    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Presidenta delegada del Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils mitjançant Decret &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;núm. 208 de dia 15/11/2022 resol:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprovar la convocatòria de les places per a l'estabilització extraordinària d'ocupació del Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils, que s'adjunta com Annex a aquest acord, la qual es regirà per les bases generals del Decret Llei 6/2022 de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació de les Illes Balears, i per les Bases específiques que s'aproven simultàniament a aquesta convocatòria i en tot allò no previst pel que determina el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, així com la resta de normativa que sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicar aquests acords al taulell d'anuncis i a la web de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella, i al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb el Punt 5 de les bases específiques, el termini per lliurar la sol·licitud és de vint dies hàbils comptadors de l'endemà de la publicació de l'anunci de convocatòria al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. Si el darrer dia de presentació d'instàncies cau en dissabte o festiu, es prorroga fins al dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Notificar aquests acords al Consell Insular de Menorca perquè publiqui l'edicte a la seva pàgina web&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; https://oposicions.cime.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
