&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb allò previst als articles 17.3.b i 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria el text de la qual es pot consultar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria d'ajuts te per objecte, per una banda, fomentar la cooperació i la modernització del comerç i els serveis. I per altra banda, fomentar la promoció comercial i la internacionalització dels productes fabricats a les Illes Balears. Ambdós objectius son aconseguits amb la subvenció de les despeses generades dintre dels projectes d'internacionalització de les empreses, associacions i clústers de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Beneficiaris i requisits &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Poden ser beneficiaris de les subvencions per desenvolupar les actuacions descrites al punt primer d'aquesta resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les empreses que siguin microempreses i PIMES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: es troben inclosos dins el concepte d'empresa, les empreses emergents &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;startups)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, cooperatives, autònoms, emprenedors, les microempreses, i la resta de petites i mitjanes empreses de les Illes Balears (d'ara endavant, PIMES), que exerceixen una activitat de comerç, de serveis o industrial, i que estiguin constituïdes prèviament a la data de publicació d'aquesta convocatòria, i que es trobin en un procés d'internacionalització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es considera PIME (petita i mitjana empresa), d'acord amb la Llei 2/2012, de 4 d'abril, de suport als emprenedors i emprenedores i a la micro, petita i mitjana empresa, l'empresa que en el moment de la sol·licitud compleixi la definició de pime establerta en l'annex 1 del Reglament (UE) núm. 651/2014 de la Comissió, de 17 de juny de 2014, pel qual es declaren determinades categories d'ajudes compatibles amb el mercat interior en aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les Associacions empresarials de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, vàlidament constituïdes, que realitzin accions de internacionalització o promoció exterior dirigides a PIMES, que el 25% de les seves empreses associades siguin PIMES i que estiguin constituïdes prèviament a la data de publicació d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els clústers empresarials de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, vàlidament constituïts, que realitzin accions d'internacionalització o promoció exterior dirigides a PIMES, que el 25% de les seves empreses associades siguin PIMES i que estiguin constituïdes prèviament a la data de publicació d'aquesta convocatòria. S'entén per clúster el grup d'empreses interrelacionades que treballen en un mateix sector econòmic i que col·laboren estratègicament per a obtenir beneficis comuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les associacions i els clústers hauran d'emplenar l'Annex III per a cada una de les empreses que constitueixen aquest 25%. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els sol·licitants han de reunir els requisits generals següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Que el volum de les exportacions exteriors de l'entitat sol·licitant representin un mínim d'un 1% sobre la facturació total, pel que fa al període 2021-2022. Llevat dels sol·licitants que hagin iniciat el seu procés d'internacionalització en el període 2021-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir domicili fiscal i realitzar la seva activitat principal dins el territori de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No estar sotmès a cap de les prohibicions per ser beneficiari dels ajuts que estableix l'article 10 del Text Refós de la Llei de Subvencions, aprovat per mitjà del Decret Legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, ni l'article 13 de la Llei General de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb l'Estat i amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, com també de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver estat objecte de sancions administratives fermes ni de sentències condemnatòries fermes en els darrers tres anys per haver exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'Igualtat de dones i homes, ni haver estat sancionats o condemnats per cap resolució administrativa ferma amb pena accessòria de prohibició de rebre ajudes o subvencions públiques pel període estipulat en l'article 37 de la Llei 8/2016, de 30 de maig, per garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, trans, bisexuals i intersexuals i per erradicar l'LGTBI-fòbia, ni en el títol IV de la Llei 15/2022, de 12 de juliol, Integral per a la igualtat de tracte i la no discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Crèdit i quantia dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'import total del crèdit disponible per aquest ajuts és de 475.000,00 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'import de l'ajut serà el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els projectes d'internacionalització presentats per les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;empreses o autònoms&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, es subvenciona el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;50%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del cost elegible presentat, amb un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;màxim de 20.000 euros per projecte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els projectes d'internacionalització presentats per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;les Associacions i els Clústers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, es subvencionara el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 50%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del cost elegible presentat, amb un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;màxim de 25.000 euros per projecte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses de contractació externa de serveis d'un tècnic expert en comerç exterior per a la realització d'un pla d'internacionalització de l'empresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses relacionades directament amb la realització d'un pla de màrqueting internacional, d'un pla de promoció exterior internacional o d'un pla de comunicació internacional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la digitalització internacional de l'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Serveis relacionats amb el procés de registre de marca comunitària o en països fora de la Unió Europea, per guanyar competitivitat en mercats exteriors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Serveis relacionats amb el procés de certificació i registre dels serveis o productes necessaris per a la seva comercialització als països fora de la Unió Europea. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;F) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses de personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;G)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses de promoció, relacionades amb accions de promoció en mercats exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;H) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses de desplaçament, transport (vols, vehicles de lloguer, tren...) i allotjament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses relacionades amb la contractació de serveis de consultoria o gestió d'exportacions en els mercats exteriors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El període subvencionable comprèn des de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 d'octubre del 2021 fins al 4 d'octubre del 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
