text/html CAIB 2022-11-05 CAIB ca 44758 666176 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Per acord de la Junta de Govern Local, de data 31 d'octubre de 2022, s'ha aprovat la Correcció errada detectada a l'acord pel qual s'aprova l'oferta d'ocupació pública d'estabilització de l'Ajuntament de Muro</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Cosa que fem pública al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al tauler d'anuncis electrònic del lloc web de l'Ajuntament de Muro (https://www.ajmuro.net/ca/ofertes-feina), als efectes establerts a l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2.015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra l'esmentada resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, les persones interessades poden interposar de forma alternativa, els següents recursos: o bé recurs potestatiu de reposició, a interposar davant la Batlia, en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació de la present resolució, o bé directament recurs contenciós administratiu, a interposar davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la notificació d'aquesta resolució; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Mitjançant</span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> l'acord de la Junta de Govern Local, en sessió celebrada el passat dia 23/05/2022, (BOIB núm. 68, de 26 de maig), es va aprovar l'oferta d'ocupació pública d'estabilització corresponent al personal funcionari i al personal laboral al servei de l'Ajuntament de Muro.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que aquestes poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics que hi hagi en els seus actes.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000;
