&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. En el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 79, de 18 de juny de 2022, es va publicar la Resolució del president de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics de 15 de juny de 2022 per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a la projecció exterior de les arts visuals de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. L'IEB va rebre, del 19 de juny fins al 25 de juliol de 2022, 10 sol·licituds per optar a les subvencions esmentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. El dia 14 de setembre de 2022, la Comissió avaluadora va revisar i valorar els 10 expedients presentats entre el 19 de juny i el 25 de juliol de 2022, amb els números d'expedient compresos entre l'AV-1/2022 i l'AV-10/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. El dia 15 de setembre de 2022, l'instructor va signar la Proposta de resolució de concessió de subvencions per donar suport a la projecció exterior de les arts visuals de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2022, que es va publicar al web de l'IEB l'11 d'octubre de 2022, amb la qual cosa es va iniciar el període d'al·legacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. No s'han presentat al·legacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El dia 18 de juny de 2022 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 79, la Resolució del president de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics de 15 de juny de 2022 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de subvencions per donar suport a la projecció exterior de les arts visuals de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, en concret allò disposat en la seva disposició addicional primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura, d'1 de juliol de 2009, per al qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura (BOIB núm. 100, d'11 de juliol de 2009)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb l 'article 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; dels Estatuts de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, aprovats pel Decret 48/2018, de 21 de desembre (BOIB núm. 6, de 12 de gener de 2019), a proposta del president de la comissió avaluadora, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Aprovar i concedir subvencions per un import total de 34.084,12 € a favor dels beneficiaris que s'inclouen en l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa indicada a cada un dels beneficiaris a càrrec dels pressuposts i imports detallats en l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Denegar la concessió de subvencions a les sol·licituds que apareixen en l'annex&amp;nbsp;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el president de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver rebut la notificació d'aquesta Resolució, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
