![CDATA[Aprovació de la convocatòria de les places per a l’estabilització extraordinària d’ocupació temporal de l’Ajuntament de Ferreries]] 2022-11-14 CAIB 260 CAIB 666616 669189 CAIB ca ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 881/2022, de data 09/11/2022, s'ha dictat la resolució següent: </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primer.</strong> Aprovar la convocatòria de les places per a l'estabilització extraordinària d'ocupació temporal de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries que s'adjunta com Annex aquests acords, la qual es regirà per les bases generals del Decret Llei 6/2022 de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació de les Illes Balears, i per les Bases específiques que s'aproven simultàniament a aquesta convocatòria i en tot allò no previst pel que determina el Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, així com la resta de normativa que sigui d'aplicació.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segon.</strong> Publicar aquests acords al taulell d'anuncis i a la web de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, i al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">D'acord amb el Punt 5 de les bases específiques, el termini per lliurar la sol·licitud és de vint dies hàbils comptadors de l'endemà de la publicació de l'anunci de convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Si el darrer dia de presentaciód'instàncies cau en dissabte o festiu, es prorroga fins al dia hàbil següent.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercer.</strong> Notificar aquests acords al Consell Insular de Menorca perquè publiqui l'edicte a la seva pàgina web https://oposicions.cime.es. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es podran interposar, alternativament, els recursos següents:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Recurs de reposició, amb caràcter POTESTATIU, a interposar davant el mateix òrgan que ha dictat la present resolució. Aquest recurs es podrà interposar en el termini d'UN (1) MES, comptat a partir del dia següent al de recepció de la present notificació. Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs de reposició podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia següent a la notificació. Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu en el termini de sis mesos comptadors a partir del dia següent a la seva desestimació presumpta. En cap cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que no s'hagi resolt expressament o no s'hagi produït la desestimació presumpta del recurs de reposició interposat.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Recurs contenciós administratiu davant el corresponent jutjat del contenciós administratiu, en el termini de DOS (2) MESOS comptats des del dia següent a la notificació de la resolució, de conformitat amb el que disposa la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, que regula de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tot l'anterior és sens perjudici que es puguin utilitzar tots quants recursos alternatius s'estimi procedent.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
