    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;El Consell d'Administració en sessió de dia 2 de desembre de 2022 ha acordat el següent:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt;- Modificar l'oferta pública d'ocupació de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca per a l'any 2020, publicada inicialment al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; de data 26 de març de 2020, amb una correcció d'errades publicada en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; de 23 d'octubre de 2021 i un canvi reflectit en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; de 8 d'octubre de 2022 i que, per causes sobrevingudes, ha de sofrir una altra modificació en allò que fa referència a les places amb la categoria professional d'interventor principal i la incorporació d'una plaça de maquinista principal, que queda redactat de la manera següent :&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar aquest acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; Assabentar d'aquest Acord&amp;nbsp; a la Direcció General de Funció Pública.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar aquest Acord a la Direcció General de Pressuposts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quint.&lt;/strong&gt; Donar a conèixer d'aquest Acord a l'Institut Balear de la Dona als efectes de l'informe d'impacte de gènere&amp;nbsp; sobre l'oferta pública d'ocupació 2020.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè&lt;/strong&gt;. Comunicar-ho a l'Escola Balear de l'Administració Pública, organisme que tramita la convocatòria d'aquesta Oferta Pública d'Ocupació.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè&lt;/strong&gt;. Donar trasllat d'aquest Acord al Comitè d'Empresa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vuitè&lt;/strong&gt;. Facultar al director gerent per a la publicació d'aquest Acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial&amp;nbsp; de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Contra aquest Acord, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant del mateix òrgan que ha dictat l'acte en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest Acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, d'acord amb el que disposen els articles 8.2. a) i 46 .1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/p&gt;
