    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament, en sessió ordinària del 17 de novembre de 2022, al punt 10 de l'ordre del dia, va adoptar els acords següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"PRIMER. Aprovar inicialment la modificació de la catalogació del lloc de treball que &lt;/strong&gt;s'identificà amb el codi d'id. núm. 2089, i que, essent de personal laboral de la categoria de subaltern, &lt;strong&gt;passi a ser un lloc de treball genèric de personal funcionari, auxiliar administratiu d'administració general&lt;/strong&gt; (subgrup C2), &lt;strong&gt;codi id. núm. 1139,&lt;/strong&gt; al qual se li assignen les mateixes retribucions que qualsevol altre lloc base d'auxili administratiu i mentrestant no s'aprovi, publiqui i entri en vigor la relació de llocs de treball que es troba en tràmit de negociació; o es produeixi qualsevol altra causa o procediment que impliqui la modificació o supressió del lloc de treball que ara s'aprova; tot açò &lt;strong&gt;de conformitat amb la següent catalogació que es duu a aprovació:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
