència pròpia dels consells insulars en matèria de serveis socials i assistència social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. La Llei 14/2001, de 29 d'octubre, d'atribució de competències als consells insulars en matèria de serveis socials i seguretat social, estableix a l'article 14 la potestat reglamentària normativa atribuïda als consells insulars en matèria de serveis socials, dins el marc de la regulació bàsica establerta pel Govern de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 135, de 10 de novembre de 2001 i BOE núm. 284, de 27 de novembre de 2001). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; La Llei 4/2009, d'11 de juny, de serveis socials de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 89 de 18 de juny de 2009 i BOE núm. 163 de 7 de juliol de 2009) preveu a l'article 27 i a la disposició final quarta, que cada Consell Insular, en el marc de les seves competències, ha de definir les prestacions pròpies de serveis socials, complementant la cartera bàsica de serveis socials que aprova el Govern de les Illes Balears, la qual va ser aprovada mitjançant el Decret 66/2016, de 18 de novembre, pel qual s'estableixen principis generals per a les carteres insulars i locals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. &lt;/strong&gt;Els Estatuts de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019) aprovats per acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca de data 11 d'abril de 2019, en especial l'establert a l'article 2 d'acord amb el qual l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, com a organisme autònom creat pel Consell de Mallorca, adscrit al Departament de Drets Socials del Consell de Mallorca, és l'organisme que exerceix les competències atribuïdes per qualsevol títol al Consell de Mallorca en matèria de serveis socials i protecció de menors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Decret de la Presidència del Consell de Mallorca pel qual es nomenen els membres del Consell Executiu de dia 12 de novembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 158, de 16 de novembre de 2021) per el que es nomena la Sra. Sofia Alonso Bigler consellera executiva de Drets Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6&lt;/strong&gt;. L'òrgan competent per aprovar aquesta resolució és la Presidència de l'IMAS, d'acord amb l'article 7.2.28 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pel que fa al fons, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt;La Llei 4/2009, d'11 de juny, de serveis socials de les Illes Balears, preveu a &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l''article 89 sexies la possibilitat de revisar les condicions del concert durant la seva vigència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. La Llei 3/2018, de 29 de maig, del tercer sector d'acció social (BOIB núm. 67, de 31 de maig de 2018) preveu a l'article 7.2 que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«Els acords d'acció concertada poden ser objecte de revisió i, si escau, de modificació, en els&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;termes establerts en l'acord corresponent, quan variïn les circumstàncies inicials de la subscripció, per adequar les condicions econòmiques i les prestacions assistencials a les noves necessitats. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. &lt;/strong&gt;Resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS, de data 1 de juliol de 2019 (BOIB núm. 135, de 3 d'octubre de 2019), d'adjudicació de l'ampliació de places del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;servei d'atenció integral i promoció de l'autonomia per a persones amb discapacitat física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; Resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS de dia 2 de desembre de 2022 d'actualització i fixació de preus dels serveis per a persones amb discapacitat, inclosos a la cartera insular de serveis socials, que poden ser objecte de concertació social(BOIB núm 158, 6 de desembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquesta resolució a més de fixar-se o segons el cas revisar-se el preus per als anys 2023 i 2024, s'aprova un nou preu per al 2022 amb efectes retroactius. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fet pel qual en aquest expedient es preveu la regularització dels endarreriments des de l'1 de gener de 2022, que es farà mitjançant una única factura per l'import de la diferència de preus, en relació a totes les places facturades amb el preu antic. D'altra banda, s'aplicarà el nou preu del concert en el mes en que es signi aquesta resolució, i consegüentment a les factures que s'emetin amb posterioritat a aquesta resolució de revisió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. &lt;/strong&gt; L'article 214 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, i atès l'acord d'aprovació del règim de fiscalització i intervenció limitada prèvia de requisits bàsics i presa de raó en ingressos del Consell Insular de Mallorca i de les entitats del seu sector públic subjectes a funció interventora de data 12 de desembre de 2019, l'expedient ha estat sotmès a la Intervenció delegada de l'IMAS per a l'emissió del preceptiu informe de fiscalització prèvia ( BOE núm. 59 de 9 de març de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;. NOTIFICAR aquesta resolució a les entitats interessades i requerir-les a que per al pagament de l'actualització del preu presentin cadascuna una factura abans del 16 de desembre de 2022 per la diferència de preu del servei prestat durant aquest període per tal de regularitzar la diferència de preu de les places facturades per serveis prestats des de l1 de gener de 2022 fins el 30 de novembre de 2022. Els serveis que es prestin durant el mes de desembre de 2022 es facturaran al preu aprovat en aquesta resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;. INFORMAR a les entitats que consten en el quadre que, atesa la seva conformitat expressa, aquesta resolució s'inclourà com a addenda al seus acords d'acció concertada, regint-se el concert per l'Acord d'acció concertada subscrit amb l'IMAS sense perjudici de l'establiment del nou preu plaça i pressupost total del concert fitxat en aquesta resolució. No obstant, si així ho prefereixen les entitats podran instar la signatura d'una addenda específica en el termini de cinc dies des de la signatura d'aquesta resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt; DONAR trasllat d'aquesta resolució a la Direcció insular de Persones amb Discapacitat i Innovació Social, al Servei de Gestió Econòmica, a la Intervenció delegada de l'IMAS i a la Direcció insular d'Hisenda i Pressuposts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
