    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant Resolució de la Presidència de la Fundació Biblioteca d'Alcúdia d'11 d'octubre de 2022 s'ha procedit a modificar l'error material que figura en l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública per a l'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A tal efecte, es publica el literal de la Resolució de la Presidència:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Resolució de Presidència&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en el sector públic, es va aprovar amb l'objectiu de què la taxa de cobertura temporal se situï per sota del vuit per cent de les places estructurals.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En data 24 de maig de 2022 es va publicar Resolució de la Presidència de la Fundació Biblioteca Can Torró per la qual es va aprovar l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública per taxa addicional per a l'estabilització del treball temporal de la Fundació Biblioteca Can Torró, a l'empara de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en el treball públic, corresponent a personal laboral, d'acord amb l'annex que acompanyava la Resolució (BOIB núm. 70; 31/05/2022).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vist que s'ha produït un error material de transcripció en la denominació d'una de les places objecte de l'Oferta Pública d'Ocupació per estabilització, sense alterar la plaça que s'hi inclou, cal modificar la Resolució de Presidència i publicar la modificació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vistes les atribucions que tinc legalment atorgades com a president de la Fundació Biblioteca Can Torró.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLC&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primer.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Modificar el literal de la Resolució de Presidència de data 24 de maig de 2022, per la qual es va aprovar l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública per taxa addicional per a l'estabilització, per error material en la transcripció de la denominació, en els termes següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, pot interposar-se alternativament o recurs de reposició potestatiu davant la presidenta, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des del dia següent al de la publicació del present anunci, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, o recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, a comptar des del dia següent al de la recepció de la present notificació, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa. Si s'optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell s'hagi resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
