&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les bases de la convocatòria que regeixen aquest procediment selectiu foren aprovades per acord de la junta de govern local de 7 de setembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 129, de 04.10.2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La relació provisional de persones admeses i excloses fou aprovada per resolució de batlia de 21 de novembre de 2022 i elevada a definitiva per diligència del secretari de la corporació de 30 de novembre de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La puntuació provisional fou aprovada per acord de la Comissió tècnica de valoració de 15 de desembre de 2022, i publicada en el tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica de l&amp;apos;ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El secretari de la corporació, en data 22 de desembre de 2022, vist que no s&amp;apos;han presentat al·legacions a la puntuació provisional, ha emès un certificat pel qual s&amp;apos;eleva a la batlia la llista definitiva d&amp;apos;aspirants, ordenada segons la puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Directament el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) El recurs de reposició potestatiu davant la batlia, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent de la publicació de la present resolució. Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició, que es produirà pel transcurs d&amp;apos;un mes des de la seva presentació sense que s&amp;apos;hagi resolt expressament ni s&amp;apos;hagi notificat, podrà interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstant l&amp;apos;anterior, es pot exercitar, si n&amp;apos;és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s&amp;apos;estimi pertinent. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
