    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L'apartat 8.4. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 26 de febrer de 2016 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes, per al foment de la producció integrada, per l'any 2016&amp;nbsp;(Pròrroga 2021)&amp;nbsp;especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, &amp;nbsp;procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, &amp;nbsp;procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 11&amp;nbsp;d'octubre&amp;nbsp;de 2022, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.En data 17/05/2016 es va registrar la sol·licitud d'ajuda a nom de JERÒNIMA PERICÀS PLOMER amb NIF núm ***9983**, a l'empara de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 1 de març de 2016 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per a l'any 2016 de les ajudes destinades al Foment de la Producció Integrada, la resolució de 26 de febrer de 2016.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El dia 29/12/2017&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;el vicepresident del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) va aprovar l'ajuda corresponent a l'expedient núm. PI117/2016&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de la línia d'ajudes destinades al Foment de la Producció Integrada, la resolució de 26 de febrer de 2016 a favor de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;JERÒNIMA PERICÀS PLOMER&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;amb NIF núm. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;***9983&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;** un import màxim de 17.335,90€ repartits en cinc anualitats de 3.467,18&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;€, corresponents a una superfície compromesa de hortícoles aire lliure&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;una vegada prorratejada l'ajuda inicial (BOIB 13, 27/01/2018). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.El dia 29/12/2017 el vicepresident del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), va aprovar l'ajuda corresponet a l'expedient núm. PI114/2016 de la línia d'ajudes destinades al Foment de la Producció Integrada, la resolució de 26 de febrer de 2016 a favor de JAUME MIR TORRES amb NIF ***7908** un import de 26.717,10€ repartits en cinc anualitats de 5.343,42€, corresponents a una superfície compromesa de hortícoles aire lliure una vegada prorratejada l'ajuda inical (BOIB13, 27/01/2018)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.S'han realitzat els següents pagaments de les anualitat a les dates que figuren a continuació:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Els serveis gestors han comprovat la informació necessària per efectuar l'avaluació del compliment dels requisits per part del nou titular per ser beneficiari de l'ajuda tal i com estipula la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 1 de març de 2016 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per a l'any 2016 de les ajudes destinades al Foment de la Producció Integrada, la resolució de 26 de febrer de 2016.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Reial decret 1078/2014, de 19 de desembre, pel qual s'estableixen les normes de condicionalitat que han de complir els beneficiaris que rebin pagaments directes o determinades primes anuals de desenvolupament rural, o pagaments en virtut dels programes de suport a la reestructuració i reconversió o de suport a la collita en verd, al sector vitivinícola.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;17.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Decret 65/2007, de 25 de maig, de constitució, organització i funcionament de l'Organisme Pagador de les despeses del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Garantia (FEAGA) i del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtut de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Agricultura i pesca de 23 de desembre de 2005, per la qual es disposa l'assumpció de l'execució de la política de millora i foment dels sectors agrari i pesquer per part del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, estableix a l'article 1 que el FOGAIBA assumeix l'execució de la política de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca referent a l'aplicació de les mesures de foment i millora dels sectors agrari i pesquer, a partir de l'1 de gener de 2006.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;18.Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
