    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vist l'acord del Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, adoptat en sessió ordinària de dia 20 de desembre de 2021, relatiu a l'aprovació definitiva de la creació de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica i dels seus Estatuts (Exp. 0356-2021-000001), com a organització especialitzada sense personalitat jurídica pròpia dependent del Consell Insular de Menorca i adscrita al Departament de Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que els estatus de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica estableixen que aquesta s'estructura internament en cinc òrgans de caràcter executiu - la Presidència, la Vicepresidència, la Direcció, Comissió Executiva i el Consell Rector - i dos òrgans de caràcter bàsicament consultiu - el Consell Social i el Consell Científic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que l'article 12 dels estatuts abans esmentats preveu expressament que el Consell Científic de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica ha d'estar format pels membres següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) El/la president/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El/la vicepresident/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) El director o directora insular que tengui atribuïdes les competències de patrimoni històric, en el cas que no recaigui en aquesta persona la Vicepresidència de l'Agència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) El/la director/a de l'Agència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) El/la director/a del Museu de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) El/la director/a del Museu Municipal de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) La o el cap de la Secció d'Història i Arqueologia de l'IME.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) Un mínim de 10 i un màxim de 15 persones amb reconegut prestigi científic i tècnic per la seva vàlua o com a representants d'institucions científiques com la Universitat de les Illes Balears, el Col·legi Oficial de Doctors i Llicenciats en Filosofia i Lletres i en Ciències de les Illes Balears o altres col·legis professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i) El secretari o secretària, amb veu però sense vot, que sigui designat per la presidència entre el personal administratiu que presti servei a l'Agència o, en el seu defecte, en el servei de patrimoni històric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la disposició addicional primera dels estatuts de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica què estableixen que «des del moment de l'entrada en vigor d'aquests estatuts, l'Agència resta adscrita al departament competent en matèria de patrimoni històric». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la disposició transitòria segona, què estableix que la designació de la persona que exerceix la Direcció «s'ha de dur a terme d'acord amb el procediment previst en els presents estatuts» i que fins a la seva designació «les funcions pròpies de la Direcció seran assumides per la persona que exerceixi de cap del Servei de Patrimoni Històric del CIM».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vist el nomenament de directors insulars que s'estableix en el Decret de Presidència núm. 428 de data 11-7-2019 (BOIB 96 de 13-7-2019) en la qual es nomena a la senyora Raquel Marquès Díez, directora insular de Cultura i Patrimoni;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès, per altra banda, el nomenament dels consellers executius efectuat mitjançant el Decret de Presidència núm. 422 de 9 de juliol de 2019;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la delegació de la presidència de l'Agència en el Decret de Presidència núm. 21 de data 11-02-2022 (BOIB 23 de 12-2-2022), en la qual es delega la presidència en el senyor Miquel Àngel Maria Ballester, conseller executiu cap del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb les atribucions que em confereix la normativa vigent i, en particular, la Llei 8/2000, de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
