&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:160%"&gt;Assumpte: Anunci per mitjà del qual es declaren els aspirants seleccionats del procediment: Procés de selecció de cinc policies locals en execució de l'oferta pública d'ocupació corresponent a l'exercici de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Atès que en el BOIB número 098 de 28.07.2022 es va publicar la convocatòria i les bases aprovades per resolució número 2022-1062, de 22.07.2022, les quals van ser modificades per la resolució número 2022-1216, de 11.08.2022 (BOIB núm 110 de 20.08.2022); del procés de selecció per a proveir, com a personal funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament d'Alaior, 5 places de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala serveis especials, policia local (subgrup de titulació C1, nivell 15), en execució de l'oferta pública d'ocupació corresponent a l'exercici de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Vistes les diferents i successives actes del tribunal qualificador de les proves, les quals romanen a l'expedient, per mitjà de les quals s'ha deixat constància de les diferents proves realitzades pels aspirants presentats, i també la valoració que d'aquestes i dels mèrits presentats, en temps i forma, s'ha fet per part d'aquest òrgan selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Vista la Resolució de la Regidora delegada, núm, 2022-1804 de data 30 de novembre de 2022, a través del qual es van declarar els resultats de les proves i es van proposar els següents aspirants perquè -rere l'aportació de la documentació corresponent- puguin ser nomenats funcionaris en pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
