    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist que, de conformitat amb el disposat als articles 169.1 per remissió del 179.4 del Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, no s'ha presentat cap reclamació contra l'acord de l'Ajuntament Ple de&amp;nbsp; dia 3 d'agost de 2022, publicat en el BOIB núm. 108 de data 16 d'agost de 2022, pel qual s'aprova inicialment l'expedient el suplement de crèdit 1/2022, s'entén el mateix elevat a definitiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“ 1. Modificar el pressupost de despeses del present exercici en la modalitat de suplement de crèdit, finançat amb càrrec del Romanent de Tresoreria per a despeses amb finançament afectat de l'any 2021:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra el present Acord, en virtut del que es disposa en l'article 171 del Reial decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, els interessats podran interposar directament recurs contenciós-administratiu en la forma i terminis establerts en els articles 25 a 42 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora d'aquesta Jurisdicció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sense perjudici d'això, segons allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 113.3 de la Llei 7/1985, la interposició d'aquest recurs no suspendrà per si sola l'efectivitat de l'acte o Acord impugnat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
